Did a great job, only problem I had was the fact of, any other repairs that needed to be doing, I was not informed until it was done and they text me about the up charge. For all the work that was done was related to the fender, so therefore that should have been add to the estimate the first time, not added later. Other than that great paint job...

I had the best experience with Carolinas Collision Center! My insurance gave me a list of body shop places and I previously heard great reviews from this place prior to making an appointment. Andrew was AMAZING! He has given me one of the best customer service experiences ever. He naturally has a positive energy and has an amazing ability connecting with customers. He updated me on my car and overall, the center did an amazing job on repairing my car. I am so grateful that I took my car here. I HIGHLY recommend.

I went to Carolinas Collision Center last week and was helped by Andrew Sciranko. It only took a second, but he was able to assist me and was very easy to speak with. The site is located at the old Chevrolet dealership on Tryon St. I had no idea they existed and thought everything closed down over there. Chevrolet referred me and I was a little skeptical, but happy that I went to them. Great Customer Service.

The decision I took to send my car for repair at Capital Ford Body shop was worth it. I planned on this body shop because it was Ford authorized. Andrew use to call me regularly and provide me timely updates on the fix and the money. Those people are polite and replace with Ford genuine parts. Andrew was a Mustang guy too and he and his team took at most care of my car. Finally the car also had a perfect finish after wash and looked brand new.

My insurance company recommended this body shop for replacing my bumper and I received solid service. Damon kept me updated with my car and overall the staff was really respectful. Although there was miscommunication about the day my car could be picked up, Andrew volunteered to work over the weekend so that I would no longer have to wait.

Staff was outstanding along with the customer service.

Follow-up rework from a repair took less than 15 minutes.

I got work done and the paint job was peeling off less then a year later. I was told it was guaranteed for life but when I went back they said they couldnt do anything for me.

No signage anywhere. This place is almost impossible to find. Receptionist seems a bit too relaxed to be dealing with general public .

It is the worst body shop I have ever been to if youre looking for somebody to call you names and push you around the manager Michael thay are very prejudice Not upright Ford bodyshop they cannot match colors correctly they do not know how to fix body work on pick ups I was very unpleased of the work they did on my truck had to bring the police because their manager mike got out a hand and wanted to fight because I told him she didnt painted my vehicle right do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache like I did do not give your vehicle here

Terrible customer service. Had to come back multiple times after the improperly fixed my car. The paint they did on my grilles chipped and blamed it on me. Plastic covers underneath the car were falling off after a couple months.

Worst place ever to take your car, management is unprofessional and service is the worst ever, I do not recommend anyone to take their vehicle for repairs or recalls, over priced parts and the do not have an accurate quote or time when parts will be there because they dont check to make sure they are ordering right parts,and they will not make it right for anyone who is inconvenience.
