These guys are complete JOKE! Have employees hanging out talking in the parking lot not doing anything when I show up and there’s empty bays they tell me they not doing any work. It’s 2:00PM and they told me that once 4 cars are done that’s the end of it. They close at 7 I don’t understand how u can’t get 4 cars done by 7…. How about putting ur employees sitting around to work …. Oh and not to notion the employees outside were so rude and just told me “to leave cuz they are doing anything else” at 2pm… then heard them laughing as I was leaving

On the web site it said closes at 6pm, but when we arrive there was a sign on the door closed at 3pm..wasted a trip!

Short on help today, but all was good. I had a synthetic oil change on my Honda Civic. Saved approximately $30, instead of going to Oil Express.I will definitely come back.& they didnt make me wait for hours as other places do even with an appointment.

I was here first thing in morning for a flat tire repair. Due to the location of the flat and unsuccessful attempt with tire plugs, Robert provided great service in a professional manner to help me out. I would recommend his service.

This is the worst place ever do not go there. Was there before 7am and they open at 7 a.m. all the associate was late and then when I saw the associate he said he didnt have the key to open the door. After sitting and waiting for almost 30 minutes I left. I had an issue with my tired that I needed to have checked out so had to go somewhere else.

Take my car here for oil changes. My dad took his truck there for oil change and they ruined it. Truly if working on any Diesel need knowledge.. They spill oil on your engine. They can ruin your sensors. And youll end up spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars fixing it.

This place is the epitome of disorganized. My girlfriend has been waiting 3 hours for a job that went unfinished just so they could push across the next person in line. Upon bringing this to their awareness, they tried to make us wait another 2 hours to finish the job: simply unacceptable. They rudely asked us to be patient and wait for the shop manager, Linda, to handle our issue as if they weren’t competent enough to understand how customer service works; I guess she was just hiding from all the disarray, to be honest. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, just take your car to a Pep Boys or something else far away from this place.

I was first in line @6:45am. Supposed to open @7:00am. It is now 9:00 am. And my car is still not ready for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I had to call the main number @7:10 am to unlock the doors. It was 7:20am before anyone even showed up at the counter and 7:30am before they took my car in the bay. 9:07am And they finally finished my car. There were no apologies for taking the time or for being late opening their area. The lady at the counter removed the charge for the tire rotations because they were Walmart tires but other than that, nothing. Thank you Walmart for another terrible customer service experience.

They are not really open. You can buy tires but they dont put them on so whats the point. They were rude and the signage was poor.

If I could give a zero star I would. I went to get my oil change last Saturday. I arrived at 7a.m and it wasnt open. I was standing outside while people were walking in around the inside. A young lady came up beside me looking in at the sales associate and asked through the door what time they open and the guy said 7am and she said yall need to check yall clocks cause its after 7am. Right then I should have left but I stayed and waited and regretted it. So it took 2 hrs for them to do the oil change. Fyi always check your oil panel doors before leaving out after a oil change and always over look your car for damages. Several days later I happen to be backing in and hear something under my car. I looked under my car and notice 2 panel doors were open and the oil panel broke off. Then I notice my front grille was cracked. I tried to remember where could this have happen at cause I only been to work and home since my oil change. I park in same spot daily and only place my car was were I couldnt see it was at Walmart. Why wouldnt they tell me they accidentally hit the grille and it cracked? Ima say it like this Karma is coming to them. I will never go back to that Walmart for a Oil change. They act like they do not want to work. They take their time and dont put your stuff back right on your car and they dont reset the oil change button. DONT NOT GO THERE PERIOD!!!

Misunderstanding but then excellent service..At first I was frustrated with waiting for service for my tire. But after talking with the Manager, the repair was done in an expedited fashion. I am not sure about others experience here, but my experience was fantastic. If I could I would give them 6 stars

Wouldn’t recommend, i have a personal vehicle with company decals used as adverstiment and they would not provide a road hazard warranty on the tires. AFTER they said that they would. The vehicle isn’t registered to a company at all. Would recommend Discount tires that does provide the warranty.

Customer service skills are horrible at this tire center. I was being bull shitted about two tires for a whole week. Ended up cancelling and going to tire discounter for a little cheaper and way better customer service. Don’t recommend this location to anyone go somewhere else that really wants to help you!

Would give zero stars if I could. Im a patient person but this place is ridiculous. Its clear that youre bothering them by being there, sat in front waiting for someone to check me in for 20+ minutes and was the only car there. Nobody addressed me except to yell 3 hour wait multiple times hoping Id go away. Mind you this was at 2pm and not close to closing time. Ive never felt like more of an inconvenience than I do here.

This place is ridiculous. Had me wait over an hour just to let me know they didn’t have the filter for my oil change. The lady at the register just threw the key at me like it wasn’t a big deal. The guys working in the auto bay act like it hurts to do their job. Utterly ridiculous and upsetting that a company as large as Walmart can put up with such horrible level of service. I advised everyone not to visit his place AT ALL!!

Great staff. But they wouldnt answer the phone in the auto department. Also they dont vhhhv have any of the online items or wont honor online prices in the store.

I’ve been to this auto shop 2 times and they take forever ! They do not acknowledge the fact that you are there, you have to seek somebody get their attention and after you do that they still take FOREVER to service you, the other Walmart’s I go to are pretty swift, they walk up to the car when you drive up and take your information

Worst customer service ever. I was the first in line to get to tires. The manager said she had them in stock. So i walk around the store for about an hour go back to auto department see my car by the door Im assuming its done. Then the tire guy said they didnt have any in the store grrrrrrrr. Then the cashier said she could see if their was any tires the size i need. But now if i want to get different tires Id have to wait. So going from first in line to wait for the other 5 or 6 people in front of me now.

I literally called for a week during business hours and no one ever answer the phone. Only when the phone rung up to customer service that was the only time I heard someones voice. Then they would just transfer me back and it would continue to ring. Please invest in a cordless phone for whoevers in charge of that department .

Arrived at 3pm to have a tire checked for leak. Checked in and was told no one was ahead of me so it wouldnt be long. After waiting for 39 minutes went to ask how much longer only to discover no one had touched my car. Was told the technician had disappeared. Bad bad bad!! Will not go back to this location. Was told manager was at lunch no one had nothing to offer by way of apologies or anything. Incompetent staff!!!

Bought a tire a month ago, had a fine experience. Was not offered a separate warranty so we assumed the tire came with one. Same tire goes flat and now I come to find out unless you ask for a warrenty you dont get one and I have to pay for a brand new tire out of pocket. Apparently even if I pulled out of the parking lot last time and it immediately failed they dont cover any tire replacement without this extra warrenty.

This place refused to service my tires because it was a foreign car, I never heard of this before it was MB not some Bugatti.

WORST service and tires imaginable based on my experiences here.Also they supposedly open at 7AM, but they have always been 15-30 minutes late before even one employee arrives.Go somewhere else instead to save you the headache of dealing with this place.

They had me wait over an hour just to tell me they could not give me an oil change because of my dip stick.
