The quality and selection of furnishings are exactly what I needed here in Charlotte. I love this store because of the unique pieces. The price is great for the quality. Also, some of the items can be custom made to go with your existing decor. This location will always have my business. You must see for yourself.

Purchased some furniture here when time for delivery and shipping from out of town was told lies and furniture was damaged so was told have to exchange and could take an hour from my location to where it was brought from out of town...couldnt get in touch with the displayed number on website that belong to Tavar until NOW ...Been WAITING since 12pm-5 going on 6pm havent heard nothing still furniture HAS NOT been put up and waiting for the exchange item still to be delivered. Some companies are all about money and not care for customers and this might be that company. If you can find your desired furniture online from other places that will probably be your best bet to do. Because this is ridiculous trying to support black business but get treated like this is sad. Will be letting friends and family know never again.

First off let me start by saying, Im BIG on customer service. If I walk into a business and not be greeted or asked if I need any assistance while there, I will not spend my hard earned money there. At House to Home, we were greeted IMMEDIATELY upon walking into the store. The store owner, Tavares, is amazing! He helped us find everything we needed/wanted. My husband and I fell in love with this place as soon as we walked in. Youll never find the type of furniture or quality like this anywhere else in Charlotte, at least we havent. Not only does he have beautiful, quality furniture in the store, he has multiple catalogs with furniture that you can choose from as well. Hands down, this place is the best furniture store in Charlotte and we will be long time customers. Im so happy we found this place and you will be too! I promise you wont be disappointed!

You will not find a better place that will honor you and your dollars! Period! What you see, is what you get. The gentleman that owns the place greet you at the door and display exceptional customer service. I have referred many of my friends and family members.

READ ALL!!!!Overall the experience at the actual store isn’t horrible at all. The selections are a lot. He has a lot to choose from and it’s very nice. We purchased a king bedroom set new mattresses and all. The mattresses we purchased they didn’t have in stock anymore but he upgraded us to the next thing-that was great. The part that he doesn’t mention is about the interest after the 90 days. It wasn’t explained good at all. Our stuff came out to about 1700 dollars in total for everything. I make an account and it says I owe almost 5,000 dollars in total. I call to figure it out and they pretty much say interest is 3,000 dollars worth which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Never have I been somewhere and they charged that much for interest not to mention my credit is good but it’s supposedly not counted anyway. With that being sad I feel almost like it’s a scam and a way to suck you in and be even more in debt unless you know going in you only need those 90 days to pay it off!

He offers several options how you would like to pay off what you are purchasing and it is that quick you just walk out from that store with smile on your beautiful face! I have had an account here for 1 year. In store experience was great. The gentleman that I assume is the owner had great customer skills. They helped me with financing and offered delivery options but I had a truck outside already. Depending on what you buy the interest and Bi-Weekly payments can be high . The secret is to pay your balance off within 90 day to avoid the interest. They also offer a discount on your outstanding balance if you pay your loan off early. If you have a blemish on your credit but have a stable living environment and employment they can definitely help you. You can even order custom furniture (some pieces), in the color and fabric of your choice. (delivery times may be varied depending on your order).

Wow..!! I never write Reviews but this place needs to be shared with everyone! Very happy I found this furniture store, I purchased a whole house of beautiful furniture that no other store offered, they delivered everything in about a week and assembled everything for me, they do charge a fee for that but it’s nothing close to how much I paid other stores in the past. It’s a Absolutely great furniture store, I was amazed the first moment I walked through the front door. They have Unique offerings with more selection than most stores you hear about all the time and it’s all very unique items that you want find anywhere else. Most importantly they offer custom upholstery you can design your own upholstered furniture here. Right when I thought I seen everything I was told about the in store Catalogs that contain all they’re other available options which absolutely blew me away with so many available items I should have started shopping here first. Look past the negative reviews, you can’t please everyone but I don’t understand how there’s anything bad to say about this great place! Go there and see for yourself like I did you want be disappointed.

Whoever is in charge of communication via the LetGo App is quite comical; however needs a lesson on customer service and knowledge of products that they’re trying to sell. The ad that was posted had different demensions and prices on the rug I was interested in than what the person responded with. The person was obviously offended that I questioned them on their negligence to pay attention to details and previous communication that they blocked me. “What’s the big deal.....?” was your question to me and the answer is, you lost a sell. Do I care? No, but your boss may, (and if you are the boss— shame on you). Hopefully others dealing with this company have a better experience than I did.

I asked the owner of the store if he could hold off on delivery of my furniture until I moved he said that would be fine I had already paid for the delivery when I asked to deliver my stuff he wouldnt honor my delivery fees I paid plus added on a extra 180 for storage that we never discussed I gave him the 180 to get my stuff but I will not suggest anyone spend money at this store he is very crooked and money hunger

Sold me a bed that was urine soaked in smelled bad refused to give me a new one had to report to bbb in health department very very bad business would not recommend to anyone my whole house smells like piss.
