This company is TERRIBLE. I have been trying to cancel my account for months. I have called emailed and even placed a request online. To date no cancellation and now my home is filled with 8 5g water bottles and a cooler that I no longer want to have. What do I have to do to get a returned phone or better yet have someone come pick up these bottles and the cooler. Today I waited on hold for over an hour. Ive been dealing with this since DECEMBER 2020!!! Please do better!

This is the absolute worst company. A couple of months ago we noticed the water had a weird taste. The water bottle had an asparagus at the bottom of it. When we took the water bottle out of the cooler, we discovered an asparagus inside the water cooler. We called the corporate office to express our concerns. We were really concerned about the cleaning and quality assurance procedures to ensure a sanitized water bottle. Corporate office told us the manager from the Charlotte branch would call us. We never heard a word!!!!We get 6-8 water cooler bottles a month along with a couple of cases of the 16 oz water bottles. In May they only delivered the cases of 16 oz water bottles. We tried calling customer service and never got an answer. My husband ended up scheduling an additional order because he was tired of waiting on the phone trying to reach someone.They did not deliver the water cooler bottles or cases for the month of June. We were sent an email telling us someone would let us know when we would be getting them. Shockingly never heard from customer service.We sent an email about our concerns and never got a response. We ended up cancelling our service. We had to speak to three customer service reps to do it. None of them apologized for their poor service. They didn’t seem to even care. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

A rep from Crystal Springs was at Matthews Costco so after talking with him, we signed up. We got our first delivery the following week. Would have thought I would have had a confirmation of some kind after signing up, but didnt get anything, until the water arrived. The order was incorrect. I called them, wait time was 45 mins and they gave me credit for being 1 bottle short. I tried signing up on line for an account, so I could manage it online, but website is never working and doesnt allow me to create my account. I Have called them and they claim to email me on 2 different accounts, but I never get any of their emails. Their customer service sucks. One of the bottles leaked, so again I called, and they told me I would get a replacement 2 days later. 2 days came and went, so I called again, and now they are saying another 4 days.I do not recommend them, and will probably be cancelling the service soon.

This is the worst company ever. Our office hasnt received a delivery in almost 2 months. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get some resolution and no answers. First time I spoke with a Supervisor by the name Katie who assured me water would be delivered on 8/20. I waited until 7 pm that day and no delivery. I called back yesterday, 8/23 and spoke with another Supervisor, Rhonda. She said she was escalating the issue to the Regional Supervisor in Charlotte and she would call me to provide me with an update. No call and no water. This is completely unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor and refrain from using this company. I dont expect nothing else from this company at this point. I wish there was an option for zero starts.

They have missed now 3 scheduled deliveries. I’m out of water. They have horrible service and wait times in the phone are even worse. Save yourself the hassle and get another company. I have been on hold 3 different times each over an hour and never got to speak to anyone. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They miss deliveries and do not ever care. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Where is the zero star option? Worst service ever! They kept missing our delivery dates and pushing them back with NO COMMUNICATION! Nearly impossible to reach customer service representative. Finally, cancelled my service and have been waiting for them to pick up the empty bottles and water dispenser. They are terrible!

This is my letter that I have written to them The company initially was a great company however they are now really doing very poor service I have never been dissatisfied as much as I am at this point with Crystal Spring as a Business & customer serviceGood AfternoonMy name is Denise I have been a Crystal Spring customer for about two years and six months. I am completely out of water. I was given delivery dates over the past two weeks. The delivery dates were changed several times without notice due to the lack of drivers. I have spent several hours calling customer service and sitting on hold for several hours at a time it was very frustrating therefore I canceled my services. I have empty bottles sitting outside for over the past two weeks no one has yet to pick them up I now have all the equipment sitting outside at this point I will not be held liable for merchandise if it is not picked up effective today. I was informed that the equipment would be picked up today. I called to confirm the pick up and was given another date. As of today Tuesday July 27, 2021 I am sending this notification along with pictures attached of all the items that are sitting outside I ask that you credit my account immediately this email is to inform you that I will not be held liable for the lack of drivers regarding this route.

