🚨🚨🚨STAY AWAY!!!!! 🚨🚨🚨call BBB ImmediatelyDon’t trust them with your banking information. They never withdraw the correct amount, I call every month with the same issue. I had a supervisor erase my discounts because see felt as though I wasn’t paying enough. The were bought out earlier this year and now you can’t get anyone on the phone and they are not returning calls for support tickets. My last 2-3 orders were incomplete, yet I found out they withdrew money. No verification, no knock on the door. It’s been all bad since day one honestly. Because of Covid-19 I maintained the service to ensure water supply. I’m done. ReadyRefresh is to expensive anyway and they don’t appreciate the consumers. They just increased the prices by $2, so instead of $6, it’s $8 for 5gals of water. The water taste good though. Never had a problem with the quality of water.
Ready Refresh has become a terrible water delivery service, so do not use. They often do not follow clear delivery instructions and often make incorrect deliveries, and this causes them to not pick up bottle returns. Then I am charged unnecessary deposits. I also cannot move the three to four 5-gallon bottles they leave at the wrong end of my 50 foot shotgun house. I have to either wait a week for them to correct or hire a local person to move them. If this had happened only a couple times, it would be fine. But I do not think they have a regular delivery person anymore or maybe they have one who just does not care.One of the most aggravating aspects of this company is the lack of customer service support. They want you to send messages on their app or website that takes a week for them to return (too late get these bottles moved and empties picked up). The contact telephone number is not given. I had to Google to find it, and after going through the automated information, I was connected to customer service, but they are too busy to answer with a live customer service person and once again directed me back to their app or website to send a message. This has happened numerous times.Their invoicing/balance due is confusing to the point I often dont know what I need to pay and when. They have different amounts and dates due. They have outrageous late fees and again... if you want those corrected, good luck with messaging and dont expect to talk to a human.This company also raises prices on deliveries, products, and adds fees multiple times a year. I think this past year theyve raised prices (not just a little either) four or more times. I understand pandemic reasons of higher wages, gas prices, and supply, but this is more than that.I am actively looking for a new water-delivery service in my area. Not having much luck, and if I could lift those 5-gallon bottles, I would purchase them myself at a store just to get rid of this service.Its a shame. Nestle owns this company and their products such as spring water and filtered water are not bad. But they cannot seem to get their delivery and customer service where it is acceptable.
At 1st everything was okay... however customer service wise kept going down hill... my concerns became more as everymonth they kept increasing the price on the 5gal water bottles Also was on auto pay and 2 times they forgot to place the payment and made me have a latefee how can I have a late fee if I am on autopay and money is there? Anyways I spoke to someone and after a month They credited my account because they found out They had failed to submit a payment, so I am moving and decided to not do business with ReadyRefresh anymore and I have about 3 weeks trying to get a hold of someone... by email... by phone... . Today I was finnally able to cancel my account which is a relief! However they charged me $20.00 for having to request the machine and empty bottles picked up earlier than they had available.... did I complaint when Your company rescheduled my deliveries several times...? Nope! Not once... I know they are a business and could care less if a customer did not have a good experience with their company; not sure about the rest of you but; as a customer I have expectations from a well known company that services an essencial Item... and customer service is as far as valuable as Quality it is a valued trait a company must excell at.

Horrible company. Things started out great for he first few deliveries. Then they would reschedule without warning. My last delivery was rescheduled 3 times. I tried to contact customer service to find out what was going on, asking specifically why my deliveries were being rescheduled with no other information. The response back was, wed be happy to reschedule your delivery. Your new delivery date is..., resulting in a fourth reschedule. We were already out of order on the second reschedule, so I ended up setting up with another company. I called today to cancel Readyrefresh, and was on hold for 26 minutes. When I got someone they said they had to transfer me to the cancelation department, resulting in another 30 minutes hold time.
The prices are high, not much communication. The fees are high. Only way to get ahold of customer service is stop paying your bill. The water coolers dont work well. Promotions are easy to lose.
Terrible customer service. I have to call to ask where my bill is and then I am on hold for 25 minutes at least. By the time I am able to get a real person, the bill is late and the delivery is skipped. I was finally able to have someone email me my latest invoice, but by then they had rescheduled me for another month out. Logging in is a joke. I have to reset my password every time because it never saves. They also have our office listed under two accounts. I thought they had fixed that 2 years ago. Since I cant post without a star, here ya go .
