Rude staff members - 60ish looking man & 50ish looking woman at front registers. I went in looking for quality hair color (Redken, Da Vinci or comparable brands), they carry cheaper quality - Bigen, Clairol and other super budget, cant recall the brands.I asked the front register woman if that was the only section, her curt reply showed total apathy. She couldve made an effort to at least inquire what I was looking for.Before leaving the store, I had more negative vibes, this time from both the woman & man working the register. An older gentleman customer (who greeted me when I entered the store as he was in that section of the store), was ready to make his purchase when he decided last minute to pick up a small bottle of essential oil from the large display. I was curious about them since a few years back I had brought back several different scents of oils from my trip to Egypt. I asked the older (customer) man if he had tried them, he said he hadnt yet.Then I looked over at the man & woman working the registers and asked where do they come from? In a not a all friendly tone the man asks where do they come from? I said, yea, as in where do you get them from,? He & the woman both rely almost simultaneously that they come from here from the u.s.So I looked at the customer/older gentleman and said I picked up several bottles of oils in Egypt a while back...they are excellent quality and I walked out.Note: the store is quite large so likely has plenty of beauty supplies (I saw a few wigs).Still the rudeness & utter lack of customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. Gladly take my greenbacks elsewhere.

The customer service was awesome but the prices are really high compared to competitors. The store is very organized and neat. I would return if it weren’t for the prices.

I purchased a drawstring ponytail...took it home and realized its way too much hair. I didnt try it on. Returned it the next morning and the manager stated they dont exchange or give credit for hair pieces. The receipt specifically states with receipt THEYLL give credit or exchanges. Thats poir PROFESSIONALISM!! I will never support them again. Thats bad business and they need to be more detailed with that info on the receipt.

They have a good supply of hair and products. The prices arw good as well. Ive been going here for years. They always have the newest products. The accessories here are nice too.

They are well stocked, friendly, and Black (Ethiopian/Eritrean) family owned business. I gone almost exclusively to this store for years and will continue.

The store needs to change their actual opening time so people won’t come here thinking it opens at 9...

The place is a good place to buy hair.However they should change there policy on buying weave and wigs where you cant exchange them once you see its not going to work for you .There policy stinks!!!!.