Ive experienced the same irresponsible situation with delivery. Its been scheduled and rescheduled then no shows. Ive had the account with Mount Olympus for years which is similar to Crystal waters because the customer service team was able to just switch states but the difference between delivery back on the west coast is that Mount Olympus are way more reliable never had issues. Here in NC its been a lagging experience so far definitely not worth the calling effort they do what they want in the end.

Horrible service. I didnt even want to leave 1 star.Switched over from a different water company that was purchased and discontinued our favorite water, so we gave Crystal Springs a try.Previous company in 2 plus years, never missed a delivery date.The first few months with Crystal Springs was great, but over the past several months, multiple if not a dozen missed deliveries, to which the customer service continued to I firm me that my house was on the schedule.Enough is enough.When you have 1 job, to deliver water, and you arent very good at it, then you arent a legitimate business.Save yourself a lot of time and headache.Do not use Crystal Springs, period.

We have been customers for years. Previously a great company- pre covid. Since covid hit service has been awful. And awful is an understatement. Water is never delivered on scheduled date. (Have 8 empties out front). I’ve wasted so much time on the phone month after month, rescheduling delivery service, for it then to be canceled again. Buyer be ware. Choose another company until they can get their act together. I’ve really tried to be patient and understanding, but after 15 months of no improvement and no apologies or credits, I am finding a new company- one who takes pride in their company and customer satisfaction.

Signed up, did my research afterward. My mistake. Called to cancel.Rep asked me if Im really going to cancel my account based on the less than 1% customers represented by Google reviews. The point here is her passive-aggressive attitude, not that she doesnt know how percentages work. Told her, cancel my membership. To which she responded that I dont have a membership, I have an account.If this is the quality of people answering the phones, I cant even imagine whos handling the money and driving the trucks.So, her you go, Crystal Water. Now its 1% +1 customer reviews online calling your service trash.

As many others have stated this company is horrible. Zero reliability and non existent customer service. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. They miss our scheduled deliveries and our office has run out of water for 2 weeks straight. I will be canceling our service if I can get anyone to answer the phone.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. This company is absolutely TERRIBLE at the service its supposed to provide....which is kind of the whole point, right? So many missed deliveries, reschedules, and then placations by the customer service department. It seems the head is disconnected from the body when it comes to the corporate office and whats happening in the field.I hoped it would improve after we received our first delivery of water and dispenser (after no less than 3 missed deliveries, probably more, I lost track!) all of which we stayed home from work because we were told we had to be there for installation. Then we open the door and everything was outside and the equipment wasnt even boxed up...it literally was just sitting on the ground with a box OVER it, like that is sanitary???We install it ourselves after wiping it down, not that big of deal if you can look it up on youtube, but then the water continues to pour out long after you stop pressing the button and when you try to dispense the hot water, the cold water comes out fully too, kind of defeating the purpose?I called to get a new dispenser, emailed about it too and had to call AGAIN to get something scheduled. 2 weeks later were finally scheduled to get the new equipment and our 2nd bottled water delivered and then THAT is delivery is missed 4 times.Needless to say when they no-showed the 4th time I was done. OVER IT! CANCEL!The app is useless when it comes to tracking your delivery it doesnt match what your account says online.Im currently waiting for them to come and pick up the empty bottles and dispenser, was told theyd be here between 8am-1pm and that I needed to be here for it, taking time away from the office AGAIN.....well see if they show up...not holding my breath.Reading this through, you might think Im a Karen but Im not lol just wanting to leave an honest review of my experience.Just DONT do it!

I have had Bottled Water Companies for years. This company is by far the worst one I have had to date. Never deliver on the same date, I get a different amount of water each time, no matter how many empty bottles I use. I have ordered other products from their website, and the products dont show up, or come 2 full cycles late. The only positive I have to give, is i love the Rental Dispenser. Sad!

