Nice people but unprofessional pricing. I tried to sell a 2017 Toyota Camry with 30k miles to them. They offered me 9500 at beginning and raised to 12000. Another dealer started with 14000. Think twice before accepting their offer.

Welp, I did it! I purchased my dream car today at Williams Buick GMC with the help of Gene Simmons. It was a painless process from start to finish. He was firm but so very kind. I came to get my car serviced for maintenance an oil change and tire rotation. My car was working perfectly fine. My appointment time was 10:45am I arrived before my appointment. When they finished with my car at 1:30 I got my car back with a error message and a parking assist button that wouldn’t cut off and my raisin wasn’t working.I asked the employee about it in which he didn’t have the answer. When I spoke the manager Zack Strickland he was very rude and didn’t care what the issue was. He told me it’s not his issue and there is nothing he’s going to do about it. I asked hi. To help me understand why did I bring my car with no issues and yet I’m leaving the dealership with an issue. I left with a problem and no answers. I called and spoke with district manager in which I have received no call back I do not trust to take my car back to this dealership. Now I have to find out what what happened as to why my car isn’t working.
Williams Buick GMC was a little further away then my local GMC dealership but they have a good reputation so I decided to start my car buying journey there. My salesperson, Gene Simmons, did not disappoint. He was very personable, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the whole process. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in was not available on the lot so I had to wait for one to be delivered that was already in transit. Gene was always available by, phone, email or text to answer any questions and also kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle right until delivery. Malcolm Kay, the finance director, was also great to deal with while we worked out a deal that was acceptable to both parties. Buying a car is never easy but the team at Williams made the process smooth, I would definitely recommend them to someone interested in purchasing or leasing a Buick or GMC.
After casually searching for a 2021 GMC Yukon for a few months, we came across Williams Buick GMC and decided to stop by to check out their inventory on the lot. If you are unfamiliar with the current car situation, these are very hard to come across right now, and if you can find one, you’re probably looking at waiting a few months to get it. After talking with Dan, our wonderful car salesman, we found out that what we were looking for was showing up in the next few days, and thankfully still available. The Yukon ended up arriving a day earlier than expected and we were able to come by within the next couple of days to pick it up. Tony in the finance department immediately worked with us to not only match, but beat the financing offer we had to make things easier. The whole day-of pick-up process took less than 2 hours… pretty quick in my opinion. Dan took the time to walk us through all of the features, and also took care of ordering additional GMC accessories, which we will pick up later this week. Overall we had a very positive and easy buying experience, thank you to everyone involved!

The negotiation process was very transparent and I appreciated that. Mac went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied during the vehicle delivery. More dealers should take your approach. I never posted when I bought my car from them back in 2019. Gene Simons (not KISS) was a phenomenal salesman. He was one of those forceful guys. He took time and worked out the best options for my budget. Definitely will by my next car from them and hopefully Gene will still be there.

5-27-21. Dealership exceeded my expectations. This may be long winded.After reading reviews of several GMC dealerships I called and made an appointment with Gene Simmons. From what I saw he had the best ratings. Gene was polite and courteous over the phone. He answered all of my questions and had time to see me around 11:30.When I arrived at the dealership, Gene had the vehicle we were discussing (Sierra AT4) waiting in the vehicle delivery arrive for me to review and drive. After the drive there was an elevation trim that I wanted to look at as well. Gene insisted we take the Elevation for a drive to compare with the AT4. After this I did settle on the AT4.I had a paid off vehicle to offer for a down payment. They gave me a offer that was above what I had thought I would get for my vehicle.Now comes the financing. I feel I was given a fair offer.Tony Grant did a great job with all of the financing paperwork. I was only in the finance office for about 45 minutes.This is one of the fastest car deals I have ever done. From pulling up to the lot to leaving with my new truck took around 3.5 hours. This included a thorough overview of the truck and how to operate the vehicle after the purchase.Thank you Gene and Tony. You have earned a customer for life.
I had a great experience the moment I walked in. I did not have to wait to meet with anyone and Greg took great care of me. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me my options. When it came down to making the decision and signing the papers, Greg really took the time to make sure it was the right car for me which I genuinely appreciated. I have since recommended him to friends and colleagues of mine. The financing portion was quick and painless. Tony and Greg are two of the nicest guys I have worked with, they really care about your experience and it shows.

