They are poor with handling people and getting their cars fixed. I am so disappointed, I kept telling them my ac was acting out and something else was wrong, their mechanic had no idea what he was doing plus he always had a poor attitude.I waited for months and months and months to get the situation taken care of to the point where they said that they were no longer going to help me for me to figure out how to take care of the problem myself which I did I got my rearview mirror fixed I spent $1000 getting a brand new Cadillac converter put in and I got my AC fixed their mechanic said that there was papers that was preventing the AC to come in through the vents well I took it to a different mechanic shop and that was not the case at all there was other problems with the AC so this car was pretty much a lemon

My experience started when I was looking for a truck for my stepson, we saw a good looking F150 and bought it that day. We had such a good experience that I decided to by a vehicle for myself. I think my experience here is worth the full story so heres your warning:After only new cars for over a decade I found myself in a place where I had to buy used, I had to buy asap for my families sake, we had a limit - and I was scared. Buying from a personal seller wasnt easy with schedules, finding out issues people were trying to hide, yada yada...So I got dropped off at a dealer where I fell in love with a car online.... That was nothing like promised (what was I thinking?!) and the salesman was overly pushy and smelled of bullsh*t so I Ubered to my 2nd choice which was 30 mins away and 10x worse.... and of course all this internet searching, ubering, my phone dies and Im in a party of town I dont know at a small doesnt give a sh*t dealer who wasnt polite BEFORE the horrible car got a no thank you, so you have anything else in this price range? But theres a few along Tryon... so I walk, get the same rude service, either no one will allow me to charge my phone or the company is bad enough I dont even ask.My expectations were low when I crossed the lot for Cars 2 Go and I was almost in tears thinking how the hell am I getting HOME, screw buying a car!Three people turned my day -hell my horrible down on my luck year- around by listening to what I wanted, what I could actually do, and getting me to a happy medium while treating me like a human being and not just a dollar sign. I waited a few weeks to give the review so I could comment on the car as well as the staff and I love it as much as I love them! This company will post a car that is for sale on the internet and than one of the family members/friends of the business will take the car and drive it all around Charlotte like is theirs adding unnecessary miles to the car. They ended up telling me that car will be there after the person is done enjoying the car for free. No Thanks! Total waste of my time and gas to go see a car that isnt there. I found out about this place through a person in Gastonia, they spoke very highly of “magic” the owner, so I figured I’d stop by. The day I stopped by, I immediately loved the white Honda Civic and Magic let me test drive and BOOM the deal was sealed!! Very professional, willing to work with budgets, and HONEST about the cars he has on the lot!Any mechanical problems, their staffs is always on top of fixing the issue! I actually had my car for about 3-4 months and we got into a wreck and totaled it; here’s why Cars 2 Go to the best hands down, once I contacted him about the wreck he immediately asked me to come in to put me in another’s car, after all the insurance was taken care of he put me in another car!!