This 1 star goes to the management of the Charlotte branch. Whoever runs the delivery branch should be terminated immediately! Look at the last 35 reviews. ALL 1 star except for one. This has to be an eye opener to corporate! I have been using Crystal Springs for a few years now. They used to be decently consistent on their deliveries but I have not had water in almost a month. They wont deliver water but they still want to charge me for the water dispenser. 3-1/2 weeks without water! Every time I call customer service, they are great. They are very polite and feel sympathetic and they will try to schedule a delivery, only to have the delivery time and date changed by the branch manager. I have been scheduled 4 times for delivery. If the next delivery does not go through, Crystal Springs can come pick up their equipment.

Horrible customer service and no communication between customer service and delivery. Cancelled our service 2 months ago due to repeated errors in billing and delayed/missed deliveries. We are still getting deliveries and charges. I spent 3 hours on hold over the course of 3 days because thats the only way to cancel. They delivered a cracked bottle that damaged our floor and tried to charge us for the water and the bottle. They delivered 5 bottles instead of the contracted 2 and tried to charge for all 5. I cannot emphasize how frustrating our experience with them has been. These have been sitting on our porch for 3 days now because they emailed pick up date but never showed.

One of the worst Service i ask to cancel my Service and never send an update and still send water delivery to the address which i vacated. They don’t even care about who lives at the place simply send to collection agent if you don’t pay the amount for which you are charged for no usage you will end up with troubles if you go with them

This company doesn’t deserve one star! And I hate writing reviews but this company needs help! I really should have looked at the reviews before signing up for service. It was easy to sign up and was informed that the water wouldn’t be delivered until the following week which I was ok with. Delivery day came and no one came. I called customer service and they said it was rescheduled due to not having enough drivers because of COVID. I didnt receive a email or call stating it was rescheduled. The next delivery day came and AGAIN no one showed up. I called customer service and was then informed that once again it was rescheduled with no notification. The next delivery day came and no one showed up. Customer service informed me again that it was rescheduled. Fast forward to 9/15...I get a call from someone stating that she has sent my info to the route salesman to make sure I get done tomorrow 9/16, which was my rescheduled delivery day. 9/16 comes and I call to make sure my water will be delivered and as I expected delivery was pushed out to 9/21. I just canceled my order. The communication and service is horrible. There’s no notifications letting you know tour delivery has been scheduled. Apparently I was supposed to receive emails which I never did. Email were supposed to be sent to the branch which were never sent. Customer service is nice but don’t give you any information and can’t help resolve the issueMy overall experience with Crystal Springs is horrible. I don’t know if this is just with the Charlotte branch but this is very frustrating and something needs to change.

We have had this company for years, but recently it has been ALL downhill. Delivery has been scheduled for a month at a time, but now it’s been SIX WEEKS since our last delivery & the company gives excuse after excuse and them saying it will be there the “next day” after every time I call. The local offices are always closed, & the call center says they are only a call center & cannot help at all.

ZERO stars...The past three months EVERY delivery that has been scheduled as been rescheduled!! I understand things happened but you cannot charge for services customers are not receiving!! I have 3 locations on our account and now having to purchase water from the store for each! Calling customer service solves nothing as the branch manager never responds. If you expect to receive water I suggest choosing another company. Crystal Springs is only good at billing/charging your card for services not received.

This review is directed to the Charlotte branch and Corporate office.If I could give this company a negative star, I would. Worst customer service ever. I have been skipped multiple times on my delivery dates. Ive called numerous times and was promised that my order would be out the next day, only to be disappointed. I have requested in a call from a supervisor and emailed corporate office 2 times and have yet to receive a response. I would not recommend Crystal Springs Water for your water delivery service.

