She communicates her ideas clearly, takes mine into consideration, but isn’t afraid to tell me when she thinks going in a different direction could also work (and why). By far the most positive design service experience I’ve had. Really excited to complete a project now that I was originally dragging my feet on. Thank you!

The furniture is pricey but beautiful

Terrible company. Intentionally mislead customers with advertisements and promotions. Will not honor their own advertisements and promotions. Customer service is terrible and will not let you speak to a supervisor. Pretend to rectify concern by offering free shipping for items that always shipped free. Do not do business here. Since this company doesn’t honor their own promotions or appreciate their customers I will spend my money somewhere else.

Ive been to this store 3 times in the last 3 months. I shop online a lot but love being able to see the items in person. My first visit was very nice and I was assisted by a very personable and helpful associate. My next two visits (within the same week shopping for custom outdoor cushions) were lackluster, not due to merchandise but the sales team was not at all welcoming. Guess Ill get back online and shop in the comfort of my own home.

Not happy to have bought a pencils tree (open box) and for the stand and other items that should have come with the tree are no where to be found. Now I have to waste time going to the mall. They better come through or I’m not going to be a happy camper!

Helpful service with beautiful home decorating goods. Everything from knick knacks to large furnishings. Well designed and pricey. Bring the wallet.

Very helpful staff prices are a little high

Loved the table we received, but was damaged. Zero response from customer service to my email or picture I provided. Wasnt even looking to return the table, was just hoping for help with repairs.

Furnished a lot of my new home with Ballard. Had some hiccups along the way but they did everything and anything to make it right. Will definitely shop here again
