I reached out to Carolina Heartwood cabinetry since I bought a home that had already had their cabinets installed and I was pretty pleased with the quality. Im pretty frustrated because they do not sell directly to individuals and none of the people they recommended to buy the cabinets from will call me back. Im not going to chase people to do business with them.Good cabinets but unfortunately almost impossible to buy them. Why dont you just sell them directly you would have had a sale for many cabinets from me. I ended up just buying them from Home Depot. 🙁

I purchased a brand new construction home less than a year ago. The contractor used Carolina Heartwood Cabinetry in our kitchen. My husband and I have experience in replacing/ installing cabinets and this is by far the worst product we have ever seen. The wood is cracked in places after less than a year and the cabinets don’t close half of the time because they are falling apart. DO NOT USE this company if you want quality cabinets. I don’t see an option to post pictures but feel free to message me for them!

So far weve received partial orders. We were informed the color our customers selected was being discontinued and some items would not be provided, but parts of those unavailable items were provided and many, many other parts that were supposed to be shipped were not. It has now been 2 weeks since we informed the company of this issue, weve followed up several times, and only heard back once two Fridays ago saying they were unaware they didnt ship what they were supposed to and would be working on it, and once a couple days ago when I followed up since it had been a week just to have someone else let me know that they were still working on it, but we havent heard anything since then. We tried placing two more orders two weeks ago back on 7/31 and never heard anything from them about these until I was following up on the previous orders and I was told they were still checking quantities and pulling our orders and Then they would send us an order confirmation... For the record, their website says their unassembled cabinets can be delivered in days - but its been a couple weeks now and we still dont know whats going on with our orders. I followed up again this morning since I had given them a couple days to get back to me again, but at this point it may be fair to say this companys quality of service and reliability are less than desirable to say the least. Of the pieces that actually were delivered with our last two kitchens, many pieces came scratched or broken or chipped and had to be fixed and refinished in our shop, which was what we were trying to avoid to begin with. If youre doing one small job and you just want something cheap, you may have better luck, but so far weve had a difficult time getting what we paid for or getting anyone to answer us about what they owe us or about our new orders... needless to say, not impressed thus far.

We purchase many of our stock cabinets from them. It is a great source for what we need.
