I love me some Publix!! It reminds me of Wegmans. The fruits an vegetables are always fresh. Everyone is always so helpful. The deli section is amazing. The bakery is to die for. Only thing is I went to order a cake for a Breast Cancer event an there were no Breast Cancer ANYTHING in the entire store? I attempted to get balloons as well? P.S Publix it’s October Breast Cancer awareness month…

If you are looking for the best freshest variety of fruit. STOP HERE! Fresh seafood at a decent price. STOP HERE! The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The lines for the seafood area move rather quickly with more than one person available to assist customers. They even have freshly made sushi.

This Publix keeps me coming back for more. The staff is friendly. The store is always clean. And its laid out in such a manner, if you are in a hurry, you can always find what you need in an expedient manner. Very nice little addition to the community.

Very very very clean!!!! The sea food department is so awesome!!!! They were cooking some kind of fish behind the counter and it smelled AMAZING!!!!!! I was looking for cream soda but they only had one bottle of it. I make ice cream sodas and root beer floats. I also bought 2 1/2 gallons of breyers ice cream but they were 2 for $10.00 Harris teeter sells the same ice cream but its 2 for $6.00 thats why I only gave 4 stars and only 1 cream soda left in the shelf is also why I only gave 4 stars.

I love being able to go in and get my lunch in the morning. I just wish the salad bar was open, and had containers out in the mornings as well.

The guys making my sandwiches were awesome, polite, and quick compared to every other Publix Ive been too. Other than the deli, the rest of the prices were pretty high. Ill do the rest of my shopping elsewhere nextime.

Did away with fresh meat counter. Other than extortionate prices, what makes it any different than a Walmart?

Be careful when you order a sub online at night. I ordered one and drove all the way to the store to pick it up, only to then be told they never made the sub because they were out of stuff. They could have told me 30 minutes ago when I ordered it, but instead I had to drive all the way to find out. Thank God I asked and didnt wait.

The store and staff are great but my produce always spoils a day or two after purchase. I dont have issue with anything else.

There is a guy in the deli named Charlie. I started coming here about 6 months ago and this guy never seems to have a bad day. If he does he doesn’t show it. He is always proactive in asking customers how he could help them. Every time I’ve come here and he’s helped me I’ve left happy. Always willing to help. He’s a true asset to Publix and should be considered for management IMO. His customer focus is top notch. Thank you Charlie!

I love the variety and the staff is always pleasant. But Publix is very EXPENSIVE. The cooked chicken is very good but they do not clean the hairs/feathers & thats hard to see while trying to eat.

I found all that I was looking for however organization of items are somewhat lacking. Same items are scattered throughout the store.Staff was helpful in assisting me with locating items. Chocolate covered strawberries are very good.

Always clean, and I can find everything I need even when its something super specific like vegan egg roll wrappers.

I wasnt impressed. This was my first time at this location. When it came to the cut up fruit... they didnt have the stock like the other stores. They didnt have soda choices for their buy two sale for the Pepsi. It was truly a lacking experience. I was disappointed and I had to go to another store to get what I needed.

Very good public service associates. Cashier and bagger were very patient and attentive to us, even though my wife and mother can get a little confused the associates took their time and made sure all our needs were met.

Bought a Greenwise pizza sauce from this store a few months ago. I found something in it that looked like part of a tongue- 3 in x 3 in mass. Fortunately I took a picture however turned the product over to the manager. He assured us he would have it analyzed etc. He offered steaks etc whatever we wanted (who wants to eat after having a tongue fall out on your pizza sauce) I called QC at greenwise a few days later for follow up. They said it’s obvious that someone put this thing in the sauce after it was made... and they destroyed it. So no analysis. Publix QC called me thought I wanted money and shut me down. I just wanted to know what we had eaten. We already had eaten a serving a few days before!! My problem is this. Great to take my money for good product. But do you really care enough about customers to make sure FOOD IS SAFE?

I usually have my grocery ordered. However, some of my items had to be substituted, which I understand. However, why are items offered as if they are in stock when they are actually sold out?

I felt like they understood and cared, even though ultimately we couldnt get the product at this time. Unlike the Randolph Road location, I like this Publix. Ample parking. Great selection of products. Clean store. Bought 1st time, Calloway Blue Spring water. Great tasting and for premium water, at $7.99, its a great value for 24 bottles. Id recommend visiting this Publix.

Had a buffalo sub and it was great. Had a long line but it went quick and they spent time on your sub like it was theirs. Customer service was great. I couldnt find my Stella wine but I probably didnt need it anyways.

Publix has a great drive-thru pharmacy for convenience and speed. Prices at Publix are moderately higher than other supermarkets in the area, but they do specialize in a lot of prepared and heat-n-eat type of meals for people on the go. Not great for a stock-up kind of shopping trip, but great for grabbing a few items on the way home.

Our local Publix. I grew up in Florida so having a Publix close to home in North Carolina is the best! All the staff weve talked to have been really friendly and the store is always super clean and organized!

I always like the selection at Publix, though the poor experience of having the self checkout attendant snatch a receipt out of my hand and ask me to throw away someone else’s trash was demeaning. I’m not sure what would make anyone think that is a respectful interaction with a customer. Hopefully it is corrected. This occurred 3:28p on 6/27/21.

I go to Publix for their Bakery and Subs. Their overall grocery selection does not seem to be as robust as Harris Teeter or Walmart. Their produce is very fresh. Their meat selection is minimal, but their seafood selection is better than HT.

The facility was clean, employees were very friendly and courteous, merchandise was plentiful and reasonably priced.

I love shopping at Publix. The folks are courteous King and helpful all the time!

I ordered a meal for four + extras online a in advance. Drove 3 hours in awful 85N traffic, still managing to make it in time somehow, for them to not have fulfilled the order. I’ve never had a bad experience with Publix but this one clearly doesn’t have its act together and now I’m left to scramble for my fathers birthday. Thanks.

This store is always clean (the shelves, floors, self check out machines) and the self check out area is pretty clean as well.Using the Publix app also enhances the shopping experience, I’ll be a loyal customer for a very long time. Customer service is always in top shape as well if I need assistance with self check out.

Everyone is so personable and nice at the store they remind me of Chick-fil-A with their customer service. This store is always super clean and very tidy I love the look of the store overall great place to shop especially when they have sales or you can use coupons. I also had savings on my app as well for my bday and another discount auto added just by entering my telephone number at checkout! Using Arnold Schwarzeneggers voice Ill be back.....

The deli is a chaotic mess 99% of the time. Either the workers are moving in slow motion, there are never enough people working or an assistant manager comes over and messes everything up by not knowing where anything is----truly awful since Day 1.

Today makes the third time I have gotten bad meat from Publix that Ive had less than 3 days. First it was the beef stew back in October that looked like new and old meat mixed together. Then I had salmon that had a really horrible smell, so much so I couldnt even eat it. Today I took the chicken tenders out and it had a horrible smell. Wont be buying anymore meat from them. Their deli department is good and produce is fresh. The meat? Not so much.

Publix is just the gold standard in Customer service, they always go the extra mile just to make sure you are completely satisfied with their products and services.

They are selling rotten fish. I bought perch that smelled aweful.
