Shawna has been tinting my brows for a few months now and I decided to try threading. I got threading years ago and it hurt like hell! Well needless to say Shawna made it a much more tolerable experience! I adore her! Shes extremely pleasant, friendly and passionate about her craft. I will not trust anyone else with my brows from now on and its safe to say Im a new fan of threading! 😊

I got a lash lift, tint and eyebrow threading from Mallory - perfect job, she is very easy to talk to, were friends now 😊. The salon is beautiful, smells great, has a nice relaxing vibe. Ill definitely be back for permanent makeup and other services, so glad I found them!

1st eye browthreading. My stylist Amber was so patient and always asking step by step if it was going in the right direction.Ill be going back to finish touch ups, then get my upper lip done which is only extra $5. So $20 for eyebrows and upper lip. Amazing;;)

The business model is a scam! The service is bad. DO NOT GO THERE!I went for the lash extension service in The lash lounge South Park twice. I was originally attracted by their first time lash offer. I even requested a senior specialist to do my lash to make sure the result. However the lashes fallen off dramatically from next day. I went back for the refill on Week 3, I told the same ‘ senior specialist’ (her name is Alison)the lashes fallen off like in a week....she tried every excuse like I must sleep on my lashes etc.....and said I need to do a full set not a refill. I was already lay down there, have no chance to refuse.At the end, I had to pay $300 for a ‘refill’ I came for. And her attitude to me the entire time was, let’s say, she cannot be bothered to talk to me.

Do yourself a favor and go see the ladies at The Lash Lounge in South Park. I’ve been going since they opened and it’s amazing. Amber is the BEST! She takes her time and I always leave with lashes that get so many compliments (and the best part) they LAST. She’s also just a wonderful person who cares about you as a client and friend. The women behind the desk are superb and take pride in making you feel comfortable and ensuring you have the best experience. I’ll never go anywhere else! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

I am absolutely in love with my lashes. This is my second time getting eyelash extensions and the first time didn’t go well. I was really hesitant about trying them out again. My technician Corey was amazing she talked me through everything and was so knowledgeable. It really helped to make me feel comfortable. She was so sweet and gentle I didn’t feel anything! I will most definitely be seeing her again for all my lash needs. My lashes came out amazing!!!!!! I would recommend her to everyone!

What a beautiful and calming location! Lydia did my lashes (classic set with some volume) and brow tint for my wedding. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted. Talked it through with Lydia and, wow, did she deliver. My lashes are exactly what I was looking for and my brows look great. The space is very calming and the staff was all really helpful with all of my questions. I have already recieved so many compliments on my lashes. So happy with Lydia and the process.

The environment here is very comfortable, clean, and inviting. Denise did my lashes for the first time and she was so thorough in explaining all of the different options to me. She helped me pick out the best option for my thin, straight lashes. The result is phenomenal. She listened to what I wanted (a natural look and to help take attention away from my bigger eyelids) and gave me exactly the look I wanted. The process took around two hours and did not hurt at all. I dont feel the lashes at all. Its also reassuring to know that they use medical grade adhesive for the lashes, and customize the look for each client. I will definitely be returning. Lydia was amazing! The second I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist before being called back by Lydia to begin my lashes. She was so thorough during our consultation and detail oriented during application that I went from what lashes to on my look at those lashes in one sitting! They have lasted, are full, long and didn’t ever irritate my sensitive eyes. I’ll definitely be back!!!

My girlfriend has been wanting to try lash extensions for a long time. I decided to get her a gift card and she loves them. She cant stop talking about them. Going to get her a membership for Christmas since they are so affordable.

Top notch! Denise is so amazing and so knowledgeable, was able to quickly understand what I like and don’t like and customized my lashes for what I was looking for! All staff is so friendly AND got to cuddle with the cutest service dog during my service.

Unfortunately all of my lashes (with the exception of about 3) fell off in less than 48 hours of getting a full set. I have very careful aftercare as I have been getting extensions for a long time. Although I appreciated them offering to redo them at a discount, I no longer had interest as the first experience was so unfortunate. When I asked for a refund the manager dismissed my concern through very aggressive communication. I wanted to like this place so badly but would not recommend it to anyone.

I love my lash extensions from the lash lounge. Denise does an amazing job making my lashes full and my natural lashes are staying healthy and getting even stronger. They do an amazing job with giving you all the knowledge to keep your lashes healthy.

I am a traveling nurse and was in Charlotte for work so I decided to try lash lounge because the location was new, convenient and had great reviews. However I was very let down by my experience here. The place was very clean and very nicely decorated. The front desk was a little pushy about signing up for a membership. And my lashes left something to be desired. I wasn’t happy initially with my lashes when she showed them to me in the mirror, but I thought I was being too picky and moved on. But over the next two weeks my lashes fell out at an alarming rate. I have had lash extensions for five years and have never lost all of my lashes in less than three weeks. Only after going to another lash technician for a fill in this week, did I learn they were falling out and also damaging my lashes.If this wasn’t a corporate chain, I would be calling the owner and requesting a refund.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend trusting this location.

Eyebrow threading here is the best Ive ever had! Alyssa was great and I was impressed by her attention to detail.

This place is the most beautiful lash facility I’ve ever seen. It’s extremely relaxing and all the staff are very pleasant! I would give this a 10 start review if I could! They are very educated and they actually listen to exactly what you want and are trained to take into consideration the health of your natural lashes, If you’re thinking of getting your lashes done or need an amazing lash stylist then you will not be disappointed going here!

It wasn’t the best experience. Is it sanitary for a dog to be everywhere in the salon. Had me wonder if the fur gets on lashes. Where is state board? No concerns for sanitation or people with allergies.

I always look forward to my appointment at The Lash Lounge. It has the feel and smell of spa and everyone is treated with 5 Star Service. Having my lashes is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, my eyes pop and I receive compliments every day. I would never go anywhere else as Lash Lounge Stylist are the only ones I would trust with my eyes.

Gladly, I found out they were open indeed.My experience from the moment I called themthat morning was awesome and so welcoming.Amber was absolutely Amazing, I showed her some pics of what I wanted, she listed to what I had in mind and wanted to get done and BOOM 💥She gave me the perfect lash look! Also, their location is beautiful.
