I had my first accident three weeks ago. Well I was really having a hard time deciding on which body shop to fix it at. I live in Raleigh and so altering contacting tons of body shops I went with M&M Customs. Why? After talking with Kristine, I knew right then the company wasnt after my money they wanted to get the job done for me and make it stress free as possible. I had it towed in to M&M customs, Three weeks later they had my car fixed and looking brand new!! :) If anyone needs any work done and dont know a good body shop I would definitely choose M&M customs. Yes I was sketched out at first with the company just because it didnt seem like a normal body shop. Kristine was very helpful and she always kept me updated on everything. M&M customs is definitely the place to go for body work! :)

Working with them has been awesome from start to finish. I had never been in a car accident before and they basically took charge, I didnt have to deal much with the other insurance company or the rental car company. They took care of everything on my behalf even better than my own insurance company who basically told me that since the accident wasnt my fault I would have to deal with it myself. Kristine is amazing, she is very personable and she made the process seamless, not to mention ensuring that I was well taken care of.

I had my car repaired at M&M last week and couldnt be happier with the job they did! They worked very quickly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Something I thought was going to take a couple of weeks, only took one week, and they were flexible with pickup times as well. Not only did they repair the damage, but they detailed my whole car inside and out. I am so pleasantly surprised by the awesome work by M&M. My car was done in less than a week after authorization, Kristine kept me notified every step of the way which was a great plus. They were very professional and when I went to pick up the car I had the pleasure to meet the guys behind the family owned business. My car was pampered for sure while in their hands. The overall experience definitely made me feel better during a bad time. I would recommend this company to ANYONE.

Let me start off by saying Daniel was not only helpful but a kind hearted man. He worked with me up till the very end. I hit my passenger side doors and it had a dent in the passenger door and scraped up all along the side of the passenger side. Not only did Daniel repair the damages that was done to the car. He also detailed the inside of my car. It was like I basically got a new car! I believe Daniel shop is one of the best shop in town and he wont try and Hustle you out of your money he will actually work with you unlike most shops who only care about money. So go to Daniel shop I promise you. Wont regret it!

I have never been more satisfied until I met these people very professional! very caring ! They took very well spent time on my car from the parts to the headlights it looks like my car is brand new never been driven ! Its no doubt that if something was to happen they would be the first ones notified to fix my car again no questions asked! I highly recommend them!!!!

Bumper had major dent. Would have taken a week to get a new bumper with cut outs for back-up senser. They repaired old bumper in two days at a reduced price. Looks brand new. Cant tell it was damaged. Customer friendly personalities.

Mike and his team did such a good job repairing my Acura MDX. I had various scratches, dings, bumps and one large dent that are no more! They gave me a very good price and did the work very fast (2 days). Mike even surprised me and got one of my big dents out that I had not requested for repair. To say M&M custom went above and beyond is an understatement! I was so happy when I saw my car today that I gave Mike a big hug! I will certainly tell everyone about them and my great experience.

I was hit in a parking garage, the guy who hit me wanted to pay for the damages rather than getting insurance involved. His preferred shop was M&M Customs. I gladly accepted his offer to get a estimate there, i am new to town so the referral for a good shop was appreciated.With all said and done, im i glad i went there because the shop quickly turned an annoying series of events into a manageable fix that was as painless as possible. But heres the part that still blows my mind. I dropped my car off on Thursday morning, Kristine offered to take me to work. During my lunch break i received a picture of my car good as new with a text that said Your car is ready for pick up, please let us know if there is anything we can do to make pick up more convenient They did me one better and brought my car to my work!!!!!!I cannot articulate how pleased i am with not only M&Ms customer service, but the quality of their work. As a single woman who is new to this city, it feels great to walk into a car body shop and have representatives who genuinely have your best interest at heart. I am truly grateful for their impeccable customer service and incomparable quality of service. After having a major accident with my new Maxima, Daniel & Mike took the stress off of me with dealing completely with my insurance company and the rental car company. After seeing all of the sensors and todays technology displayed from the accident, I didnt think my new car would ever be the same again. Shane kept me updated and made me feel that my car would be fixed back to new. Excellent job Daniel, Shane and Mike! This was a huge job! I got my car back, the paint color was perfect, and that wasnt an easy task! I am beyond satisfied and would recommend anyone to M&M Customs Collision Center!!

I got into my 1st car accident on July 1, 2014 and the front end of my 2009 Hyundai Sonata was smashed! I was so aggravated and furious I didn’t know where to start to begin the process of getting my car repaired. I had gotten over 30 phone calls in one day from body shops fast talking and begging me to allow them to fix my car, I passed up every offer because they just didn’t seem sincere. I may be wrong but it seemed like they just wanted the money. When Christine called me it was different, she didn’t start off by asking about my insurance or rush me to bring me car into the shop for an estimate. She actually spoke to me like I was human and explained the entire process to me being that this was my 1st accident and I had no Idea of how things worked. For starters, the police report was all wrong. The witnesses were placed on the wrong side which made it look like I was in fault for the accident. Christine advised me to check for local businesses in the area to see if they had video cameras pointing to where my accident occurred, THEY DID!!! I was able to prove I wasn’t in fault! My insurance adjuster was really a pain. She didn’t want to give me a rental car until my car (which wasn’t drivable) was in the shop being repaired, Christine at M&M customs also made that happen! She even got my car towed from my work place to the shop and gave me a ride in her personal vehicle to the rental location and pulled some extra strings to get in a car that same day. While my car was getting repaired she often checked in with me by phone calls, texts and picture messaging updating me on what was being done and how far they’ve gotten with the repairs. The shop really did an excellent job with fixing my car, my baby “Gracie” and even washed her and detailed the inside right before I picked her up. Thanks M&M customs! You guys are the BEST!!!

I can honestly say that no accident is pleasant. The timing couldnt have been more inconvenient for a truck to ram me from the back. Our Family vacation was scheduled the following weekend and we were really excited on taking our brand new CX-5. The whole situation was horrible, all the way up until a coworker of mine suggested i let M&M handle my repairs and insurance hassle for me as they did for her and her family. That was crazy because the officer on scene said the same thing. These guys are local and have been around for quite some time... i felt this was where god was calling me to go. After all he knows what i need (: So first off the service was immaculate. The office manager Kristine went the extra mile to take care of things that werent her problem, she set up a rental and made sure the insurance used factory parts which was huge deal to my husband! Overall they were timely considerate of our family plans and made us feel that our personal schedule and happiness were priority to them, i believe this is because of the family oriented business that they run instead of some million dollar chain. Car repairs are a big deal i mean we just got our 2015 suv 3 months ago but the second i walked in the door i felt at ease like i could trust them and the more they explained the process the more i knew this is where i would be taking my car. So i give these guys an A+ on the customer service and a A+++ on my repairs. You couldnt even tell that my whole rear had been smashed in. It looked better than it did new. Thanks so much for taking pride in what you guys do and helping me distress until i got my car back just in time for vacation! Amen to small business owners who get the job right the first time.

Id like to start off by saying that I just recently turned 21 and getting into an accident isnt fun at all. Between having to figure out what needs to be done and where to take it to be repaired is the hardest and most difficult part. Kristine was a godsend. She aided me through the entire process from start to finish with the utter most sincerity as if I was a family member. I was constantly updated with news and pictures wich ensured me that things were getting done on time and done right. I couldnt have asked for a better job. After it was all said and done I had my car looking brand new again and couldnt find or even make up a single thing to complain about. I would and do recommend M&M Customs to anyone looking for a genuine customer service and top notch repairs!
