Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Tom (the owner) is a no nonsense-make the customer happy type of guy. Installed a new system at one of our locations. We were blow away at the quality of service and the integrity that their systems bring. With the great experience we had, we have now used them in 3 of our other locations. We received quotes from several firms and not only was Piedmont an incredibly competitive quote but they were by far the most hands-on company. We replaced our old alarm with a new cell based system, upgraded our security cameras and added door access control. Tom helped us to design our systems to meet our exact needs and gave us great suggestions to build in the features that would serve us today and in the future. After getting a quote from one of the national companies, we got a quote from Piedmont as well. Prices were a little lower and they threw in a few other things to make it even better. But the service and the friendliness of everyone there has been great. They have done everything professionally and always made good when there was a hiccup. We are a local preschool and have been using Piedmont Security Systems for years. After having to replace our security key pad multiple times, over the years, due to the amount of usage from parents and staff coming and going on a daily basis, we were encourage to purchase a different security system that would meet the needs of the school not only functionally but financially. 4 systems installed and Not a glitch no more changing batteries in doors. Tom and his team have been there anytime we need anything. The system is user friendly and I can add or remove any card with in moments!
