Gave me a completely bad phone . When I purchased he told me it was nothing wrong with phone come to find out their was lots of problems ! Definitely WOULD NOT recommend bad service .

I will admit, when I arrived at this location I became very skeptical very quickly. First of all, figuring out exactly where it is isnt very simple because it shares the exact same room with a barber shop. So you walk through a door labeled Barber Shop or whatever and youre in one room.The left side is the barber area and the right side is the counter where you would pay, but theres also cell phone repair signs and cell phone accessories there as well. When I took my phone there, there was only one person there behind the counter. Presumably barber and cell phone repairer. I showed him I needed my charger port fixed on my Samsung Galaxy J7, he took one look at it and said 35 bucks, cash only. It seemed a bit low, and cash only threw up another red flag. I told him I didnt have that much in cash on me and he told to just go to the atm down the street while he fixed my phone.Very hesitantly I left the building without my phone to go to the nearby bank and withdraw money. By the time I got back 15 minutes later, he had already fixed the phone and threw in a free charge cable. I paid him and I went on my way. Ive waited a few weeks to post this just in case the phone turned out to be hacked or something but so far everything is great. I definitely recommend this business, but I cant justify more than 4 stars because the entire experience was just so off putting.

I called them and they told me itll be 120 to get my phone screen fix and I dropped it off they said 1hrs like really came back and they said itll be 145 and lied and tried to make it sound like I was in the wrong and on top of all that theres something loose and shaking in my phone now I would never send anyone there not in a million years

**Revised post at bottom** Had no trouble returning phone!!!I drove over an hour to buy a phone ( Samsung Note 8) that had small chip/crack in the screen and was advertised as being unlocked for any carrier. When i arrived I asked to see the phone, which did have a series of small cracks on the screen, not one spot like i was told. But it was a good price so i decided that although i was not told the correct condition of the phone I would buy it as long as he guarenteed it was unlocked. I tried the touch screen out, itworked properly, so I asked again, so all I have to do is put my sims card in and get Metro to switch it over??? He said, Yes just put in my sims card no problem, and it would work. It was late by the time I got there and got out so Metro was closed. No big deal, I took it up there the next day and it was a little confusing that the phone has a different IMEI number in the phone operating system and the number on the back of the phone. But neither one worked, so i was sold a $165 paperweight. I am on my way now to return or exchange it since he keeps giving my wife the run around giving me the feeling that hes not gonna make it right.Not sure if he knows it but Facebook has a 30 day policy for items that are not as described or faulty. I was going to be nice and pay the difference for another phone to keep him from having to refund my money, allowing him to make more money after selling me a known faulty phone.Just looking to resolve it with as little as hassle as possible. I will add comment to this review or post another after i get there and see how he wants to play it. But his buisness etiquette is a little shady as it stands right now..and I would not recommend this store to anyone.( See pics of add and phone that was represented had a small glitch around the 3rd row/ 2nd app from the left**not the phone he sold me though.Kinda hard to explain than a small crack which may or may not be visable in a picture).I had no problem exchanging the phone... that was about a week ago, and I actually came back today and bought (2) Note 8s and got a fresh haircut while I waited!!! Shop has a nice little theme going on and they pump some good music in there to bop your head to, good vibe. All the guys are nice and they make you welcome. Worth checking out!!!

Fast repair, best prices around, quality is just as good as anywhere else Ive been. 4/5 stars for sure. Kind of hard to find the office, but other than that everything was great!
