Everyone was friendly (especially the representative who I talked to in the shop), and the service time was great! It only took 30-40 minutes for them to rotate my tires and do any inspections for my car. Everything went smoothly, timely, and as promised. As of now, I recommend!

If I could give no stars, I would.. I worked with both Angel and Jose. Honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever had, I strongly recommend anyone that considers purchasing a car here to look elsewhere. After agreeing on the numbers and placing a deposit with Angel, the professionalism went down hill. From asking for updated receipts, quotes on cross bars, transit estimations, it all was terrible. Angel because unresponsive through texts, I would call and leave messages that would go unresolved. Even going into the location did nothing. It was like they got my money and just stopped. I spoke with Jose over my concerns, he kept talking over me. He repeatedly stated that he spoke to my husband in person, even after correcting him several times he kept calling my boyfriend my husband. I even told him that I am a military widow and that my husband was deceased, but that didn’t seem to matter or even change him from referring to my boyfriend as my husband. The date on pickup got pushed from Friday to Monday to Tuesday to Wednesday to Thursday. I called them on Wednesday to see if pickup was still set for Thursday and was told someone would call me.. no one did.. so I called back, same thing. Until I called and spoke with someone that told me the ETA was now showing NA, how they managed to lose a vehicle I will never know. Awkwardly enough, another dealership, that I didn’t even purchase the vehicle from was providing me with more updates than my sales person. It nothing else you’ve read tells you to go with another dealership, that should. Jose, the manager, does not know how important it is to communicate with his customers or his own employees, therefore it’s just a trickle down effect of horrible communication. On top of all that I had to call 4 times just to attempt to get my deposit removed.Please save yourself the hassle and just go to another dealership. Cars are hard enough to get with the chip shortage alone, you don’t need to purchase one from someone who refuses to provide updates. They’ll constantly blame the issue on the chip shortage but that doesn’t change lack of communication. As someone who works in logistics, customers respond better when they are provided updates.Best of luck in your car search!
Ive been bring my 4Runner to Town & Country for maintenance for about 5 years. Theyve always been professional and accommodating. I put new upper control arms on my 4Runner and it needed an alignment. I showed up on Monday morning without an appointment and they got me right in. I also broke an ABS wire while I was changing the control arm and they diagnosed the problem and provided a cost to repair, which I approved. They had my truck done by 4:00 pm. Anthony was my Service Advisory and was super friendly and knowledgeable. If you need maintenance or repairs check them out.

I just had a wonderful buying experience at town and country Toyota and wanted to share. After having gone to other dealerships and really felt the “car salesman” pressure and tactics that we all hate, I was a little exhausted and bracing myself for some of the same. That was not the case here. I walked in and immediately greeted by Tristan who listened to what I wanted and showed me some options. He gave me keys and off I went on a rest drive. After confirming that I liked the Rav4, We then talked price and all the purchasing options and details. I had my husband come to try the car out so we could both see if we liked it. By this time it was evening and we both had somewhere to be so we asked that we leave and take the night to think about it and he said not a problem and gave me detailed paperwork to take home and review . I’ve been at other dealerships that won’t let you leave or guilt you or bring in their “director” to close the sale etc. and I always hate it. I said id call back the next day if I wanted to move forward with the purchase . And i did! I was able to do preliminary financing over the phone and they got my car ready so I didn’t have to spend a ton of time at the dealership. Tristan came in on his day off to see me through the end of the sale and make sure everything went smoothly. I can’t tell you how vastly different (in a positive way) this car buying experience was compared to ones in the past. Will return again and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car in Charlotte
We use Town and Country Toyota for all of our old Toyota vehicle repairs. The cost of labor per hour is higher than other providers, but the inspections and quality of parts, and high quality service advisors (Robert is our regular and he is really great) make it an excellent value. Our experience with this dealership dates back to the early 1990s, so by now, we know.