One star only because you cant post without a star. We ran out of water today. We have never run out of water before. They missed their scheduled June 9 delivery. It is now June 17. We didnt choose Ready Refresh. They bought out our local water guys and took over our account. Their customer service number is out of order. They dont have a local phone number. Every water service in the area has been swallowed up by them, so they are the only service in town. If you look up websites of other water services, they redirect you to Ready Refresh. If they want to be the only game in town, they need to be prepared to service all the customers that they bought. Ready Refresh sucks. That is the nicest thing I can say about them.
Shout out to Shane. Chill, relatable and knowledgeable about the product. Made the entire process easy. I guess the rest y’all take water too damn seriously lol. I will definitely be referring ReadyRefresh. Looking forward to getting my order. Peace.
This is the third time our delivery has been rescheduled without any more than a new email of delivery confirmation.. with a new date each time. When I called Customer Service to try to pin down an actual delivery date I was told we are in an area they are having difficulties with deliveries and they cannot confirm if the date will stick or change, so well just have to deal with it. Well sorry Ready Refresh, you can deal without our business going forward with that attitude.
This is the absolute worst company to deal with! I started my service by ordering 5 glass 3 gallon bottles of spring water and a cooler that said it fits 3 gallon bottles. Well the pump top of the cooler did not fit these bottles, and not only does their site not mention that, but they don’t have a cooler that does fit the glass bottles. So they had to come pick up the cooler, leaving us with the bottles of water. We ended up ordering a rechargeable pump top on Amazon so we could sit the bottle on a table and use it. When we finished the water, I sent them a message through their app asking that they schedule a pick up of the empty bottles and refund our deposits on them. They said I had to call customer service, even though I had made the request through the app they had requested I use. When I called customer service, I discovered they had started charging $4.99 per call, so I hung up. Customer service should not cost anything. I wrote them again telling them I’m not going to pay for calling customer service. They said someone would call me back. Heck, I’m still waiting on the previous call they said would come a month or two ago! Pictured are the empty bottles that we paid a deposit on and can’t get picked up for a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! We now receive our water from Le Bleu and the service couldn’t be better.
🤔🤔…there’s actually nothing good to say about this company. I don’t want to waste my time putting details on how they do business, we all know. My only regret is that I have to put one star.
I have set up delivery MULTIPLE times now and I still havent received it. This is important for the employees of the business I work for and this type of unreliability is completely uncalled for! Will be taking business elsewhere!
Since this company was taken over by ReadyRefresh, customer service has suffered. Previously, a telephone call would remind residential customers before the next delivery; now, the customer has to log in to the website to find delivery dates. Delivery personnel are not as courteous as previously, either.
I should not even rate with one star.I provided 6 or 7 bottles that I had on hand from when I would pick up my own water from Wal-Mart and when I called to cancel due to not getting bills and getting charged as soon as my bill prints. I was reminded that I would need to return the equipment to include all bottles and be charged $50 for canceling. I was and still am furious. I am happy to return their dispenser but not the bottles since I provided 6 that did not belong to them. When I brought it up to the rep, she stated, you gave those to us.I had to disconnect the call, I was so angry.
Do not do business with this company. They sold me a cooler and I was told that it would have certain features. After receiving the cooler, it didnt have the features that I was told it would have. The water company refused to make it right or even come get the cooler. I was a customer if theirs for over 3 years and if this is how they treat long term customers, imagine how they would treat you? Take your business elsewhere and dont waste your time.
I rely on accurate & timely water deliveries to ensure my plant employees remain hydrated. Neither timely nor accurate.On my last delivery date I got an email that they were on their way. They never showed up. Unbelievable.As soon as I have another option I will switch.

It’s very, very rare that I leave a negative review. However, I’ve exhausted all other options and I feel stuck. I really wish we could give zero stars. I use this company for both my office and my home. My home deliveries either don’t show up at all, or get rescheduled without notice. It’s impossible to get in touch with customer service.I recently received a wrong item, and it’s impossible to contact someone to exchange or return it. Yet they took my money.If you call, you get a message saying that they are not accepting calls due to COVID. Then, when you submit a contact form on the website, it takes THREE weeks to get a response of “call customer service” which we already established is not an option. OR, you receive some weird response that has nothing at all to do with your inquiry. The action they say they are going to take only accelerates the problem. It’s like they look at one word of your email and then reply blindly? I don’t know, but it’s very frustrating and grossly unprofessional.The problem is, I cannot seem to find another water delivery service in my area. If anyone is thinking about using this service, do whatever you can to find an alternative. This company is basically the equivalent of setting your hard earned money on fire. Very disappointing.
