My aunt brought me here to get my phone fixed once and I’ve been coming back every since. When I needed a new phone and service this was the place I came to and when my my daughter cracked her screen; they fixed it with no problem. This is the family store that I will always come to.

Two times I’ve been to this place and two times I had issues the first time came to fix two screens when I came to pick up one of the phones had issues that it didn’t come with it. The battery was fine when I got there when I pick him to pick it up they claimed faulty battery but replace my screen I came back the next day to fix the faulty battery and then they said all we fixed it already the second time I came to fix another screen fix the screen but got my phone back with the speaker, home button, and back camera not working. He claimed he did not know what was going on, but will charge me $60 more to fix it. I had a feeling something was up so I question his integrity and he got really upset and defensive and tried to kick me out. I told him this is not how business should be run, he insisted he doesn’t need my money so I played his game and just nodded went home got a repair kit open the phone and parts were missing screws are missing and things were disconnected trying to screw me over for more money Long story short this man is a fraud and a thief do not take your phone here

I had abad experience with my phone tears & Mr Sam Daugther call her dad MR Sam I see why they call the fixer.... he made my day I was so excited he save me mucho money took his time look Thur my phone call out the problem & fix it... I want to say that Sam is A1!!! I was so frazzled locked out of my phone didn’t know the iCloud password no phone for 3 days back an forth to the AT&T store an the apple store is closed. My phone wouldn’t turn on and was cracked really bad.I went to the other iPhone place near this one and he tried to put a new screen and battery but couldn’t get it to turn on I was truly disappointed because I knew he didn’t take his time !! So I went to this one and the guy told me that it was fixable and him and his partner fixed it in no more than 15 minutes it cost me 100 because I had a iPhone 7+ I expected that though so it wasn’t a problem !! Great service and I really recommend them not the ez iPhone repair guy !!

Try to fix a phone with these people and what they do is make it worse. They just want the money, don’t care about the customer. Shame of person

Extremely disappointing service. Told me to come back in an hour and my phone was not fixed. Later found out that the guy that fixes the phones wasnt even there. I would not recommend any one go here. Unprofessional and unreliable. Maybe at one point this place had good service but now it does not.
