I absolutely love & trust the guys at T&E Tire. We have been bringing our cars to them for years & years. They are honest & fair & dont take advantage of people. You REALLY should take your car to them, they will take good care of your vehicle & wont rip you off.

The gentlemen here were very kind and professional from start to finish! I had my car lock up on me while I was driving and it was a rather stressful event. But, they looked my car over, did the necessary tests and had me on my way in barely no time flat! They didnt try to up-sale me or overcharge me for their services. I think they may have won some repeat business.

I would give them a 5 star but my last experience was absolutely horrible. The manager and secretary were extremely rude and disrespectful. Could never trust these people again. I went in to get my car checked and paid for something different. Never thought it would end how it did but you live and learn.

My engine was overheating a bit, and with the list of other symptoms and what wed already replaced, we thought it was a pinhole leak in the head gasket (which would have been very expensive and a real pain). But I brought it to T&E and they didnt just look at the symptoms and take my word for it. They investigated and found that when another shop down the road replaced the fan, those other folks put in the wrong model fan and it was blowing air the wrong direction- basically cancelling out the air flow! I would never have noticed this because the fan looked like it was working just fine. Also, the misfire that seemed to be getting worse was from me replacing the spark plugs & wires and not clipping them down (the old clips broke and I thought itd be okay to leave it a while... it wasnt). So one of the wires was getting burned by the engine, and I learned the importance of those $2 wire clips. Dont forget them! I also needed a new radiator cap, because the one I had wasnt holding pressure.So, it turned out to be this random list of small things, and NOT the head gasket at all! They saved me a lot of money, saved my truck, explained it all, showed me the damaged bits, told me to go back to that other shop with the fan for a refund, and didnt bs or make me feel like a silly blonde girl. They know what theyre doing. Take your vehicle here for great service, friendly guys, and fair prices. They will find and fix the real problems, and that will save you time and money and headaches. My old truck is running GREAT!
