Great service and team. The owner of the company even helped me.
I’ve noticed the positive reviews seem to all be from men. I’ve used this location to service a fleet vehicle for a few years. The staff is polite, however, this is nothing but a front for the poor service they actually give you. I suppose they think if they screw you over with a smile on their face, it’s ok. They always leave out requested services and always make me wait. Repairs are either left undone or are done poorly. Requests to speak to a service manager are ignored. The only way to receive attention is to escalate to Ford corporate. I’ve found another place to take care of mt vehicles. I suggest you do the same
“Quick Lane” is a poorly given name for this service department. I waited almost 2 hours to get my oil changed on a Monday afternoon. I would avoid this location entirely.
I’ve used this service center for both my personal and fleet vehicle; each time I’ve been able to interact with professional and helpful staff. My most recent experience involved a car that I’ve neglected since the beginning of COVID, these folks got it up and running with no issues. Even threw in a much needed car wash.Big thank you to Stewart and Adriana
They did such a good job on my body repair and paint on my F150 so I brought in my wifes car which had paint damage on the entire top of the car. They they matched the color perfectly and did an excellent job with the paint. The car looks brand new. They were on time and a little under the quote. I could not be more pleased. Great job Mike and team!
The last service was great. I received my truck in excellent condition and with clear explanations....
Sheila in the Service Department helped get me a same day appointment for service on my truck (oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection). Even though I came in pretty much at closing she was able to grab the service manager and they were able to get the truck serviced since I needed it done before a big trip the following day. Absolutely great customer service on her part. Also Terrell, who wrote up what was I was needing on my truck was awesome. I wanted to have certain things checked like rust, some other wear parts, and more and he was nothing but helpful. I even had questions about the prior services on the truck and he spent the time to help find it and speak with me in regards to it. Never complained, never rushed, and again was great customer service. The technician who did the service to my vehicle, whose name escapes me but I believe it was a Zach or Eric, took the time to go through and check everything that I wanted checked, rotated the tires, changed oil, changed filter, topped off fluids and so forth. All in all I got the truck back in a timely manner and everything is set for the trip. I saw some other reviews about incorrect amounts of fluids being put in but as far as what the trucks telling me, everything looks great!
Incompetent techs messed up my F150.Shawn Wells and Service advisor Stewart Byrum were not concerned about obvious damages to my vehicle after it was serviced.Jeron Cajal was my savior. Thank you, Jeron.Worst SERVICE dealership I have ever experienced. While buying a car here is probably OK, Avoid their service department like its the plague.
Avoid!I brought my 2015 Ford F150 here in February 2019 to have the fluids topped off and I was arrogant enough to trust their work instead of checking. I brought my vehicle back in March have The Works package completed on my vehicle (fluids topped off, oil changed, tires rotated, multi-point inspection, etc.)- They completely ignored my fluids.. AGAIN- They put too much oil in the engine. You read that right. They messed up an oil change on a Ford vehicle at a Ford service station.- They told me I need to replace my engine and cabin air filters. I have 2 K&N Reusable air filters which were brand new when I brought my vehicle in.. so that shows me, they didnt even check. Just trying to find a way to charge me an extra for something I definitely dont need. (almost surprised they didnt offer to top off my blinker fluid for an extra $10).- They took the lug nuts off my wheels before telling me that if they put them back on, they would seize and never come off (Fords words). Think about how dishonest that is. They knew before removing my lug nuts that there would be an issue reinstalling them, and instead of making me aware of the problem so I could make an informed decision about replacing them or performing the service myself, they trapped me there and forced me to pay $250 to have them all replaced.- Also, the lug nuts were stripped because they use an air gun with a torque setting of the maximum torque required. Unfortunately for the consumer, these air guns have a tolerance of +/- 20% and they have no way of knowing if they over tightened the lug nuts (common cause for stripping and swelling).I brought my vehicle back and discussed the issues with the service manager, who did top off the fluids and offered me a credit for my next service, but I was still out $250 plus 5 hours of time wasted. Unfortunately, my trust has been broken for this service center and I will not be returning with my business.
Ive been taking my car here since I bought the car but ownership and management is not the same. I still see familiar faces but the new team is different. The loyalty factor is diminishing.... Hopefully my next visit is a pleasant one!
I asked for a full-synthetic 5W-30 oil change (as specified for my model vehicle), ensure the tire pressure, rotate the tires and run it through the car wash. An hour later, the car looks clean and I trust all is in order. A few days later, I read the invoice, it indicates that a synthetic blend of the wrong weight is used. Now concerned that they may have not put enough oil in because it takes 6 quarts, I check the dipstick and my oil was not changed. To aggravate the situate worse, my tires were not rotated. The service people seemed friendly enough, a real shame because I will not bring my car back.
Very courteous service writers.
I have to say I am not one to write reviews, but this place has just pushed me to the edge. Everytime i go to do an oil change it takes about 3-4 hours for an oil change. The customer service is terrible. The set up they have it seems like you have to wait for about 15 minutes before they realize you are even there. By the time your car is ready they say they will call you to let you know, but if you dont go to check on it yourself your car can be sitting there ready for 30 minutes before they even bother to tell you anything. The car wash seems like every other week its down. I bought my truck at Performance Ford and the reason I do my maintenance at this Quick Lane is because everything is just on file there. But i got to say this place needs major changes to better serve there loyal customers.
Nice place to buy a SUV
2+ hour wait for a simple tire patch isnt quick.
Great service
