Stopped by to ask about something my husband hit while on highway. The guy who assisted me was Long and as soon as I walked up he asked how May He assist and immediately came to the car to inspect damages. Here’s the kicker...he was HONEST! I’m a woman who was by herself and he told me everything was cosmetic. Y’all know I went to another body shop and they wanted to charge me thousands. He said it was a matter of clipping something back on, that’s it! So I save myself and geico money! Great start to my Saturday morning!

We had a fender bender on our 2018 Malibu and went out for some quotes. A couple recommended by our insurance agent (we ended up paying out of pocket) and a couple we found near us. 5 Star was half what the most expensive place was and all ratings looked good so we took a chance. Son Nguyen did the estimate and I went back in to make sure the price was good. They completed the repair exactly as stated for the price estimated. I definitely would recommend.

Let me start by saying, I dont do reviews unless its absolutely needed. I took my Honda Accord here for bodywork. Being that its a newer year/model I was very skeptical. Im not an easy person to please, so I must admit that they EXCEEDED my expectations! Looks brand new; they even cleaned the inside/outside! Hopefully, I dont need bodywork again but if I do I most definitely will be coming here!! Thank you all again! (February)***Update*** Unfortunately, I had to bring my car in again for the same services 🥴. Just like last time they did an EXCELLENT job. I swear I will find any flaw when it comes to bodywork and for the second time around I did not. Hopefully, I wont be needing their services anymore. I have had my vehicle repaired here 3 times. Every experience has been phenomenal. The staff and level of service are really beyond a 5 Star rating.

Needed mirror replaced went to other shops for estimates which ended up being double the price of 5 star collision’s! Charged only for parts not labor as install took 15 to 30 minutes. Reliable and honest, work was completed quickly unlike sometimes having others whom like to prolong it. Nice to know there is a place in Charlotte whom you can trust whenever work is needed to be done on your vehicle and you won’t be taken advantage of but treated properly and professionally.

I can not recommend this place enough. Top notch service from the time I called in to inquire about fixing dents/scratches on my headlight. Great experience from the very beginning. Erik took care of everything from A-Z with seeing to the insurance adjuster and making me feel comfortable with allowing them to repair my car. And Long was very happy to do some touch up work at no charge which was not even part of the accident. Very pleased and highly recommended.

I have had my car fixed twice at 5 star. The second time my car was fixed was around a year later . I told one of the technicians about an issue from the the previous repair and it was fixed along with the new repairs. I recommend this shop because of the no hassle with getting my car fixed right . I cant say enough about my experience at 5 Star Collision. Everything from calling to ask if an appointment was needed for a quote (it wasnt) to getting my car fixed was a pleasant experience. I had a minor issue with my back bumper and Long offered to adjust it free of charge. Earlier in the week the Ford Collision Center quoted me over $750 for the same issue. I will definitely come back to 5 Star for any collision needs in the future.

Very professional and reliable. Took my 2016 Subaru WRX here after getting rear ended to get my bumper fixed. Cant really give insight on cost since my insurance took care of it, but everyone I worked with was very professional and punctual. I told them I was trying to have my car done sooner since I was planning on going out of town, and they worked with me to accommodate my schedule all while still doing a fantastic job. Car looks good as new and they even did a complimentary vacuum and wash. You will be in good hands if you need any repairs done here!

Matt was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he called the insurance company, confirmed my rental and explained exactly what would be done to my vehicle. Picked the car up today, interior was clean, car had been washed and most importantly the repair was flawless. 5 Star stands up to its name in all categories.
