This place was very professional and accommodating. They quickly responded, got me in for an estimate, and sent me a quote. They were quite friendly, however they gave me an estimate $3500 more than an estimate I got at another auto-body shop (with excellent service as well). I say do your research and shop around, as with anything. Even when the service was completed at the other auto body shop I chose, they did not raise the price and still kept the original quote that was $3500 less. There was un-needed repairs decided in my quote at Body Works Plus

I’ve worked with these guys before, and when my 2020 Lincoln Navigator was side swiped I didn’t even hesitate to tell insurance to take it to Body Works Plus. Chris in the office is amazing to work with! From the quote, to the repair updates, to the handoff, these guys are top notch. Even accommodated a tight deadline I had to get the repairs complete before I HAD to leave town.You’ll see low reviews here about the price, which does not justify a low review in my opinion, but I’ve taken cars to the “cheaper” guys before, and got sub par service, no communication, and cheap parts, only to find that the body and paint looked good, but the damage underneath was left. If you actually want your car better than you left it or have insurance footing the bill I highly recommend these guys. They will fight on your behalf with insurance to make sure they pay for all repairs with no corners cut.

Truly horrendous customer service. I called almost a month ago to make an appointment to bring my car in next week. I got a voicemail to confirm my appointment during the workday yesterday. It was a busy day and I hadn’t had a chance to call back yet. At 6pm, I got a text message that said my appointment had been cancelled. SIX HOURS after I got a voicemail to confirm. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague.

I couldn’t recommend Body Works Plus more. I came in without any notice and they immediately took the time to listen to my issue, walk out to the car, work to diagnose the problem and provided both a solution and backup solution (in case the easier fix wasn’t adequate). They gave the me the cost of both solutions and were very honest that we should try the cheaper one first, and hopefully we wouldn’t have to do more from there, but it was a possibility. Turns out that the cheaper solutions was absolutely PERFECT (this was a cosmetic issue so it’s not really subjective), and they did it way faster than I could’ve imagined. I was honestly amazed by the service and the work they did. The issue was on the back left of my car and when I saw it I even said “wait which side was the problem on again?!” I’m going to be coming here for years to come- zero doubt! Thank you Brian, José and Chris/ Kris?, very much!

Very pleased with the service provided at Body Works Plus! They had my car ready a week earlier than expected and were very communicative throughout the whole process. They were extremely helpful, professional, and did an amazing job repairing my lift gate and bumper after being rear-ended!! I will definitely be going back in the future for any body work needs.

Did not get service done here because the quote was $5K and when I called to set up the appointment she said it would likely be even more than that - I then went to Dee Gainey’s in Charlotte and they fixed my car for $1800 and it is as good as new. They may do great work, but please do yourself a favor and get another quote before you pay what they will suggest.

I am so happy I chose Body Works Plus! I have had my share of experiences with body work, and Body Works Plus is by far the best experience Ive ever had! They were professional, efficient, they kept me updated so I never had to wonder where my car was, and the best part is, I got my vehicle returned like new!!!! My wife and I were heading home from Levine’s after an exhaustive stay with our 3 year old and our car broke down in Charlotte in the rain in rush hour. We were walking to the closest exit and Brian stopped to help. He not only took us to a safer location but called a reputable tow company for us and even took the car keys back to our abandoned car so they would be able to tow it. He texted me multiple times after he left to make sure we were safe and everything was taken care of. I have used Body Works Plus on two occasions. The second time was today. I had a minor repair to my car door. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could fix it the same day and the estimate was very reasonable. When the work was finished, they called and again I was delighted when the actual charge was less than the estimate. In addition my car had been washed on the outside and vacuumed on the inside. Although I hope I won’t need their services again, I would not think of going any place else. They were professional, courteous and their location is very easy to get to. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service for their car

I was rear-ended a few weeks ago and took my car straight to them. They are meticulous in their repairs and kept in constant contact with me. I picked up my vehicle today and it looks perfect (inside and out). When you have an accident, you get so many calls/mailings from body shops trying to get you to bring your car in....all I have to say is you get what you pay for. I arrived Tuesday, 1/21, afternoon for a 3pm estimate and was informed that I would receive it by email that afternoon. When I did not receive it I called Wednesday, 1/22, morning at 830am and was told I would receive it by 10am. By 3:30pm I called again because I still did not receive it but had to leave a voicemail.I sent a follow up email at 3:33pm asking for the estimate again.Thursday, 1/23, I did not receive a phone call back from my voicemail or an email.Friday, 1/24, I received a communication through email at 11:51am saying thank you for allowing us to evaluate the repairs and to call and schedule an appointment?I then had to call again to request my estimate that I still had not received that was suppose to be sent Tuesday afternoon... then when I finally was sent the estimate on Friday it was $6300 and our other estimates were under $3700...I and my company realized at this point that it was such a hassle just to get the estimate and it was significantly higher than the other 2 that we decided not to do business with you.I appreciate the fast response from my google review just wish maybe the estimate would of had that sense of urgency too. However I did change my 1star rating to 2.

