Professional, friendly, and helpful; I coasted in with a barely running car and they received it immediately. My neglect caused a rarely broken component to break: they got the parts in a few days and got the car running like new.I did not have the option to price check their labor or cost of parts so I cannot speak to the price point but service is A+.

Very upsetting experience I had here. I dropped of my car for the AC to be fixed. They told me the compressor and condenser were bad and needed to be changed. On a car with 39K miles I had my doubts but asked them how much. They quoted me about $2500 for both, when the dealer price for both is about $900. I told them that they are price gouging and ripping people off, but they said thats the price in their system and nothing he can do. So i decided to buy the parts from the dealer myself and have them install it. Installation cost... $900. After the installation they call me back and said the compressor is bad and that this time I need to buy one through them, and pay another $900 for installation since the parts were not purchased from them. I told them I bought those directly from the dealer and they didnt care. I am starting to think it is not the compressor but something else. I payed them their $900 of lies and took the car back. Now I found out they took the old compressor (which was most likely working) and never gave it back. Heck, im not even sure if the compressor in there is the new one or not. Robbed my blind.

Andy was extremely helpful explaining the diagnosis for my car. He was also professional and kind. I usually go to AAA Mathews, N.C. but they were closed due to COVID. My car is currently running well. I had to get a new Starter for my car. The car is a 2007 model. This location didnt seem as busy as the East Independence Blvd location but I believe its smaller overall. I had a good experience. I would reccomend this location to anyone. Thanks!

They stole property out of my vehicle during the time I left it there to be serviced and now I cant get any answers. My truck is worse off than when I left it with them and all I get is the run around. I have filed a police report and will be contacting the news and everyone else I can reach. I had a $1400 Dell all in one computer wrapped in a blanket (hidden from sight) in the trunk stolen, the cover to my engine missing and they rummaged through my belongings stealing items from a backpack I had in the trunk. No accountability and they are not taking it seriously at all. Hopefully soon they will because I will not stop pursuing this issue until someone is held accountable.

Oil change completed, tire rotation was supposed to be part of the transaction. Only thing serviced on the tires, were photos of tread depth. The luge nuts were taken off all four tires, and than put back on. Not one of the four tires were ever taken off the vehicle. My car was directly in front of the waiting room window, so I watched the whole service It was supposed to be a free service, with the oil change, so I guess the lug nuts were rotated, instead of the tires.

If you are not spending money, they are not interested. First service was great, got a list of things that needed to be fixed. I didnt get those fixed. The vehicle was having starting issue, asked them to check, they said no such issues. 2 weeks later vehicle died, I was stranded roadside. Im a AAA member, called roadside assistance they didnt schedule towing for 5 hrs! Had to call another towing service and pay out of pocket. AAA overall has been a disappointment.

If there was less than 1 star, i would have gone for it.For the first time i thought of using AAA service instead of dealer provided one. I set up an appointment for 11 am oil change for my car. I was there at 10:58 or so, all good, checked in, i was told it would be ready in 1 hour, or may be another 15 minutes. I asked to be texted when ready. No text for 90 minutes. With battery low, i thought i would just go there and collect my car.I walk in at 12:45, which is 45 minutes after my car was supposed to be ready.I was told it is not ready, there was no opening.I asked: what is point of setting an appointment? Why did not you tell this when i checked in?Answer: i am sorry sir.Ok, when can we get it done?Answer: a spot just opened up, we will do it right away, in 30 minutes.Ok. I step out and waiting and watching my car to be picked up.A few minutes pass by, nothing happens.I was not happy, put my mask on, walked back, asked for my keys. I said, it was disappointing as a first timer at a AAA owned service center.I got my key back and got into the car to discover all the plastic steering wheel and seat covering!That was the only good part of this experience, AAA operated service centers are taking precautions.Rest is ZERO star!

First the good. The guy up front was nice. Now the bad. The lady that came in had a flyler and even with that coupon her estimate was $625 as the guy blurted out I hate coupons. You never say that in front of customers. Next I had a coupon for a oil change and tire rotation and they did my oil change. They made up some jibberish about good back tires being the best tires are for hydroplaning. So no tire rotation. As he went over all the things wrong with my car me mentioned I needed new windshield wipers which I just replaced 3 weeks ago. My car has 140000 miles and I deliver for a living so I dont need all this stuff. Lastly Im driving last night and it starts raining and I put the wipers on and oil goes all over my windshield where the guy touched my wipers with oil on his hand. Just great trying to get oil off your window with oil on your wipers in the pouring rain. Expected better from AAA but I wont be back and its sad the job they did.