We bought a car 5 months ago and one month later the car started making weird noises. We took the car a couple times to their auto service to figure out what was happening, but they didnt try to test drive the vehicle to understand our concerns and said they couldnt find anything wrong. The problem got worse through time and then two weeks ago the car broke down. They said they would resolve our problem and when we got there they lied and changed the proposal saying they had some sort of miscommunication. Do not buy a car there. Waste of time and money.

Drove over 4 hours for a great deal on a BMW Z4. The entire trip, I was concerned the car would be sold while I continued the drive to Charlotte from Jacksonville. Kristen did a great job reaching out to me by text answering my questions and keeping me updated on my drive there. 30 minutes away, she CALLED ME and stated I have your car pulled up front and Mike T (salesman) will have it ready for you. Upon arrival Mike was very professional and NOT HIGH PRESSURE. He gave me ample time to look over the car on my own. The price was much better than I was seeing closer to home. I arrived at 6 and they closed at 7 but you couldnt tell it. No one was rushing me, and Mike T and his F&I man Mike W stayed after and closed my deal quickly and efficiently so I could begin my 4.5 hour trip back home. I went in totally frustrated, as this was the second time this happened with my car. The first time it was the battery (3 weeks ago - battery dead), so this time, I assumed it had to be something in the car draining the battery. Caleb went above board to check everything and determined that I received another bad battery. I did not want to deal with the place I had gotten to battery from, so I had the battery thrown away and bought a new one. Happy with the total experience, and feel like I can drive without having any problems with my Envision.

I went in for additional training on electronic settings on my new 2021 Acadia Denali. Also to show torn headrest covers on 3rd row seats to service for warranty service as they both looked like assembly errors. New headrest covers were ordered and will be installed when they arrived.Additional comments on Electronics Settings I went in for were well done and I appreciate Dan Adams time and effort, it was helpful and he answered a bunch of questions.

The entire process with this dealership was extremely smooth and overall one of the best experiences on helping me get out the door quickly. Although I ran into hiccups once taking ownership of the vehicle due to technicians rushing through the job and not receiving any responses at first, Hatcher Williams was quick to resolve the issues and follow up with me to ensure everything was resolved. Everyone at this dealership is great and professional and I would go here again, Ill just actually look the car over first before driving away. Best dealership experience yet though.

This dealership is absolutely amazing. The service I received when I purchased my vehicle was professional, respectful, and made the process easy. I never felt pressured throughout the buying process and they helped me find any discounts I was eligible for. In addition to buying an extended warranty, I also purchased a tire and rim warranty when I bought the vehicle in January. Today I had to file a claim under the tire/rim warranty but the nearest dealership to my location was in SC. The service at Bell & Bell in Little River, SC was absolutely horrible and they tried to take my money saying that the warranty I purchased did not cover that incident. I had to reach out to the Charlotte dealership to help me because I was not receiving good service and was being lied to constantly at the SC location. Malcolm in the Charlotte office assisted me with filing the claim and assured me that I was covered and did not have any expense out of pocket because of the purchased warranty. Even when he reached out to that location, they still tried to tell me the whole service/replacement parts were not going to be covered and I was still going to be charged close to $200. This left me playing phone tag with the Charlotte location in order to receive adequate assistance even with my vehicle at another location. I was very impressed with how courteous Malcolm and all of the staff were with me, and I am very thankful to have someone dependable to reach out to for my GMC. Thanks to them I am not stuck with any bill and my warranty was fully applied.
My Wife and I drove down to look at a used vehicle today and we were very pleased with how simple and quick the entire process was. Gene Simmons was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get us an amazing deal on a used SUV.The Financial side of purchasing a vehicle can be very daunting but Tony Bryant was able to walk us through step by step and made sure we got a great deal on an extended warranty for our vehicle.Being new to the area we were nervous about stopping in doing business with a group of people that we were not familiar with but after today I am so thankful that we did.They have our business for life.Thank you guys!
The initial reason for the visit was to fix one issue which was visible upon entering the dealership. After 4 hours and being told that there were no rentals available in order to get serviced somehow miraculously a vehicle was available after 3 hours of waiting. In conclusion the main visit issue was not resolved and in addition the service crew caused my check engine light to come on and stated that the light was already on which was not a true statement. I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone who values or cherishes a vehicle in which they have worked hard for to obtain.
Gene was super helpful throughout the whole process and I really enjoyed working with him!
In shopping for our next family vehicle, we had been to 5 dealerships before going to Williams. We had THE BEST experience here. Greg and Michael were AMAZING and such a breath of fresh air in what can be a very stressful process. Greg helped us find the vehicle we loved and Michael did everything he could to get us the best deal possible. They say they are a family run business and that they treat their customers like family. Well, that’s not just a line... it’s true. What an amazing place to buy a vehicle. We will definitely be customers for life!