Check in was fast. Service was fast. Only hiccup was when I returned to pick up my car, my advisor was out to lunch. No one else acknowledged me until I asked someone if I could pick up my car. The first guy said it was still not yet ready, even though it was parked outside the bay area ready. After a while, I decided to ask another person, the gal who was there when I arrived to see if my car was ready, since I had received a text stating it was. She then got another gentleman to look it up and find my paperwork. After all payment, the advisor did arrive. That was the only issue I had that was not up to par. Arrived at 10:30 for an oil change, but discovered it needed a recall service, fuel pump. So I was able to leave about 3p.
I have been waiting for a battery for over 2 months now. Every week I have to call, be placed on hold for at least 10 minutes, just to see where they are on my battery. I understand they’re back ordered and that isn’t really their fault, but it just really feels like they don’t care and rely on me to track down the status of the thing I already paid for.
Have been getting my vehicles serviced at T&C Toyota for 15 years. Never had any problems. Highly recommend.

Ive always taken my car to a dealer for routine maintenance. My experience this time was no different. Everyone was professional and courteous. My only issue this time was that it took a lot longer than they told me. Not really that big of a deal, as I was in no hurry.

It was fine. Service guy was nice. They had the wrong car at first and almost charged me for service when I was 28 miles past warranty. Luckily that was corrected. It took over an hour to rotate my tires.
Good, opened on time so I could leave vehicle to have a recalled fuel pump replaced & 20,000 mile Svc done. Tech who greeted me was friendly. He got right to why was I there, I like that! When I arrived to pick car up he was there again to greet me… car was ready & waiting outside, all I had to do was sign some docs & out of there, great experience !

Took my Corolla in for its 25,000 mile service. I bought my car there so I trust them to do a good job. Turnaround time was only an hour. The Service Manager is always available to me if I have a question about my car. Im very pleased with their service.
I havent done the service here due to the below experiences.1) Hard to find the service station for first time visitors due to incorrect google map location. I have suggested to change it. Hard to reach the service desk over phone. But, service station in North Charlotte, you can reach them in couple of seconds.2) Once you drive in, no one help you to get the work done. Wait wait wait.3) Cost of Synthetic oil is $20 more than other Toyota autherized stations.Scope to improve.

It took some time to get a service person to help me once I drove the car into the service bay. But after checking in, the service was completed in less than an hour. However, one has to be careful pulling in to the service bay because the door closes automatically. It happened to come down on the trailer hitch on my car and caused quite a jolt. No damage was done .

I went in with an appointment at 10:30 for a simple tire rotation and multipoint inspection. What I thought would be a very simple straightforward visit turned into waiting for two hours without a single update from the service advisor. A different service advisor came to finally get me and handle payment and when I asked what happened he didn’t know. This service advisor (I forgot to get his name) was very nice though. So maybe it was just the original advisor I got. I’m not sure. Anyway this is by far the worst experience I have had in 14 years of visiting Toyota service centers across 3 cities/2 states.Update: I did speak to the service director following my visit and explained the situation. He was very helpful and will be handling the situation so hopefully this is a learning opportunity for everyone.

First I was told that I dont have to pay any money for the service by checking the 2 year/24k mile warranty period then suddenly I was told to pay for the services which was disappointing then I was ok to pay but the advisor dint let me use any of the coupons that was there in their own websiteAdvisor convinced me that there are no coupons available and then when I found out the coupons, I was told the case is closed and coupons cannot be applied anymore, SERIOUSLYI was such a BOGUS morning for me, would never go there anymore

The catalytic converter from my prius was stolen. I didnt know what was wrong with my car. When I called them, I was told that they will have a technician call me back to provide guidance. I got a call later in the evening from one Mr. Aleksey, who told me that the cars catalytic converter had likely been stolen. I was asked to make a police report and also file for insurance, have my car towed to the service center. As soon as the car reached the service center, I got a call again and was told that they will work with insurance company to have it fixed. Aleksey went on to suggest a cat shield from amazon that I can use to prevent such thefts in the future.While the repair was expensive, I was peaceful knowing that the repairs were handled by professionals and will be done on time with good quality.

