Need to be careful before you engage them. It has been 1 year and they have not been ableto replace the new screen door that had the issue when they initially installed. They have come 4-5 times since and always had either a wrong size/color or part broken. No respect for customer’s time.

Pulled in, the unloader guy was quick to get my paperwork, told me to go ahead and untarp, unstrap. No wasted time till that fast and friendly dood had me on my way to another load. Was excellent service and speedy. Thanks to him I was able to get home early on a friday to spend more time with my family.

Ordered doors over a month ago and I understand during COVID things are behind so I can overlook the delay on receiving.Delivery was set for today, the woman on the phone wasn’t the most pleasant person to speak with but thought maybe she’s having a bad day so I overlooked it.Then, when received, the doors were just stacked in the middle of the common area of my customers Building, invoice just tossed on the ground without any signature or even just letting them know where the doors were placed.Never received a phone call or email stating the doors were on the way or dropped offJust an overall poor experience with bad communication that made me and my company look bad.

I wanted to have a good experience, and I was very much aware that service levels during COVID are not always what they could be. However, I was shock at the total LACK OF CARING regarding quality. My 1st order was delivered with broken pieces. My replacement order was also broken and the replacement-replacement order was a week after they committed. When I brought these issues up, I was told it happens from time to time. I can deal with problems - the world isnt perfect. What i struggle with is a lack of professionalism and a lack of effort. I would NOT recommend this business.

Products arent always readily available. Special orders are probable. Customer service needs serious work. Waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes while being looked at and passed by and not once did someone greet me, ask if I needed assistance or if someone was already helping me. The office is not necessarily set up to be the most welcoming. Everything is closed off and barricaded.

When it comes to windows and doors Marisa Karp at Professional Builders is the one to go to. She knows her products and has superior customer service skills. I never had to worry about anything because she always followed through on what she said and did a fantastic job. If I had to buy windows and doors again I would definitely go back and work with Marisa..