The BEST experience! We just purchased our second vehicle from Williams GMC and couldn’t be happier. Gene S. was great from start to finish. No pressure, answered all my questions and was very informative on the trucks I was looking at. I test drove 3 different trucks until Gene found me the exact one I was looking for. (Had all the options I needed/wanted and was at the price point I needed). I have never had a great experience buying a car - and have sat there for hours upon hours trying to get everything completed at other dealerships. This experience was so different. Pat was patient and so helpful and knowledgeable. He worked hard to make the deal work for us and what we needed financially to make it work. We will never go anywhere else again.
The last service visit was just for an oil change and tire rotation. The service tech said it would take an hour. It took 35 minutes longer than he said. The bill was already prepared even though I told the tech that checked me in that I had a coupon. The coupon was for 39.95. The tech took that amount off of the bill he prepared. I told him that was incorrect. The coupon was for the whole price, not a discount off of the regular price. He said the math worked out to be the same, so I did not argue with him. When I got home I checked the math, and the tech was wrong. He overcharged me by $4.51. That is not a big deal, but it is a big deal that he lied to me or is incompetent. Now, to top all of that, the tires were not rotated! I am absolutely sure of this because I noted before taking my truck to the dealership that the front right tire had an identifying mark on the sidewall. The tire is in the same location now.This is not the first time I had issues with the service department. They refused to adjust the drivers door so it would not hang on the floor mat. Instead, I received new mats and was told by the service manager that it was a one-time replacement. Of course, the new mats were destroyed like the original mats, and now the weather stripping around the door is damaged too. Consequently, I had to purchase replacement floor mats from Weathertech.Then there was the time that I asked for a slow leak to be fixed in one of the tires. The service tech decided that I was mistaken about the tire location and decided to fix a different tire. In the process of fixing the wrong tire he damaged the valve stem to the extent it was almost impossible to put air in the tire. The tire that actually leaked continued to leak after that, so took my truck to Mavis to have it repaired. It has not leaked since. Once again, the service tech ignored what I said and lied about it to me. The tech could not have actually fixed the wrong tire because it didnt have a leak. I was charged for fixing something that was not broken.After a great purchase experience with the dealership, the service has been horrible. I will never use Williams for service again, but I would consider buying from them again.
This is the 3rd Buick that I have leased from this dealership and with the same Salesperson- Gene Simmons. He is very easy to work with, extremely detail oriented and he knows the vehicles. The process was very smooth and they worked with us. Would definitely recommend Williams Buick GMC

I have had my family vehicles serviced for over 20 plus years at many dealerships and garages and by far this was the best experience I have ever had. Will Rufalo the service rep was awesome. Moving forward all of our vehicles will only be serviced here due to Will and the great experience I had.
