This is the store that choked and dragged the black woman accused of theft in 2017. Im surprised the Charlotte black community keeps them open.Im not sure why people are leaving bad reviews for the Sisters Beauty Supple when the map shows that cWe is Missha Beauty.The black hair care industry is worth billions--shop black.

Customer service was good I was looking for braiding hair I found 3 to choose from everything I needed was in stock the store was well maintained and CLEAN the outside surrounding spect👀👀👀

If I could I would leave ten stars. I came here to find hair super last minute my stylist that was supposed to do my hair and also provide the bundles canceled on me the week before my sister’s wedding (in Kentucky) !! I had no idea what I was even looking for, usually I wear my natural hair. The lady talked me through each option I had and made me feel really comfortable and confident. The bundles I got are very good quality and it was a great price!

Affordable prices great quality. I always purchase wigs eyelashes press on nails braiding hair and beads for my daughter and so much more.

Good customer service. They have a wide selection of hair products. The staff is very knowledgeable and able to help come up with quick solutions. Really enjoy their will selection. Very large and they let you try on the wigs which is nice. They close pretty early compared to most hair stores. They a little so have a clearance section in the front facing the window and boxes and a table to the right when you walk in with clearance hair and hair products. Also, the natural hair products selection is a natural hours Paradise lol

I loved everything about this place. As a chemo patient losing my hair, for me, wigs are the answer. I heard about this place from a friend who is a customer. My goodness, the selection of every kind/ quality of wigs is awesome. The staff spent hours with me, advising me about style, color and types. They were outstanding - warm, personal, honest - the best kind of sales, focused on remarkable customer service. As a relatively new shop that has other beauty products besides the wigs, it has brought a wonderful service to the area. I am hoping they are here for a very long time!

I have never had a problem with this store or staff. I shop here at least once a week. Great prices and other beauty supply products for the money. The quality of the wigs are great. The wigs are not cheap and “wiggy” looking. The staff is very knowledgeable and I always feel valued as a customer. I’m not going to comment on the video or young lady. I don’t know what happened. But I have never felt like I was being watched as I shopped and have been there with big purses and hoodies. Go MISSHIA’S!! As a matter of fact I’m going there this morning. 😍

I loved Missha’s. The store is always well kept, the wigs don’t LOOK like they have been tried on (even the discounted wigs), the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, everything you could possibly need is in that one store. I swore by this store. I haven’t found any other beauty supply store in Charlotte that I loved more. I was a loyal customer. Almost every other week you could find me in the wigs section. After the whole incident with the lady being slammed I was hesitant to still shop here BUT I did on occasions. I haven’t been there in a while but I went earlier this week because I am dying my hair.. trying to anyways lol what a process. Soon as I walked in, there were the two employees from the viral video. One behind the register, the othe standing by the door. I immediately felt uncomfortable (idc if the lady stole or not it still was unnecessary to me but I digress) but I got what I needed and left. Today, (Jan 7th, 2017) going against my gut feelings, I re-visted the store for what I hope to be my last bottle of bleach and hair color. I quickly walked in got what I needed and immediately went to the register. I was in line in less than 3 minutes. As I’m STANDING IN LINE AT THE REGISTER with my purchase in one hand, I put my other hand in the front pocket off my pullover to make sure my money and phone was still there. Mind you, I left my purse in the car prior to entering the store to avoid any unnecessary problems with thoughts of stealing, smh sad. SO, in the mist of me doing so I hear this new black “security” guy (who I felt was strategically picked so people would feel more “comfortable” because he is black and to minimize conflict if he had to confront anyone.) say “Go over and say hi to her”. As I look over I see this rude little girl, who is clearly there to watch people, begin to walk my way. (The current employees don’t seem as genuine/friendly, passionate or helpful. They are there just to watch you and assist you only if they absolutely have to ) Once the guy realized that I wasn’t stuffing my pockets and my items were in my hand he then says “oh, wait never mind. Never mind. She good”... I AM completely livid, offended and done shopping here. Clearly the “don’t steal, no problems” comment/statement isn’t valid.
