We had a great experience here! We’d come in looking to upgrade our queen to a king, and ideally had wanted the same mattress but had previously learned that one wasn’t made anymore. We told Zachary what type of mattress we currently had that we really liked it, and he did some research on his end and quickly identified which one in the store he thought would be closest. After trying out about 15 mattresses around the store just to get a comparison, we ended up buying the first one he had pointed out. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give us a great deal. This was one of the easiest purchases we’ve made! Thanks again for the great experience.

I went to Mattress Firm today to purchase a mattress for a guest bedroom. My salesperson Mr Lane was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. With each mattress that he discussed he had me to lay on the mattress to experience the levels of comfort for myself.

Sales person didn’t pressure me for a sale, he was knowledgeable about the mattress I was interested in, but didn’t try to impress me by throwing more information at me than I wanted. He made the sale easy and comfortable.

James Lane was wonderful to deal with! He let me take my time trying multiple mattresses (using an individual sanitary cover because of COVID-19 and we both wore masks). I told him my current mattress experience of a sore back waking up each morning. Jim really knows his products. The store has an amazing variety of brands at all price points. He explained the various types of foam, hybrid v innerspring, etc. He showed me a hybrid I wouldnt have noticed and it felt best and I bought it!Dont wait for last minute, as delivery is backed up due to the virus.

Jim - The store manager went above and beyond to help us with our mattress purchase and was very patient in explaining the different types and what would work best for us.

We bought our mattress and truly did get a great Black Friday price, but it was definitely not worth it at the end of the day. We purchased the adjustable base which is great and highly recommend, but the mattress was an awful experience. We bought it from a mattress firm in Denver but had it ordered through Charlotte because we were moving there. The store manager found us a pre owned one from the Charlotte store and we were skeptical but assured us they’re like new fully cleaned and delivered. The mattress came and it was extremely dirty. Had a hole on the bottom right and looked like it had been dragged across the warehouse. We refused it and had a second one delivered. The second one came with a pee stain! Unfortunately I was sick and not able to get upstairs and look at it, so I signed for it and the delivery people put it upstairs. When my husband came home he was horrified by the stain. Mattress firm told us they couldn’t do anything and blamed it on the other store and the warehouse but nothing was ever done about it. We ended up paying to have a cleaning company come in and wash the mattress. Horrible experience.

Hands down James was one of the best salesman I have ever encountered. He was a great listener, gave us the correct recommendations and was never pushy, the exact kind of mattress shopping experience I was looking for. Don’t even think about going anymore else if you are looking to buy a new mattress. And if price is as important to you as myself, James beat everyone, I’ll say that again, James BEAT everybody.

Great customer service experience in the store. Bill was super informative and patient as we roamed and tested the options. Purchasing a mattress is not easy...so many options! The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars is because I feel the delivery and any subsequent customer service should be considered as well. So, I plan to update my review.Edited to add: The delivery team was easy to track, within the arranged time frame, and really pleasant! They came in and made sure they knew where the bed was going, happily removed our old mattress/boxspring and set up our new bed. They even gave us another short run-through of the settings. Both men were awesome, kind, and professional!

I can’t believe I’m just writing this review now. A few weeks ago I went into Mattress Firm and immediately got greeted by Jim. I explained to him that my husband and I were looking for a new mattress, with a specific name brand I had in mind. He explained our options and told us to test them out. Because I’m very indecisive... it took me longer than most would. Even though I kept going back and forth between two mattress options, I felt no pressure from Jim! He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all! I would 100% be back to buy our next mattress from his store.

Best experience I could’ve hoped for in buying a new mattress. Jim Lane was patient, knowledgeable and friendly with my wife and I as we slowly figured out what type of mattress we both loved (thought I wanted a firm traditional, turns out I like a medium all-foam).Jim never pushed us about our budget, made us feel uncomfortable or pressured - was just a consummate professional in ever way he conducted himself. Sometimes you just feel hounded as a customer in these situations, which isn’t fun at all and often counterproductive when you’re getting ready to make a substantial investment. Jim made the process of settling on and buying our new Serta a breeze. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Bill was fantastic! Couldnt have been nicer. I called the store looking for a bunkie bed to be delivered on short notice. He didnt have it in stock so he worked hard to locate one. Was able to get it delivered exactly when I needed. Cant say enough about the great service he provided!

It was good only for two weeks. Getting pain and my back is very Tight every morning. I got the slumber firm one. I think th guy will do nice marketing and dont deliver right quality product. I doubt the matress I got was not the original I checked in the stores. Should be really careful with these people.
