Came in today with my iPhone expecting to pay about $100 to get my charging port replaced and be phone-less for a few hours (how would I survive!?). The tech brought my phone back and came back about two minutes later and told me I was good to go! Just needed to be cleaned, no charge! Ill be sure to return to CPR in the future! Apple charges too much and its comforting knowing there are businesses still looking out for their (potential) customers!

They did a good job on my screen repair and got my cell phone to work when the motherboard was broken.. It took about three weeks to get it back so that is my only complaint.

I have used them twice and they do a great job! If your cellphone cracks, this is the place to go! I still have an iPhone6 so I am glad they still have the right tools to fix this screen size.

My wife cracked the screen on her phone and insurance wouldnt cover it. So I called a cpl places to price repairs, and the woman I spoke to @ CPR was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. I brought her phone in to them and they completed the repairs within the time they said, which was important, the price I was told over the phone was the price @ checkout(also important). But most importantly, they did a great job on her phone. I was a little bit worried about how it would come out since her phone is only 8 months old but it looks brand new again. Highly recommend this place. will be bringing my devices to them from now on.

I needed a new screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S9+ and was able to get in and out in a decent time frame. The lady who assisted me was helpful and pleasant. Only thing I didnt really care for was taking my phone out of my sight when placing my new protector on my phone.

They helped me with my iPad and got it restored when I was not having any luck. Not only were the fast and taking necessary precautions during this time they also were able to fix it for free. I would highly recommend and be back the next time I have an issue.

My phone screen cracked when it fell onto tile floor. I was so glad to find CPR at the back of the Arboretum. They were very cordial, knowledgeable, and professional. My phone was fixed in less than an hour. $90 was a lot, but better than getting a totally new phone or sending it off to be fixed. I will remember them the next time I have problems.

Yesterday evening I stopped by with an issue with my phone. After Apple refused to fix it (stating they would only replace the phone with a refurbished iPhone X for $550+Tax). Seeing that the phone was already 2 years old, I didn’t consider that an option.Thankfully I dropped into CPR on a recommendation from a friend and they Frankie (or was is Freddie?) was extremely helpful in explaining my options. He was very kind and patient (even offering my toddler son a cool CPR lunch box to keep him completely pre-occupied while we discussed the phone issues). This location advertises that they work on drones. Made an appointment, drove 40 minutes to their location to find out that they havent worked on drones in nearly a year. Time, energy and fuel wasted!

Sent my laptop screen in for replacement got it back and it still has minor screen scratches a mini hole in the bottom middle. Also still has some sort bleeding affect after repair.

They were considerate of my needs and have taken care of my phone. It was unrepairable, but they were very professional and explained details. I would go back there again. In fact, I saw a sign in their store that indicated they also repair laptops. I will be taking in my laptop that has a broken screen.

Brought in a PS4 damaged by lightning storm, they worked very hard to fix, contacted us same day with multiple options and repairs they had tried, in the end we decided amount to fix was more than its worth. I would never go there again. The asian guy is mean and doesn’t respect customers. They “fixed” my screen, but then the speaker doesn’t work. And they chose not to fix it since I signed a document that says they are not responsible for any issues after repair. Why bother go to a repair place if they don’t even know how to fix your phone? why bother pay someone for a service, if they don’t have the knowledge to fix it.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Totally not compassionate and he does not care about good customer service experience.I’m disgusted. Maybe I should make my own phone repair place and have my customers sign a contract stating that I am not responsible if the phone gets worse after a “repair”, and then just pretend to be a phone repair company and steal everyone’s money.

This company is amazing. I just left there in a panic because I use my laptop for my business. I came in as soon as they opened up, which they open exactly on time, they were ready they were very helpful and completely fixed my computer issue in less than two minutes. They also told me what to do in case it happened again. I’m incredibly pleased and highly recommend them, they are and they using a customer service, and know what they’re doing. You can definitely trust them!

CPR at the Arboretum is the best! Verizon couldnt help me and UBreakIFix told me they could do nothing for me unless I sourced some part on my own. I took my phone into CPR as a last ditch effort to recover priceless memories that hadnt backed up on the cloud. When I walked in the lady at the counter was very polite and I even overheard her go above and beyond for the customer ahead of me with a discount. After 5 minutes of looking at my phone, the manager Jessica came out and my phone was working! She didnt even have to order the part! It was an easy fix (for her) and she was EXTREMELY reasonable with the cost of the repair. I would recommend CPR to everyone! Thanks Jessica!

Jessica Porter was very helpful and the staff is super friendly. They got my phone fixed and looking good as new, even the speakers holes are pristine and there’s no longer glass under my phone. Jessica really helped me through this process because I couldn’t afford to fix it when it was falling apart so she had a method that helped really well to keep it together until I got everything I needed to fully fix my phone. I will be back again if any phones break in the future because Of how considerate the staff is. Thank you cpr.

Had to replace a headphone jack on my iPhone 6 and it was repaired in under 2 hours for $70. Well worth it! Would have taken less time but they tried to save me money by cleaning the contacts first. (Imagine that!) Although they did wind up replacing the jack, I really appreciated them trying to save me money, even though I had authorized them to replace the part. Remarkable service!!

Took my Surface Pro3 to CPR after it died. They evaluated it and ultimately determined it could not be repaired. In order to evaluate it, they had to order a replacement battery, open the case and replace the battery. They did this at no cost to me, as they charge for repairs but not for diagnostics. They were prompt, friendly and professional at all times. I will ALWAYS go to CPR for my phone and computer repair needs.

Came here with my Galaxy S8 after a competitive cell phone repair place required me to not only replace the back glass that had broken, but also my camera because it was only functioning at 95% according to their test (I have not noticed any difference whatsoever). CPR replaced my back glass the same day, for a very reasonable price, and didnt require me to replace the camera I didnt want to replace. Im very happy with the result and would reccomend them.

The 2 guys in the shop explained things very well, and replaced my iPhone 6S battery in under 45 minutes at a very reasonable cost. The phone is working well, and is now holding a charge all day. I asked several questions about battery memory and battery life, and they were very knowledgable.

I took my 13 month iPhone 6 into Apple for repair after it stopped registering when I was touching it and then completely died. They were willing to swap out for a new phone, for about half off retail. They told me it was essentially dead and didnt have a great reason why. I took it to CPR to see if they could fix it. They did a free diagnostic check, figured out the problem, then fixed it. They also called me before performing the repair. That took less than a day. It saved me $150 and I have my phone back and dont have to worry about my last iCloud backup. Nice guys. Very courteous. Very pleased with the whole experience. Id highly recommend them.

The service was great. My phone screen looks really washed out and bad, it also has light coming through in top corners. For the money I spend I’m very disappointed in the quality, should have just had apple do it. The guy said the colors would warm up as it sat. For a while but that is not the case.

This will be the only place I ever take phones to be repaired. My husband dropped his phone and, while there wasn’t a scratch on the screen, it was completely black and was not accessible. He had over 8000 pictures and almost 500 videos that weren’t backed up to his cloud on that phone. And after one attempt at a different repair shop (they told me that it couldn’t be fixed) and being jerked around by Geek Squad, I pulled a Hail Mary and drove 45 min to this place and they had it fixed within an hour. Y’all, I’m telling you this is the only place you should take your damaged devises! It’s definitely the best!

The customer service at Cell Phone Repair -Arboretum was EXCEPTIONAL! They took the time to call me and explain to me what they had found was wrong with my I-Pod and what it would take to repair it.
