First time bringing my vehicle here. I typically like to bring my cars to the dealership for service. I know its a little more expensive and usually have positive experiences in better service and repairs done right. But cant shake the feeling they may not have been that honest and also over charged me on labor to offset a discount. It was a costly repair, and if I didnt have the repair done, they were going to charge a $125 fee to diagnose the issue for their time. Which as a loyal subaru owner who is thinking of trading up didnt sit right and should have taken my business elsewhere. Expensive lesson learned.
