I was trying to get a car from this place. They only deal with one person for everything so if that person isnt there good luck. The workers here are lairs and cant get there story straight. So I took my business somewhere else. I didnt like the disrespectful vibe and what happen to the customer is always right!!!!

Was treated like a celebrity. No pressure. You tell them what you want and you drive off with it and it didnt take too long. Everyone is very helpful and polite and go out of their way.

When you go in with enough money they are ready to take your money and put you in any car. my car had problems within the first month and they made it seem like i had this car for years and wanted to charge me $300 for an alternator. My car also has no a/c which is horrible right now. Im stuck with a car that needs work and they knew that but they didnt care. They wanted my money and they got it. These people will look you in the face like they want to help you but are laughing at you on the inside because they know themselves their cars are trash. They deserve negative 5 stars.If you are looking for a reliable car do not even go here. You can delete my reviews all you want i will put another to let people know they shouldnt make a mistake by trusting A&S. This place is literally trash they are snakes.

STAY AWAYsave your money idc how good the deal is. Rashean is a HORRIBLE business man!! I bought my car from him and I didn’t even have my car the first month because the transmission was broke. He then illegally gave me a loaner car, which I did not know was illegal. I planned to traveled 3 hrs away in the loaner car, but I only made it two hrs away. Thank GOD I stopped at a gas station when I did because the steering system went out and I was stuck in Virginia with a 3 month old baby ! When I returned to Charlotte I demanded to get my car back. My car was now finally running good but now I needed my tags and title that I paid him upfront cash when I bought the car in March. It is now April and no tags or title. So I filed a claim on him at Dmv and when I went up there they were very familiar with Rashean. Rashean sold me my car without a salvage title inspection. Then he refused to give me my tags. I really have no clue how this man is still in business, but this is a warning ! Id hate for him to put anyone else through all the stress he had put me through.

I got a town country van from this place about 5 months ago befor i could get home the check engine light came on so i took it back about 3 or 4 times they never fixed it .They told me i would have to pay half of the money to help get it fix .All along i was thinking they turned the check engine light so i could buy it any way.In september 2016 they came reposed the van from me for 1 late car payment telling me i own them my $306.00 car payment and a $ 400.00 repose fee .And in order to get my things out the van i had to pay 50.00 or sign a wavier but i had 10 days to figure out what i wanted to do in order to get my van back .My last words to them was No Thank You .Its a green Town and country van and the check engine. Light is still on some doors want lock the engine light is cause the knock sensors has gone out in order to fix it you have go in the motor if not fixed it start to run rough its a 2004 with the side panel missing on driver door .

Stopped by to ask some inspection questions, not only was the guy rude, but he assumed I wanted something “illegal” done. Poor customer service and very unprofessional as a potential customer. Would stay away from this place.

Arranged to come here to look at a 2010 Altima 2.5s, white, with 114k. Brought a technician with for a Pre-purchase inspection. They were advised of this. Partway into the inspection, the representative flipped out and told us to leave. I can only assume they were hiding something wrong with the vehicle that the tech was about to discover. These guys are shady. Buy from a private party seller instead.

They Have horrible customer services. They’re all liars and lie In cohesion from the crummy car salesmen to the rude bearded boss. They should be shut down and taken to court for robbing the community. I almost bought a car from them until I took a look at the engine and seen that is was flood damage. Worst place ever.. Last month we bought a car from then and within 3 weeks the transmission went out. When we got it towed there, they said it wasnt the transmission. But all that they said they will fix it and they will give us a courtesy vehicle, days after days they keep giving us the run around about the car. We called everyday and they kept telling us that our car was ready and they know it wasnt. Long story we short, over the phone they told us to come in and work something out with management or get our money back. When we asked to get our money back, the owner said no. Ripped up the maintenance paperwork and told us he have no choice but to go half and half on the transmission. They are all liars in that place, from the owner to the employees. I dont see how this place is still open. Delete it and Ill post it everyday if I have to!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first purchase was paid WELL before loan agreement ended 8months or better. Owner pre-judged me and truthfully the car was drivable junk, but I went back . He is NOT GOOD AS HIS WORD!!! BOTH cars where damaged and promises to be fixed without him providing suitable transportation needs. This is a tactic to get you to commit and give false statements to attain the car. Further more financing thru the owner WILL NOT HELP YOUR CREDIT SCORE!! HE WONT PAY FOR ANYTHING!!! SORRY! SHAUN, BUT SOMEONE HAS TO BE HONEST! HELL GET YOU DRIVING THOUGH!! THATS WHY HE GETS A 3 RATING. AND BY NOW, YOU ALREADY KNOW IM NOT AFRAID OF YOU MR.INTIMIDATOR!!

This company doesnt deserve not even one (1) star! I purchased a vehicle from them on or about Feb. 23, 2016; and its been nothing but a nightmare. Repair after repair, tow after tow. My fiance and I have spent more than $2,000.00 in a vehicle that weve had for less than 4 months; and now we have to replace the transmission which I am being told can cost us $1,800.00.The cars at this dealership are no where near reliable and I would never recommend them to anyone.When we initially purchased the vehicle some repairs needed to be made; and we took the vehicle back to them on several times. Upon receiving the vehicle back from their mechanic the vehicle was worse on almost every occasion. The vehicle abruptly stopped on the highway almost killing my fiance in the process. We than had to have the vehicle towed as A&S refused to accept any responsibility for the vehicle stopping. Upon having it towed to an actual reputable mechanic it was found that the Mechanic for A&S Auto did not properly connect the wires back after making their so called repairs to the vehicle of which took 2-3 days to perform (in which I might add we did not have a vehicle; and was making payments for this one). The repair to have someone go in and correct the mechanic for A&S Auto errors alone cost almost $500.00; and thats not including the towing to the shop. Several days after purchasing the vehicle the keys and remote to the vehicle would not unlock the doors. The only way we could get in and out of the vehicle was by one (1) leaving it unlocked and/or two (2) crawling in through the trunk (because the remote would only work for the trunk). They refused to repair that as well. The day after purchasing the vehicle we realized the mirrors would not adjust properly. After being told that was going to be repaired along with multiple other items A&S Auto rescinded their verbal agreement to take care of this issue as well.My goal is to save someone else the awful experience of PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. I am currently working with my lender and several other outlets to continue to expose this company for their unethical business practices; and will not stop until I am satisfied with a reasonable outcome. There is absolutely no excuse for us having to spend the kind of money that weve had to spend for this vehicle for it to be sitting in my garage not working w/monthly payments; and only be in our possession for less than three (3) months!!

A&S dont even deserve the one start they get! THEY HAVE TERRIBLEEEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a Kia From then and they threatened to take mf car from day one!!!! When I was purchasing the car they always called me to get my money but everytime I had a problem wit my car they got missing I actually had to get a lawyer for this case! I wouldnt RECOMMEND ANYBODY HERE!!!!