Excellent customer service! I have never experienced such great service from an auto service. The whole process, from the text updates to the phone calls and even checkout, was easy and comfortable. They were patient and explained my options and services needed. I dealt specifically with Andrew and Rich, but I’m sure the whole team is amazing! For as long as I live in this area, they will have me as a customer.

Dont go here to get your battery tested. The front desk and the field mechanics dont have knowledge of how to properly jump a battery and they can only resort to what their computer B2Qscans say. After a full day of green and acceptable scores, even though my car would not start, they determined that indeed the battery was faulty and replaced it under my warranty. Technical negligence. Im still waiting for the Regional Manager to call me back and investigate what what his front desk people are informing the customers about jumping batteries

I believe the work (basic oil change, tire rotation etc.) was done correctly. The list of recommended repairs was far too aggressive, and when I was shown the items they appeared not to need service or replacement (belts etc.) for perhaps 20,000 miles. When I showed up for my appointment I was told it would take 45 min to an hour. It took two hours. This was my first time at AAA Pineville but if this happens again I will take my business elsewhere.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. My wifes car was taken there because it had an idle problem. AAA keeps it 4 days and calls and says the car is fixed that all it needed was a new battery for $211. When we got there to pick it up, my wife cranked it and backed out of the parking spot and the car cut off on her. When the manager came out he said the car needs to be cranked a couple times so the computer can reset with the new idle pattern. After about 10 times cranking it, it was still sputtering and cutting off. He got in the car and felt the sputtering and said I see what youre talking about, let me take it in and get it checked. What have you been checking the past 4 days? And what did I just pay you for?When you do work on someones car and tell them its fixed, it should be fixed. I wouldnt take my car to these people to get air put in the tires. They didnt check to see what the idling problem was at all. They showed true incompetence in fixing a car. My suggestion, take your car somewhere else. JUST DONT TAKE IT TO THESE PEOPLE.

I went to AAA at 10403 Park Rd in Charlotte today for auto inspection because it was close to my house. After the inspection was done, I was told I needed repairs to pass safety standards which the shop would do for me at a cost of $2,443.93. One of the problems they detected was faulty wiper blades causing streaking. I was suspicious because my car had undergone routine preventive maintenance at a dealer 2 months ago - this included replacement of the wiper blades. Today I asked the agent at AAA to show me how the wiper blades were malfunctioning; the blades were tested while I watched and all of us agreed there was nothing wrong with how the blades worked. This lead me to consider the possibility that their report of the other problems was also false. I left without having anything done to my car there.Then I went to another licensed auto inspection company. My car was checked and passed the inspection. No problems were detected.I think a case can be made that AAA at 10403 Park Rd operated unethically with me today by trying to generate payment for services that were not necessary.

I had a bad problem withy brakes on an older car. When I left my car I was told it might take a few days to get the part BUT I had my car back that evening and Andrew waited for me after closing so I could pick it up! Also someone from out of state was paying for the expenses. They did everything they could to help me get back a safer car and accepted a payment over the phone. I couldn’t be more pleased with how this service went above and beyond to get me my car back. I HIGHLY recommend this auto repair shop!

Can’t give zero stars or else I would. This shop is full of liars who just want to prey on uneducated consumers. Went in for an oil change and left with a quote for over 2,000 in repairs that I needed or else my car was a “danger” to those on the road and myself. Was pressed to leave the car there to get it taken care of. Thank god I went for a second opinion at my car’s dealership. Not one repair was needed and they were shocked that AAA would do something so incredibly shady. I understand garages will recommend things that need fixed to pad their bottom line, but to tell me I had to get these repairs done or else I would be in danger is absolutely piss poor business practices. Do not go here... if you are uneducated about cars they will take advantage of that. Disgusting.

Disappointing visit today! Go in for an oil change. Didnt look busy based on cars outside and inside. Only 1 person in waiting area and 1 on the way to waiting area. I walk into checkin area asked about oil change. He asked if I had a reservation. I said No, he said would I like to make a reservation for MONDAY. This office has done some good service for me before but not to standard today. No offer to try and work me in. I ended up going in to a competitor in and out in 20-25 minutes. I like AAA but the reservation option is good for base operations but where is flexibility. You cant grow business without extra effort.