Horrible service....I just recently cancelled service with them due to the fact that they continuously missed deliveries leaving me weeks without water. Over the 2 year time span this has happened to me over 10 times. Just recently I had a scheduled delivery for 12/18 they never showed, still havent showed even after me contacting customer service 3 times. I cancelled service and they have yet to pick up the equipment which was supposed to be picked up 1/4. Needless to say trash was picked up yesterday and the equipment went with it. This company should not even be in business any longer. The service was horrible in MD and it carry over to NC.

I have been a customer for 21 years...rent a cooler and get monthly deliveries. Now, fast forward to 8/10/20...there have been 4 missed deliveries! I was assured that I would get a delivery today but it did not happen. Customer service told me they had reached out to the branch mgr and route driver to assure that happened. I asked for a local number to call but they would not let me contact them directly. I am currently on hold trying to reach customer service to tell them to come and get their cooler...cancelling our account! BTW, have been on hold 17+ minutes. I dont need this headache! I havent had a delivery since August, in spite of 4 phone calls to customer service and a call to the Operations Manager. Im now waiting until October 2, 2020 to get delivery. They told me theyve had staff reductions, however, that doesnt exempt them from actually delivering my water to me. I could understand if that meant my delivery would be less frequent, however, they havent delivered any water at all or even properly communicated changes in delivery schedule to me. This is not the first time Ive had difficulty with this company and my water delivery service. Last year, when I changed my address and attempted to transfer my service, it took them several weeks to get my water delivery back on schedule; they had to close the old account and open a brand new one just to fix the problem. This company does not have a good track record for delivery service. They do not deliver what they promise. I would never recommend using them. In fact, I plan to cancel my service now and go with a different one, a company who might actually care about their customers and want customers. This company delivers a lot of words, and thats it. Im still waiting on the water.

I wish I would have searched reviews for this company PRIOR to signing up as they are VERY DIFFICULT to get water delivered from them, its insane. Ive never had a more difficult time trying to give my money for a service; counter intuitive for a business model right?? From the beginning this company has been difficult to work with. I initially emailed them with a very specific ask for a 2.5 gallon quote - I had to email them again because I didnt hear anything for a week then someone finally wrote me back with a 5 gallon quote; seriously?? So I called them and it was very easy to sign up and I promptly set up my online account and they said I would get my first delivery the next week, great! WRONG, nothing ever came even though online it said they had delivered. I called them and they said there was something wrong in the system and theyve escalated it to a manager and Ill get a call later that day. WRONG, never heard back. I called them again and they said somehow my delivery got removed, theyve added delivery for the end of the week, and theyre escalating to a manager once again and Ill receive an email by tomorrow. WRONG, never heard back. Its now been A MONTH since first reaching out to them and I still have no water and no resolution on when my delivery will actually happen. The CEO Thomas J. Harrington of Crystal Springs needs to really clean up this branch location. I would give them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID but look at the reviews! This branch has had an existing problem delivering to customers, wow. Dont waste your time or money with Charlotte Crystal Springs service.

I currently have 3 bottles sitting on my porch - I get an email weekly they are showing up this Friday - but they never do. This week I get an email the site and phones are down so they won’t be showing up again !!! It’s been 3 months of no show with nothing but excuses - can’t even get them to respond to cancel !! I signed up for this in Costco which I wish I never did, very very disappointed. They never delivery on time, and charge much more than they said in Costco. And the best part is even if you cancel your account they will never come pickup their machine and empty bottles, they will keep reschedule it and keep charge you.I cancelled my account more than a month ago still waiting for them to pickup their stuff, I have to get their stuff in and out every week so I dont miss their pickup, but they never show up, and their customer service said if its damaged or stolen its your responsibility, so you have to take a good care of it and wait for your boss to pickup no matter how long it takes. They are the worst, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I will never deal with Crystal Spring again, nor would I recommend this company!! I reached out to the company over a week ago to close out my account and come and pick up the water tank and the remaining water bottles! But no one ever showed up, I’ve talked to over 5 customer service representatives and each one has tried to reach out to the Branch Manager at the Charlotte location and 2 days no one has ever answered the phone nor returned my phone call or email.

