I got my car repaired here and they did a great job it was done in time efficiently and they were very helpful definitely recommend.

I took my PreOwned Cadillac Escalade and asked for just a Matte Satin Black because the factory color was ehhh. Deluxe Auto Body took the car piece by piece and turned it into the best looking Cadillac I have see. Thanks to his team and expertise I am way more than satisfied. His price was also 20 percent less or so than other shops in Charlotte area.

Highly recommend, very friendly and efficient. Got into collision and needed new fender, bumper, and headlight. Helped me break down an accurate estimate. I just needed new parts and a working headlight and they pulled strings to make sure to match my paint color to make everything look nice and consistent. Was very vocal about anything that could have came up and updated me when they needed a separate piece to complete restoration. Did what they said they would do, at the price they showed me, and got it done the next day as promised right before the holiday week. Great business!

It only took them 4 days to do the work and when I picked up my car I was very happy with the work they had done. The back of my car looked like it did the day I purchased it. Well this is the situation, unfortunately I had an accident in i485 and it was high speed a driver from another car I crashed through the back at about 80 miles per hour and my car was in total loss, fortunately I found deluxe paint and they managed to save My car and leave it perfect as if nothing had happened in the shortest possible time and the best understandably with the price, I am really very grateful with all this work team did a perfect job.

He got us the numbers, was very competitive in price and even helped arrange for someone to get the car to their shop. They are nothing like your typical body shop that just treats you like a number. They will not be satisfied until you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED. They go above and beyond to make sure you are not at any inconvenience throughout the whole process...they will pick you up, have your car towed, file the claim on your behalf, update the insurance company for you, get you set up with a rental car, and most importantly, repair your car to its original state. I was rear ended on Friday and heard from deluxe before the insurance company. I wont lie I was a bit weary of a scam because they called me first how did they even know my name and number. So I let Megan speak with my Dad and she assured him. And Im so glad I was unable to reach the adjuster for my claim but deluxe room good care or me. Gave me a loaner car to use over the weekend​. I recommend Deluxe Paint & Body Works to everyone. They called me after I was rear-ended before I even picked up my police report. They came by and towed my car into their shop and they had the police report waiting for me. They took me to get my rental car and dealt with them. It was nice to have someone take care of all my problems. They dealt with both the person who hit me and my insurance company. I didnt have to do a thing. They took care of it all. :D They also gave me a lifetime warranty. Their work was excellent and their customer service was very professional. I am so pleased with everything they did for me.

I came to this location after a woman backed into my vehicle, scraping the front/ driver-side wheel hub. The staff were courteous and friendly to me. I told Jasmine, the associate who helped me, that this was my first time in dealing with that situation and she set up everything.As far as the actual work on my car, I was more than satisfied! The damaged area looked like new, as if nothing had ever happened! The service was fast as well. The work took about six days to complete, and was very well done. I plan on returning in order to get other work done on my car! I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs any work done to their vehicle.

My car broke down in the hurricane. It was making much noise & louder if I tried to go over 35mph. I expected the worst, was 40 min+from home. No one was open, not even a Jiffy lLube. This place WAS.This is an honest man!!. He could have charged me for parts i didnt need. He called to say I had loose rods. He fixed car & I had it back the next day. Took care of my rental too. Highly recommend!

While I went through some ups and downs with the insurance company and rental car company after my Jeep was rear-ended, Jason at deluxe paint and body made sure to take care of my car. The day after my accident he drove out to my home to check the damage to my car and tell me what he could do. When my Jeep ended up needing a new bumper rather than a repair he made sure to do what was necessary to get it fixed, including talking to the insurance and rental car companies when they tried to charge me for the extra time in the rental while I waited for a new bumper to come in. I definitely appreciate the extra mile that Jason himself went to make sure I was not responsible for anything regardless this whole ordeal.

Took my car for a free estimate because I heard a noise ...I was told it was the muffler and Control arms that needed to be fixed..once I paid almost$ 600 dollars for parts and labor..I picked my car up...But still heard the same noise but worst...I questioned them about my repair...I then was told...it wasnt the issues he fixed..it was a new issue now...My Wheel barring!..At that point I felt like I was cheated out of my money!.. I took my car for that noise originally...so when I still had that same issue after the Shop owner told me he was going to solve the problem...I knew I was bamboozled .He lost a loyal customer!!

Ive worked at plenty of automotive dealers from the detail side to the mechanical side and on to the collision side for 28 years,so I know what to look for in body shop. Here at deluxe paint and body works prior to me coming to work here I watched them produce great work in turn I had them paint two of my personal cars. Thats when I knew, at deluxe, you get more for your bucks!

The employees of this service provider is very courteous but underhanded. They did not stick to any agreed upon services, return date or time and cost me money. My vehicle was to be towed the over 100 miles from point A to B but instead was driven 4 times. My vehicle was returned twice with additional damages which the shop claims was not their fault and attempted to claim in insurance, but refused to fix. They were also paid to fix problems caused by the accident in which they accepted the funds but refused to complete the service or return the funds. The service representatives are very charismatic and friendly but are very underhanded and ethically unprofessional. Please choose wisely. It cost me over $700 to fix problems which were either not a problem before the accident but while in the care of this business, or in rental fees due to this company not sticking to their agreed upon return dates and times.

I take my daughters money without any remorse, damaging the vehicle more and charging in a deceptive way, leaving the vehicle unusable, an expense of almost 900 dollars to cover the floor, a labor expense of 600 dollars and the rest of the used parts, a service. Totally cheating, the saddest thing is that I cheat on a young woman who works hard to make money without any scruples excuses after excuses. I tell you this comment is true, you will avoid going through this one as frustrating as he makes you the one who gives in so as not to continue insisting, hopefully there will be an institution that defends money and makes these businesses pay consequences and stop deceiving people like us who believed with his very diplomatic way of speaking. Take your vehicle in a more transparent business.
