This place was AMAZING!! I stumbled on it late one Monday after dinner. I am definitely going back so I can spend more time there.The owner was super friendly and helpful. I loved all the products that she carried and found some really good stuff.

Hope is an absolute pleasure to do business with. I frequent this boutique whenever I need something truly special and unique. The last time I went, Hope helped me pick the perfect gift for my best friend and I even found an awesome suede jacket for myself. I love that she designs and creates her own jewelry that you cant find anywhere else! Her pieces are so special! Shop local and support this community institution!

Found this spot while walking around sorta aimlessly looking for a pair of sunglasses. I had high hopes when a local shops nearby recommended it. While although the sunglasses selection was large and cheap (all sunglasses cost $10 regardless of style) the owner was passive aggressive. She told me I couldn’t try on sunglasses at first and I thought it was a bit ridiculous as how would I know how they look or FEEL without trying them on. Then she gave me an attitude when she saw me trying them on saying “can you leave those to the side b/c now I have to sanitize them” as if I was such a burden to her. I tried to ask for advice on shape and she was generally not very friendly. The entire store, minus the sunglasses, was extremely overpriced. I’m not entirely thrilled by the owner or this establishment but it’s not horrendous.

Best shopping experience in Charlotte in a very long time! Loved the jewelry selection- prices from $25-$600 or more. Clothes are fun and reasonably priced. Owner was patient and friendly to make suggestions. Will definitely go back.

Employee followed me around the store and every item i picked up she ask me if she could put it in the dressing room as if she didnt want me to hold it because she thought I was going to steal. I didnt even get a chance to look at the item before she would ask me to take the item. Profiling customers is NOT ok. Definitely lost a customer.

My daughter spent $164.00 for a couple of cheap material items. What a rip off. Of course receipt states no refunds. I feel like she was taken advantage of!

Tired of these overpriced boutiques. Cute stuff, but what you want is never in your size and you can look up the same thing online and have it shipped to you for a third of the price and in your size. If you’re going to be local and trendy, actually be unique then. This is just cheap wholesale trend fashion that has a mid price range brand name stamped on it :/ Though she picks out nice stuff. It’s still overpriced cheap quality clothing :/ Any “Boutique” nowadays has identical items. Like you all pick from a boutique catalog together. I want authentic unique, not boutique unique.

I have never set foot back into this store as my friend and I were followed around and watched like we were going to steal. We were the only black customers in the store that day.

Let me start by saying this for anyone that leaves two or three stars bc of the prices; this is a boutique, most boutiques dont even have sale racks and just bc its a bit pricey is no reason to leave two stars. You still bought something didnt you! Also if you cant afford something thats $200 why are you shopping in the first place! This stir the owner and employees are top notch I think its very reasonably priced and best thing about it my man buys more than me lol its a place we both love and shop together we never leave with one thing and not to be rude to people who arent fortunate THEY HAVE LAYAWAY!! What other boutique does that?! All you have to do is ask next time instead of leaving a great store two stars. I hope this was helpful and incisive for past and future shoppers.

A bit of a weird eclectic store.

I went here with my pal and it was an alright experience aside from the stacks of dynamite in the corner. This short pale man in a trenchcoat kept whispering back and forth with a pale woman while staring at us. Maybe its my antlers. Aside from those flaws, it was an OK experience.