Ive seen reviews that say they would give less than one star if they could, but really they deserve one due to a general niceness of the folks, but thats about it. So a few things...They just dont keep delivery schedules. At all. In the past month, I have had 5 missed scheduled deliveries. Its really weird. Ive rarely dealt with a more inept delivery company.On the first two missed deliveries, they had left a label floating inside the water bottle. That in itself is a bit gross, but it took three tries to get them to show up and replace the water. They finally did, but then missed the next three deliveries on my schedule.The customer service folks are fine. They say they respond to emails within 24 hours. I havent seen a reply to a single email, so dont bother. You have to call. Their automated response system says they will answer in 5 minutes, but it was 28 minute wait on my last call.Really, this company is almost funny:) Frustrating, for sure, but it has brought me a few moments of understanding that companies can always be worse than the one I work for...Good luck if you decide to do business with Crystal Springs. We have several dental offices in an around Charlotte with regular delivery set up for every 2 weeks. The last 6 months has been terrible and keeps going from bad to worse. Several of our offices have gone months with no water delivery forcing us to scramble and purchase it ourselves last minute. No communication ahead of time either letting us know of delivery changes or cancellations. I am told when I call that they are short on drivers and will get to us tomorrow but tomorrow never comes!

Having the same issues as some of the other complaints. My scheduled delivery is over 2 weeks late. They never contact me and let me know why they did not service nor do they tell you when they will. I have to call the company after every missed service. They tell me my next service date (which does not happen either) and they tell me that an area manager will give me a phone call (which never happens). If you work/own Crystal Springs, I have a tip for you. In the service industry, if a customer calls because they did not get service, customer service or a manager MUST reach out and apologize and provide an action plan. I feel like I am in an abusive relationship and I am the only party willing to fix it.

I have just had enough with this company #CrystalSpringsWater. I havent received the water for over weeks. I was supposed to receive it today and they skipped again. I have been charged for what was not delivered. #worst serviceThey come up with the ill logical explanations when you call and tell them that they missed your service, they would say that since it was a new agency that is handling the route they are understaffed and will be scheduled after 5 business day, and sure enough they will miss it, I am saying from first hand experience and this is when that I cant lift heavy load and they know it i am suffering from Tennis elbow.I thought they were #Costco partners and will have excellent service but I was so wrong.I will speak with the customer service today morning and post what new excuses they come up with.

Terrible delivery service lately. Company refuses to deliver to a brand new house because “it is too dangerous.” Best of all they did not communicate this to us we had to call them to figure out what was going on. We cancelled our service and their competitor delivered water and a cooler the very next day with no issues. Crystal Springs is supposed to pick up their equipment and they keep failing to do so. I had similar issues to others with missed deliveries in the Charlotte area but after speaking with customer service on a few occasions the problems were resolved. The customer service department is the saving grace. They are incredibly cordial, attentive and very willing to help.

I signed up with this service two years ago through Costco. The delivery service was always hit or miss, often a day or two late, with no warning or updates, but generally not a big deal... As of June 2020 deliveries stopped all together with no explanation. I finally cancelled the service after a number of calls to customer service failed to resolve the issue. Since then the company has missed multiple scheduled pickups of the cooler and empty bottles. Multiple skipped deliveries and now our company has been without water for several days, again. I have called multiple times and tried to get water re-scheduled with no success. Their call center agents would always promise water was out for delivery and make notes on our account but no follow through from their team. I resorted to purchasing bottled water from a grocery store for our company. We had to cancel service.

For the last couple of months, they kept rescheduling their scheduled delivery and in thr current month they didnt come for a single time for delivering any water. They keep sending mails and calls (which the customer representative says is never picked) to the routing manager but with no response. Neither would they call back nor inform that the delivery is postponed. Finally cancelled my service with them and now they still charged for the water dispenser which couldnt be used. They seem to be running short of resources and so customers are impacted. Worst service that I have ever seen.

