Had a problem with the water line to my fridge.Wasted my time and money with Lowes and Home Depot and ended up at Ferguson.Walked in, hold up the piece and the expert knew immediately what I had in my hand and had to tell me that they dont carry this special size appliance tube.Normally a conversation would end here.Not for Ferguson. The super nice gentleman looked up immediately the right store and I walked out with name, phone and address of the right store.That is FIRST CLASS customer service.

The employee when I came in ignored me after asking for assistance and then continued to ignore me as I was waiting to check out. He checked out another customer that came after me right in front of my face as I waiting for service. I left my items on the counter and left.
