Finks Jewelers is a great store. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a genuine warm welcome and everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection of beautiful jewelry and watches to choose from. I have worked with Roger Harper on many occasions and he’s always so helpful and patient with me. Roger always makes my experience at Finks a real pleasure. If I could give Roger more than 5 stars I would!!

Had been wanting a Rolex for some time and visited the store multiple times. Of course there is a global shortage for Rolex right now, but I was able to talk watches with Marshall and he was so kind to chat about watches every time I was in the store. I let him know my interest in the model I wanted and after waiting some time I was able to receive the watch I wanted. I highly recommend Marshall, along with Fink’s in general. I plan to purchase all my future watches and jewelry through Marshall in the future.

Roger Harper was a delight to work with! I engaged Roger to purchase a Rolex; he had none in stock but willingly allowed me to try on his personal Rolex (having never tried one on before,) which solidified my decision. At the end of our visit he gladly saw me out, which surprised me because he didn’t push any of the other brands he had in stock. He knew I wanted a Rolex and respected my wishes enough to not push any other brands!Having felt comfort that Roger was looking out for my best interests, I asked to see other brands that might equal the Rolex in simplicity, elegance and style, and he showed me three; one of which was a perfect fit for what I was looking for! I took a few pictures, left, thought about it for a couple hours, decided I wanted it, and texted Roger back on his personal mobile. He got it all ready for my return, made the sale and I left 20 minutes later with a beautiful piece (that I may actually like better than Rolex,) and a trust that if/when a Rolex does come back, I’ll get the call to take a look. I got a beautiful ring and was assisted very well. I asked for the military discount and they weren’t sure about it. I did not got the discount but later I found out that they were supposed to give it. So if you are military active or veteran, claim it!

Picked up my first Rolex from Finks this past weekend and couldnt be more thrilled. My wife and I were surprised when we saw numerous Datejusts in the display case. We picked up a blue dial Datejust on Friday and liked it so much we went back to get the white dial Datejust Saturday! Inna was our salesperson and was great throughout the buying process! Spent a lot of time in Kay’s, Helzberg, Jared’s, Diamond Direct, and yes, even Tiffany’s. None of them had a sales person that was even close to Roger at Finks. Never been to a place where I was told that they werent taking new customers until I came to this store. Huh? As a Rolex collector, I came in to see if they had anything in stock, and the sales lady essentially told me to get lost and get on a wait list elsewhere. As someone whom runs a multimillion dollar business, I find her response beyond unacceptable.

I had an inquiry about a specific hard-to-find timepiece that has been on my wishlist for a while. I spoke with Inna who has been extremely helpful, informative and proactive. Unlike other ADs who play games with their customers, the experience at Fink’s could not be more different. This is a shop that makes you feel valued. I have been a customer for years, and will continue to be loyal well into the future! Patience is important with watches these days, but I am hopeful that Inna/Fink’s can make it happen!

My husband and I have used this Fink’s location a couple of times for a Rolex gift and also a Yurman piece a few years ago when we were newer to Charlotte and didn’t know much about the area. The sales reps were friendly enough and helpful during our purchasing process but nothing overwhelming (we came from Atlanta and had longtime jewelers there we loved and trusted)!Fast forward to Wednesday March 24th, 2021.I walk into Fink’s to try and find a specific Yurman bead bracelet and there are 4 representatives standing behind the jewelry counter up front (3 female 1 male). The male rep walks up and asks if he can help me find anything in particular, and I explain what I’m looking for and that I pulled it up on Yurman’s website and it said there was 1 bracelet available in south park mall. He proceeded to look for the specific bracelet but said he was most certain they did not have it. At this point all was totally fine! I only stated that I had looked on the website and it showed one was available so I didn’t understand why that was (I was not being rude at all only stating what I had looked up to try and figure out where I could find it). The male rep got extremely rude with me immediately and said just bc the website said there was one available didn’t mean Fink’s had it bc there was another Yurman store in the mall and that’s the store they were talking about (which I was unaware of...and he could obviously tell that). He proceeded to make me feel as uncomfortable as he possibly could even jabbing me asking who was the bracelet for...for YOU?!?!? Even the female reps were getting uncomfortable with his atrocious behavior and the fact he was losing his cool over someone asking questions about what they had found on the Yurman website and it contradicting in store information even if I was wrong...he was not interested in helping me or selling me anything....he was only interested in punishing/humiliating me! Finally one of the female reps came over very sweetly and said you may want to try the Yurman store in the mall around the corner from Lilly P, they may have it there and good luck.Needless to say Fink’s lost our business forever and if you’d allow a male to speak to your daughter or wife the same way this man spoke to me....I feel ashamed for these owners!

Lets start all this by saying, Inna is THE BEST!!!So the story starts back when I was 20 years old. I took pride in my accomplishments at a young age and work very hard for things that I wanted. I had a recent accomplishment that I wanted to celebrate with a new Rolex. After visiting 4 stores in the Charlotte and surrounding area, getting treated like a young kid that most sales personnel wouldnt even give me the time of day. I finally found Inna at Finks. As soon as I walked in the door, she made me feel like I was a customer who had just spent $100k with her in the past month. She took the time out of her busy day to show me her inventory and fit me for my PERFECT time piece. I walked out of the store that day with not only a new Rolex, but a very valuable life lesson that EVERYONE needs to learn. Treat people the same whether they are young, old, rich or poor. You can never judge a book by its cover. Five years later, I have purchased two more Rolex watches from her and I am currently in the market for a third. She even sent me a hand written letter in the mail for Christmas. If you want service, look no further than FINKS!!!

I cant say enough great things about Finks at Southpark- specifically Roger. I had an old designer watch for which the company had stopped manufacturing replacement parts. I didnt know how to get this watch fixed but I stopped in Finks to see if they had a suggestion. Roger took the time to brainstorm creative solutions and ultimately helped fix the watch. Just wanted to post a review about my fantastic experience at Finks with their sales staff and watchmaker Francis. I brought in a microbrand dive watch that had been damaged by another local watchmaker. Francis restored it to near perfection (from a ding that I was mostly sure wouldnt come out) and also regulated it within +/- 0.5s/day on my wrist and about -5.5s/day on my winder....much better than it was when I brought it to him!Delores and those sales folks there were also super nice, courteous and let me try on a few Rolexes when I dropped off my watch for repair. Strongly considering a Rolex purchase here in the future now that I feel comfortable with their customer service and attention to detail.Thank you again Francis and Delores!

My experience with Finks was wonderful ! My Mother is not in good health and she gave me her Mikimoto pearls that my Daddy had bought her many years ago . They were not in good shape so I hunted for a jewelry store that I felt I could trust with my treasure . I decided to take them to Finks and it was the best thing I could have ever done ! The pearls were sent to Japan, cleaned and restrung and came back beautiful!! Finks got right on it and it actually did not take that long !! In my mind something going to Japan would be forever but surprisingly it didn’t. I would recommend Finks 💯!