Bodyworks Plus truly goes above and beyond to do what’s in the best interest of the customer. I had some work done at another repair shop following a hit and run incident and came to bodyworks plus a couple months thereafter to have a rear view mirror replaced and a dent repaired and they uncovered the work done by the other shop wasn’t done up to standard and actually introduced several safety hazards that I was unaware of until Bodyworks Plus brought it to my attention. The cost to have the repairs retroactively fixed so the car would be in a safe condition to drive ended up being close to the market value of the car and despite considerable resistance from my auto insurer regarding coverage over the faulty repairs; Bodyworks Plus was able to help me through the process and provided valuable guidance on navigating the situation, including invoking the “independent assessment clause” of my auto policy at which point my insurer agreed to payout the value of my car almost immediately given the cost to repair it at that point clearly wasn’t worth it. I’m extremely grateful for Brian’s candor and guidance on this situation as without it I would unknowingly be driving around in an unsafe vehicle that included a compromised gas tank/air bag sensor and subpar repairs done to the body of the car, comprising the cars overall integrity.

Second time using this shop for my 2018 Honda. As a Honda certified shop, they will only use OEM parts and guarantee your car is repaired to factory standards. To that end, they will advocate fully to the insurance company for you if there are any coverage issues, as was the case in one of my claims.They are sincere about customer satisfaction; Kim and staff are to be commended.

I brought my Mercedes Benz to them to be repaired after a lot of research, I drove 3.5 hours to get my vehicle repaired by this shop ! I was so pleased with the whole process, from start to end ! They kept me updated with daily text to let me know how the vehicle was coming along ! They dealt with the insurance company, they had a rental car set up for me and they were very easy and pleasant to work with ! Brian and his team are very thorough, they dont leave any stone unturned. I Absolutely recommend. Dont let the insurance company scare you... Do your due diligence and get the proper and correct evaluation.... My 2017 BMW was wrecked, Hendrick luxury collision was first choice based on I bought the car from Hendrick BMW... After 2 weeks of just sitting in the parking lot, the Hendrick guys finally pull my car in and take about a day to come up with 24k in damages.. Progressive came out eventually and within an hour of looking, also gave an evaluation of 24k...I Had my vehicle sent to Body Works plus for a second opinion, they took a little more than a week just to do the tear down and evaluation.. Amazingly, they found 55k in damages and ultimately my car was totaled by the insurance company.. The reviews speak for themselves. I will never use another body shop.

My car is new again! I was dreading the process of getting my car repaired but my worries were soon put to rest. After making my appointment online, I drove to the shop where I was checked in by the sweetest and hardest working shop manager-Kim who had my damage assessed, paperwork filled out and a rental ready for me to take me on my way in no more than a half hour. I would like to thank Kim and Brian for the OUTSTANDING experience I had having my vehicle repaired at Body Works Plus. Luckily, I have not really had the opportunity to need body work completed on my vehicle. Unfortunately that time finally came. Due to my lack of research, I initially paid the price....the national chain body shop assured me that my vehicle would be back to new....well that never happened. I contacted Body Works Plus when I was finally fed up with the lip service and terrible workmanship from the national chain body shop. Basically, Brian and his team agreed to work on the problems that the national chain body shop created while they attempted to fix my vehicle. Brian was very professional from the very first time we spoke, and that was further exhibited with the work product that his shop completed. Kim was also very professional throughout the entire experience. They both made me feel like it was their vehicle that they were working on!! It is very reassuring to conduct business with a group of people that have very high integrity and morals....something I think we all put aside when we know we have to deal with vehicle repairs! When people say their vehicle looked better (after Body Works Plus fixed the damage) than it did when it was brand new....they arent kidding! Brian even double-checked his work on my vehicle by going to different dealerships and taking pictures of brand new vehicles to compare the gaps, alignment, etc. That is unquestionable integrity!! I came to know Body Works Plus after they were recommended by the person who hit me in a minor fender fender. They provided great customer service and the repairs to my car were impeccable. I had no idea how valuable that experience and relationship would become until I was unfortunately involved in a much more serious accident and was struggling to receive answers from my insurance provider. Body Works Plus was able to explain the necessary steps to me and was even able to begin arranging services to get my car towed and a rental arranged in advance of my insurance taking action. Ultimately my car was not repairable this time however that didnt stop them from providing excellent service with expertise, compassion and kindness. I would definitely recommend Body Works Plus.

Had a great experience with this auto shop. They kept me updated on the progress of my car frequently and did a great job. Personable employees and the added touch of cleaning the interior of my car before it was returned made this an above average experience.

Had to have my whole front end replaced. They did a fantastic job, warranty their repairs for life, cleaned and vacuumed the whole car, updated me every day on their progress as well as the status of the insurance company. Overall I won’t be going anywhere else for repairs or body work. This place is THE best.

I went to this place for a quote for a small scratch and tiny dent in my door and the quote was outrageous. They quoted me $1900 for this minor repair. When the guy did the estimate, I could tell he was taking advantage of the fact that I was a female who likely didnt know much about car repair as he went through the analysis of all of the work that would have to be done. I took my car a few miles down the road to Midwood Auto Craft and Jason was amazing. He quoted me only $267 for the same repair. Needless to say, I will not be back to Body works and recommend everyone go down the road to Midwood Auto Craft.

Body Works Plus did such an amazing job repairing my car after someone rear ended me. They went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. They not only handled working with my insurance company, they made arrangements for my rental car upon pickup and drop off. The car looks back to brand new, and detailed from top to bottom. It was a pleasure working with them and would highly recommend.