I recommend to everyone: Never use services from this company if you want to receive your water right in time. If you will run out of the water you will never get more water, even if you will call them during 2 weeks 6 times and asking for schedule next delivery. They schedule it, but anyway you will never really have water, until they decide that its a convenience time for them to come.

We have not had bottle service for over a month, since July 20! They have repeatedly told me they would deliver my water. Today when they did not show up for the 5th time, I canceled my service. Terrible, terrible customer service! Do not go with this water service! Very unreliable! They don’t even have the decency to tell you that they’re not gonna show up!

Update 10/07/2020 - Met with Jack (Regional Sales Manager) and Alex Harper (District operation Manager) at Charlotte office and explained them about my concern and agony I had with services since the day one and they apologized & took care of it. Bumping up my rating to 4 star for awesome customer issue handling by Jack and Alex!One of the worst experiences I had till date - Crystal water services. Got the subscription going at one of Charlotte Costco and when they came to drop the water cans, water dispenser I have noticed lots of scratches and dent on the dispenser unit. When questioned the delivery technician if its a used one he mentioned all of them currently are recycled/refurbished units, I did ask him to take the dispenser back. I was like this isnt right and its a complete wrong business practices. The more I thought & researched - I started to dislike there services and had to leave a bad review. One of the gentlemen named either Rick/Nick Jamdora followed up assuring the issue would be taken care, I have asked to cancel the services and he agreed it will be cancelled and some one would come to pick the water cans and my money would be refunded. Its been more than 6 months and no one picked the water cans, I had to call to find out about the account and was told account was sent to collection agency. This is such a screwed up & pathetic services by Crystal Water!!!Would rate negative 👎 if there was an option!!

Absolutely horrible. Other than the initial visit to drop of the cooler and a couple of bottles, I’ve had one delivery in 2 months and 10+ scheduled deliveries “rescheduled”. Customer service tries to contact local branch in Charlotte and they can’t get a response because “their phones are turned off” Avoid at all costs and go with someone else. How these clowns at the Charlotte branch are still in business is beyond me.UPDATE 6-21-2021 LITERALLY HAS GOTTEN WORSE. 6 WEEKS+ SINCE LAST DELIVERY. MULTIPLE HOUR LONG+ ON HOLD PHONECALLS WITH EMPTY PROMISES. AVOID THIS DUMPSTER FIRE OF A BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. 10 EMPTY BOTTLES SITTING ON MY PORCH FOR 3 WEEKS.

I would like for these folks to know what I look for in a water company. Water. Wow is that so difficult. There should be a negative stars category. No stars would be too high of a rating for this company. Missed deliveries, false promises and too much time calling them to find out the status of our water. I am through.

At first I had good service but in the last month and a half theyre service was extremely unsatisfactory. Ive spoken to several people who at first wanted to help but now dont. All my deliveries have been late or skipped to the next delivery date without a reschedule. Due to the lack of customer service I canceled it. If I could Id rate it without a star.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service. I had some issues with my deliveries at one point, but that was all rectified.I love not having to carry these heavy bottles from the store :)Deliveries have always been on time and I can skip one if I don’t need water for that period.

I am very disappointed in this service. I have not had a delivery in over 2 months. They continually send me an email saying they are rescheduling. I have now gotten a new water service and need for Crystal Springs to pick up their water cooler but I still cant get anybody out here to pick it up. Furthermore, they will continue to bill me until they pick it up and I cant put it outside since I dont have room in my office for 2 water coolers and she informed me that I would be responsible for any damage done to the cooler but Crystal Springs will not come and pick it up. AM I stuck with this cooler and this bill forever???? The star is there only because it wouldnt let me post otherwise!!!