Overall they do a good job. My only frustration is the constant attempt to upsell additional services that are not required. I was asked to consider services that are due at 60k miles even though my car only has 52k miles on it. If you are not easily swayed into being upsold, then I do recommend for necessary services or repairs.
The overall leadership that Alex.V has at T&C Toyota surpasses anything in the surrounding area. As hard as it is to find a vehicle in these current times, Alex was able to pull off the impossible and find me two fully loaded 2021 Toyotas. We had the truck evaluated after purchasing from another dealer. There was a humming noise when putting the car in reverse. The service manager and assistant service manager, Alex Amiramoy, diagnoised the issue and resolved the problem. I thought they gave me a fair evaluation of the newly purchased vehicle and recommended work to be done to maintain the vehicle. Thank you Town and Country Toyota. This dealership meets expectations. They seem to have the required skill, but they seem to find way more issues that need attention compared to other shops that I go to. I cannot conclude if the issues that they find - always truly need attention or not.
My fiance took my car here to be assessed for damage after I was hit in the parking lot at my work. The service here was terrible- they took only 5 minutes to look at the damage done to my car and completely missed what another shop found (damage to the back frame of the car). They missed it on the estimate-so now I will have to pay the difference to get my car fixed because of the carelessness of the technician looking at my car.On top of this, he tried to state that it is just a ford escape, and I should buy a new bumper to put on and sell it, pocket the money, and buy another car. Very rude and condescending-I love my car and simply want it fixed to how it was before the accident (that was out of my control-my car was parked and unoccupied).I will never take a car back here again, and will never recommend this to others-stay away and take to another collision/body shop!!!!

I bought a used car from Ulysses. When picking up the car, it showed low tire pressure alert. He told us it was just because it was cold outside. The next morning, we had a flat tire with a nail in it. Because we were headed out of town, we had to buy a new tire. I called him and was told they would pay for the tire. I have sent them the receipt 3 different times and they just ignored me and have never even responded. Very poor customer service.

I always get my cars service here and Ive always had a great experience. However, this time, the guy that was helping me was trying so hard to upsell the services that going in for an oil change at $70, 2 suggested services raised the price to $640!! No thank you, Ill do it later. Then my car didnt pass the battery test which I knew but he only offered the most expensive one. When it was time to pay I saw other options on sale for a battery, so I chose one of those. Again the services include a car wash which he only put the stamp on the receipt to come back later for a free car wash. Not the best experience this time.

This place NEVER answers the phone. Any other Toyota you can in the area are HAPPY to help. I don’t get what’s so hard for you all to do your job. And the service isn’t good either they’ll put you car under another vehicle. They also work off commission which is why they try to push you to get BS you don’t need. Lie and say filters a dirty when they are not.

The sales experience was great. Its my second purchase there in 3 yrs w/ salesman Rodney Alexander. Very professional, courteous and patient. Thoroughly explains each step of the transaction, offers advice after answering all questions. Will come back again. The only downside which is no reflection on Rodney is the volume of the music in the showrooms is SOOOO loud that it made it very difficult to hear and even after moving into a private office it was loud. Whoever makes that decision needs to consider the effect it has on customers. At best its annoying and its worst cld cost someone a sale.Rodney keep up the good work.
Brought in for an issue with starting and they told me there was a recall That would cause the issue of hard starting. The service rep was friendly and informative and they got my truck fixed up in the time they said it would take. Would go back again after this experience.

I came in for repairs on damage caused by a pothole. The first time I arrived and waited they had the wrong part. I was rescheduled and called after all parts were in and verified. The repairs and a recall on my Prius were made quickly.
Bought a new car form Town and Country Toyota about 6 months ago and had to reach out to the Service Department a few times. Have called on at least 8 different occasions and only had one call picked up. Let it ring at least 3 minutes or longer until it just disconnects or the phone stops ringing. Some efforts didnt work and had to try another day.Not everything can be done online. Wish they answered the phone. While the people are nice and service is usually super fast, trying to reach someone is time-consuming and frustrating. A couple other times called sales to try to get a message to service with no success.

Took my car there today and I sat inside it for over 15 minutes and nobody bother to come and ask me what I need it. They were all just standing around doing nothing. Worst experience I’ve had ever, will never come back to this place again!!!
