Brendan went above and beyond with everything. He was clear and prompt with answering all my questions. He even offered to answer any questions I had being new to the area. They did a great job and even cleaned/vacuumed the interior when finished. Could not have had a better experience!

Came here to have my 2015 Hyundai Genesis worked on. Ran over some tread in the road and messed up my fender liner that got replaced as well as the front bumper and back bumper had either a few cracks or paint chipping off them. They restored the car and fixed everything and repainted both bumpers and it looks brand new! I also had the grille blacked out and it looks so good. Brandon and his team are the nicest people and trustworthy and the customer service is awesome. They also detailed the inside and outside of my car which was even cooler. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car worked on and the prices are great with a lifetime warranty. I will absolutely come here again if I need to in the future.

Incredible service! Very pleased with their customer service and work provided. We were involved in a pretty big accident, that left our suburban badly damaged on the left side from the front to the rear. Not only did they provide exceptional service with the vehicle repair, Brandon assisted with the insurance company the entire time. Once the insurance company handled their side the work was completed on time as initially quoted. Updates were provided throughout the entire time. The insurance company wanted to give me recycled parts and he worked the numbers and got me all original factory parts. He even saved me enough money to have my brakes replaced, which they took care of btw. And the guys in the shop did wonderful! My car is back to its original condition. I had a wonderful experience from the minute I walked thru their doors for the first time to the minute I picked up my vehicle on 10/01. On 9/22 I took my 2019 Nissan Rogue to 3Masters after googling and seeing the 5 star reviews I decided to take a chance and Im so glad I did. Brandon greeted me when I arrived and was a consumate professional through out the whole process. I was unsure what my options were as I couldnt get the other persons insurance to call me back. He advised me I could go thru my insurance and he called them personally for me and walked me thru step by step. Even when I was worried about having to pay the deductible and wait to be reimbursed by the other insurance after subrogation he offered to work with me.He personally called the car rental company for me. My car was in the shop for 10 days and whenever Id stop by he was always genuinely pleasant to me and answered all my questions and I asked a lot. If he was bothered he did a great job hiding it. CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT 3 MASTERS!!!! When my 29 year old Mercedes was rear-ended the liable insurance company was quick to total the car. Most shops would not even give me an estimate. I really liked this car (in the process of restoring it) and 3 Masters worked worked with me to fix the car at a very, very reasonable price. I am amazed at their craftsmanship especially they way they were able to repair (bending rear quarter-panel back into shape that I thought was too far gone) existing parts and combine used and new parts.I would not hesitate to highly recommend 3 Master! The work was done quickly and the staff was very helpful and courteous. 3 Masters understood that I could not afford much since the insurance reimbursement was small. When I explained that I would be very happy with the rear end only being primed they did not try to sell me a complete job (i.e. finished coat). When I get ready to get the car painted I look forward to bringing it to 3 Masters; will probable have whole car repainted.Nelson Ahrens

Our vehicle was involved in an accident, and after it sat for a while, we were referred to 3 Masters in an effort to get it running again. Our initial contact with the owner was positive, but like most we still braced ourselves for the quote. Within two days time, 3 Masters not only contacted me back with a manageable quote, but they reassured the fears I had about certain aspects of the repair. I was rear ended and after searching around I found 3 Masters. Never heard of them before, however something just stood out to me about them. They seemed to be more professional and explained the whole process and how things work as far as the insurance company etc. And for someone who has never been in this situation before I found them to be very thorough. From day 1 after I decided to go with them they took the ropes. They were able to work with the insurance company, get me into a rental, and got my car back 110% better in a reasonable amount of time and kept me in the loop every step of the way. And washed it too!😮😊👍 Great work. Great customer service and satisfaction. To top it off I was pleasantly surprised at the end when I recieved a folder outlining what work they did as well as a LIFETIME GUARANTEE! Love that. I had scratches removed and the strip replaced on my door, which had been pulled off at a car wash. I knew a few of the scratches couldnt be removed, but they got the majority, and my car looks so much better! Good job! Oh, and the price was reasonable--almost forgot that and price is important! :)