This is the worst water company on the City. First they rent me a Water/Keurig machine and within the first week the Kuerig for our coffee stopped working. (Cheap Machine). I call 5 business days after setting up the account and The Rep. That sold me the water system service was no -longer with the company. They never assigned a new rep but, insisted that I down there mobile app. I down load the app and set up delivery for every two weeks. They have never made the deliver as scheduled, the app give you funky dates. So, I called and they tell me your delivery is coming today, it doesnt, I call back the next day and They tell me ALL ACCOUNTS were placed on hold due to Covid and I WAS responsible for calling to get the hold lifted, which I did and they told me water would be delivered the next day. It was NOT. I call again and spoke to a Manager and she apologized and said water would be delivered by 5pm...It was NOT! I cancelling this BS company. Just because they answer phones with sweet voices doesnt make the LIE and sweeter. Im just going to assume that my 10 bottles of water a month probably doesnt put me at the top of there priority list but.... OFF TO COSTCO

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. For 3 months, couldnt get them to bring water to my business, but yet they charged me every month. Finally cancelled them, after probably at least 20 phone calls with constant run arounds and excuses. Its now been a month since I cancelled them and they STILL wont come get their equipment and are trying to charge me for it!!!!! I have never experienced this bad of customer service!!!! My advice is for NO ONE to ever use this company, they are a complete and total disaster, and will still charge you while not providing the service...

I did sign through COSTCO as a delivery for small Business. For last two Months we had a delay in delivery and last 4 deliveries were missed. They were sending us emails that we are rescheduled. So after we called them they pretty much told us that no one is their area and they can not deliver water at this time. So we cancel our membership. Bad company under COSTCO umbrella!

If I could give no stars. I would. Except for the fact, that the delivery drivers have been nice and respectful and this is NOT their fault. AND the customer service reps I have had have been nice and doing the best they can. However Rich whose comment below said everything I would have said. So I will copy his message and inset here:Frequently skipped deliveries. The past two months they didn’t show up so we have been out of water for two weeks. Now I have to go get cases of water myself even though I’m paying for water delivery. If they simply delivered on schedule it would be a great service! The water is great, prices are great, delivery execution is terrible.Normally one would say they are glad to see they are not the only one in a particular situation. However - this is horrible. I have been in customer service for over 25 years and this is totally unacceptable. They surely charge my card for payment on time, and faithfully charge a delivery fee. But pick and choose when they want to deliver. I too need to go buy water when I based my usage upon their dates of delivery and then they change them without notice the last minute. AND please NOTE i understand we are in a pandemic and things are crazy, trust me I know the only reason I signed up for this water is because I am immune-compromised and am considered high risk so do not want to have to go out if not necessary. HOWEVER COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Then when you call they always have a reason to why something change, and say but do you need water?, we can schedule to have them bring you some. OF COURSE I NEED WATER???!!! Obviously the frequency is based on the schedule of how much water one uses!!Being a COSTCO member was surely thinking that that alone would mean this would not be a bad deal. This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. Although the prices seem to be great, they arent great when you are paying and not receiving the service you were guaranteed or expect to receive. Every single month I have started this service I have had to call about billing errors, no show deliveries, broken water coolers, every month, like I have a job or the time to sit on hold for 30-40 mins to speak to a representative about the same thing over and over and over again. I am so ticked off about not receiving my water yesterday. And having to get up to all again today to see if they would at least do the decent thing and automatically come out today because that would only be the right thing to do. They send an email to the area manager - that obviously did not help - But was told no I have to wait until Monday. They did say they put at credit for 2 bottles of water on my bill -13.00 what is that?? I have to now go buy water. Which is time, gas, a risk for me, and additional money I have to spend when I have a whole water cooler in my home. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. And will be telling my neighbors who have been asking about the service to look elsewhere for water delivery.