I got my car towed to AAA Pineville on Monday. I was told it was evaluated and when I got the report, it was on an entirely different vehicle. I was told it would be seen before the end of day. When I called at noon to check, no one had seen it yet, and it had been assigned to someone who had called out. I called back a few hours later to check, and they didnt have the battery my truck needed. Then I received a call saying the battery would arrive in the morning. I got a text that my truck was ready at 8 AM, but never received a quote regarding the cost of the work before the work was completed, so had no idea it would be over $200 until I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I shouldve taken it to AutoZone--it wouldve been cheaper and faster.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation.and I had low pressure in a tire. originally appt was supposed to be an hour. After 1 1/2 hrs, they told me that couldnt fix the tire because it had an old patch and suggested I take it to another garage. They hadnt even started the oil change! You would expect that they would have done that, knowing that was what the appt was for in the first place! So I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to actually service the car. Took it to another place, they couldnt get the tire to leak, there was nothing wrong with it, just low pressure. So AAA hadnt even done anything other than snub their nose at the fact that there was a plug in the tire. and wasted the whole time id been waiting when they could have serviced it in 30 minutes from the beginning. bad service. same type of situation happened the first time I went there. Never again.

Accidentally made an appointment here instead of the one on Montford, but I am glad I did. Great service, great staff. Waiting room and WiFi there was surprisingly good so was able to work on VPN as good as if I was at home. They even got me out the door an hour before they initially said, which is rare from my experience with car repairs.Would definitely recommend coming here.

I made a 9am appointment for car service. I indicated I would not wait at the facility but would walk around and eat breakfast next door. I did that, did some shopping, and returned at 11:30, only to find my car still where I left it. It had not been touched from a 9am appointment. The first rep told me, we thought you were dropping it off...so what? My appointment was at 9am. The second rep said they got behind and he was going to call me when HE returned from lunch! What? Never again!

Will, the interim manager, was so helpful in getting me in when my car was making noise. He really took the time to make sure we fixed the problem, took his time explaining to me what was wrong. He seemed to really care about the customer and also about the staff there. If there were more people like that, the world would be a better place. The honest, competent, mechanic fixed my transmission issue at a reasonable cost. They even drove me to work although it was 20 minutes away. Theyve also fixed issues with friends cars. I highly recommend them.

First and Last Time. Ive been a AAA member for over 30 years, and during that time never use the auto service centers. Then today I had a flat tire, and not wanting to drive the 15 miles or so on a leaking tire, I decided to go to the AAA Car Center to get it fixed. Before I had it fixed, I asked the cost for a AAA member. I was told that it was $25, a $5 discount for being a member. I thought that was somewhat high to get a flat fixed, but decided to go ahead as I didnt want to drive all around looking for a better price. They were rather busy, so it took a while. When it was finished and I went to pay the bill, the cost was $35.05. When I questioned the amount and said that I had been told that it would be $25, he explained that they had to reset the TPMS. I certainly would have thought that it was included, and was surprised to pay $10 additional. As it turns out, the additional $10 was made up of TPMS reset, supplies (whatever that is), and tax.After I got home, I checked a couple of other car centers in the area and found the cost would have been $20 at one and FREE at another. So I certainly wont be going back.If you go to this particular AAA Car Care Center, be prepared to pay too much, and then more than youre quoted.

I went to the Pineville store on 3/27/2019 for an oil change. This store has AAA Digital Vehicle Insight (DVI). This is where the Technician that services my truck takes pictures of my truck work that needs to be done. then he sends the pictures to my email address and to my cell phone as a text link. These are live right at the moment the Technician sees the work to be done. I get to see what he sees in the waiting area of the store on my cell phone or while I am out away from the store on my cell phone. I like this new feature in the store. I will add one thing into this I found out about this by looking through the AAA Mecklenburg GO Magazine March-April 2019 issue. I called the call center phone number to ask about this new technology the gentleman that I spoke to didnt know anything about this technology. He had to transfer me to the Pineville store where I got to talk to Rich Rumreich about this new technology before I went in for my oil change today. With this new technology I think that AAA needs to start doing an email style survey after every visit to a AAA store or after every Roadside Assistance visit. I also think that the call centers need to be more knowledgeable of the products and services that AAA offers on all levels. I was a little taken back by finding out that someone didnt know what I was talking about and they work for AAA. I also called the AAA Head Quarters for the Carolinas-Mecklenburg area I found out that they do very few random surveys because there are at least 2 million Carolinians that trust AAA but also there are more people then that trust AAA. I think that it would help sales to improve if the system was updated so the survey is for every visit and if the call centers were more knowledgeable. AAA has a main website plus an app. Put the survey information in those 2 areas as well. I have been with AAA since 2007. My Sister-in-Law Patti who lives out in Houston, Texas got me into AAA because I have a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado truck.

These people are freaking rude as a Triple A member i now never want to take my car to one of there facilities again. There unprofessional and think it’s ok have smart mouths with customers asking general question, Collin thinks it’s ok to hang up on customers, Kaitlyn decided to not give me paper Work when I went to pick up my car Judy gave me my keys they did unauthorized work to vehicle.
