They did oil change quick enough (around 1/2 an hour). For fixes, they completed within a day. Price-wise, for oil change & inspection are reasonable. For fixes, cheaper than others like Firestone.

Went to location at old concord road for tires installation machine broken referred to newall road location walked in bell ring mechanic informed someone he looked right at me and still no one came to assist. If you are not going to have someone at front desk just lock the doors and direct them inside mechanic shop. I would not recommend this shop

Was told by 3 different mechanics 3 different diagnosis of what was wrong with my cars brakes. When I called Interstate Motor Chris had me bring car by drive and ride with him to feel and hear my issue. Wow ended up being some little something out place causing noise had me on my way in no time.

I will just say that these guys saved me a heartache and a lot of money. If I’m ever in the area and have any more car problems I will be sure to go there. I personally and especially space want to thank Chris. he was so awesome!!! Thank you Interstate!!!!!

This is, in my opinion, the BEST family-owned mechanic shop in Charlotte, probably all of NC. The owner, Beaver, is the most honest, honorable, and direct person Ive ever met in this business. He expects the same traits in his staff. Youll never have to worry about them trying to pad your estimate.

I really liked their honesty they told me what I should do to get my car fix instead of trying to do it knowing they couldn’t get it fix just to get the money !! If I ever need my transmission done I for sure will go to this place also the people that work there are very kind and helpful !!!

Took my wifes Element in for front wheel noise. I thought it was wheel bearings or the calipers werent releasing fully. Chris test drove it and couldnt get it to make any noise. He said the bearings and calipers were fine. In fact he told me the calipers had been replaced. He said he could replace the rotors and pads but couldnt guarantee it would stop the noise. You cant go wrong with doing normal maintenance a little early on the wifes car. The mystery noise went away. They had every opportunity to take advantage and didnt.I appreciate their honesty and will have all my maintenance and repairs done here from now on.Highly recommend!Thanks guys!