I have never spent more time dealing with customer service than this water company. There have been 0 deliveries show up when they said. I honestly have no idea when someone will actually show up. Last experience my delivery was scheduled for the 10th. Unsurprisingly no one showed up. Called customer service, again, and rescheduled for the 12th with assurance someone would be in contact. Haven’t heard from anyone, it’s the 14th and nobody has showed. Great concept, such poor execution. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Crystal Springs bought out my water supplier 2 months ago and now my water delivery is 37 days late with no answer when it will be delivered. But the Food Lion grocery store less than two blocks from my house is stocked weekly with 5 gallon Bottles identical to the one sitting on my porch for over a month. I Made for five complaints for Alex and Brandon to call me back “the two regional managers”. Both of them refused to answer any questions!! Crystal Springs is just another big corporate company buying up small companies like “Primo water” because there too sorry, To build their own customer service relationships. Alex and Brandon should both be fired immediately for Xtreme negligence

Dont have an option to give 0 rating. My last delivery was on July 7th. After that 4 deliveries missed. Always spent around half an hour to get connected to customer service. Everytime same dialogue stating they will deliver by 5PM. When called after 5PM, told will deliver on the next day. I am ok if they cant deliver at this pandemic situation, but should inform the truth other than giving false promises. Such an irresponsible service. DONT FALL ON THEIR ADVERTISEMENT.

I canceled after 3 months.Update 8/18/20: I canceled my service, scheduled an appointment for the equipment & bottle to be picked up. Do you think they showed up? Nope! Not even an e-mail or call to reschedule. This company is extremely unprofessional & unreliable. I am using Culligan service now.

I signed up through Costco and on my first delivery of water no one showed up on my scheduled delivery day. I contacted customer service and said someone would come the following week which I was fine with. I confirmed the location to pick up the empties and where to place the new ones was on my account. The delivery guy shows up and leaves them in front of my garage door and doesn’t go to the back where they are supposed to be left and therefore doesn’t take my empties. I speak to customer service within the hour to try and get him back and was told they would be back the next day if they couldn’t catch the driver that afternoon. Next day comes and no one shows up. I contact customer service and said it will now be Monday. Not holding my breath they will show to take my old bottles after they sat in the same place for almost 2 weeks outside.

We have had Crystal Springs delivery service for several years now and I wouldnt want to be without it. Its so nice to not have to buy bottled water every trip to the store and its just so convenient. Our driver is super friendly and if weve ever had an issue, its been handled quickly.

We were new customers of Crystal and everything was good for a few months. Then Covid-19 hit and it all fell apart. I understand if they got behind or had to lay off people for awhile, but things are open, deliveries are allowed and there is no excuse for bad communication. After they missed our delivery date in June and we ran out of water, I called, was kept waiting for 20+ mins and was told a delivery would be made within a few days, which never happened. Two weeks later I tried again to be kept on hold another 20+ mins to then be assured that our delivery would be made the following week, which it wasn’t. It has now been 6 weeks since our last delivery to call and be kept on hold yet another 20+ mins. This time I asked for a supervisor, who is supposedly monitoring the calls, and was put on an additional hold of 7mins to then be told there was no supervisor around. So I gave them my number and am supposed to get a call. Still no word.Very disappointing and I will be cancelling my service with them....if anyone actually returns my call.

I have never, in 7 month of deliveries, gotten a delivery on time. My most recent delivery is now 11 days late. Absolutely atrocious service. They kept telling me that the manager would call me (since 11 days ago), I have yet to receive a call. Awful. Stay away.

I yelled at two customer service representatives today and I shouldnt have-- Im sorry that my frustration with you took over my emotions. On Dec 10 an AquaCafe package was delivered to my home, but the machine was missing a part. The driver sent an email to his company requesting expedited delivery of the part. S9 on Dec 13 I called both in the morning and in the afternoon trying to find out when I could expect it. No one knew anything about it and had to email someone and I wont hear back until Monday at the earliest. So I called Monday-- same exact conversation, different CS representative. I WAS promised I would hear something Tuesday. Nope! Didnt happen- no one contacted me. I called today twice, because I was cut off once and one Rep said it was scheduled for December 24th and another said for the 31st and NO,I couldnt talk to their boss.For these reasons, I do not recommend this company for water services.
