Had a great experience ordering a sectional in store...but that was 3 1/2 months ago. Now Im past my expected delivery date and have been told there are no dates available to deliver my sectional. Ive called customer service 5 times and have been told repeatedly that someone will call me back and update me. This has still not happened. I loved the sectional I ordered, but with such terrible customer service I will not be shopping at Pottery Barn in the future.

The store manager (Kristen - I think is her name) is fantastic! She is very helpful and makes it easy to want to do business with them. We purchased an outdoor patio set and she even helped us load it in our truck. She went above and beyond what I would expect. Although this location is much farther from my house, they have earned our future business. A GREAT purchase experience.

This is a very nice store, always well organized, employees are a very helpful and nice. This store has a good bit of variety of items from home decor to furniture and rugs! Its a bit pricey for my liking but I love to go in and look sometimes you just might get lucky. :)

My sofa was delivered last month with a few defects which was noted by their white glove delivery experts saying Ill hear back within 24 hours. It actually took them 30 days before I received a response and they are addressing the issues. Its a beautiful sofa and Im happy with it but gave them 4 stars for the slow customer service.

After much consideration, we opted to go with Pottery Barn for our wedding registry. The registry process in store was slow and tedious. The associate wasnt able to enter our information to the computer correctly... the scanners didnt work correctly and half of the items we wanted to scan didnt even have bar codes to add. I decided wed just add things manually on the website. After spending a few hours both in store and online, we had our registry set - only to have the registry be deleted by Pottery Barn staff. For a higher end store... the customer service here has truly been a disappointment. Would not recommend to other brides.

Stay away from this location! I need some assistance with an online return and the salesperson I was working with was nice. However, when she had to go get the manager Dawn, things got ugly very quickly. She was extremely rude, unsympathetic and unprofessional. When I told her I didnt appreciate her tone and would not be shopping here anymore, she literally began laughing out loud at me in front of other customers. Such a brazen and rude action should be grounds to be removed as a manager. You dont treat people like that. Even the salesperson looked embarrassed. Take your business elsewhere and dont bother with this place!

Purchased an item while in the store had 5 sales ladies ask me did I need help. Once I bought an item, they told me to drive around u nd back to pick it up. No one came for 30 minutes. Had to call twice. During second call a guy answered, and said he would bring it down. They never even started to bring it down!

Mainly empty..staff unhelpful...
