Great customer service…I got great price on the refrigerator for my rental property. Hopefully we will do more business again in the future.

Last Monday Angel and his grandpa delivered my washer and dryer and let me tell you what a great experience it was, Angel sold me the washer initially and I was worried going in what kind of washer and dryer would suit my space but Angel went detailed with me and explained why I should buy the set we choose together and he gave me a great price and came to install it himself and explained ways I can preserve my washer and dryers lifespan, all in all a great experience and owners if your reading this promote Angel, Great customer service 5 stars

I was in need of a replacing a refrigerator for my apartment. I looked just about everywhere in the area that sold new and used ones. I came across Latin Appliances by accident on Google search. I called a lot of places for pricing and pictures. Latin Appliances was the last placed I called, I spoke to Walter for a few minutes, when he offered to send me to pictures of the models of the refrigerators, he currently had in his store. After getting the pictures and pricing of the models, I decided to go the store and see the items personally. Once I got there, we (my sister and I) were immediately greeted by one of the Latin Appliances associates, who quickly started showing us the models, I was interested in purchasing. He answered my questions. As I was deciding, which one I wanted to purchase. That is when I met Walter, the salesman I spoke to the day before. He (and all the other sales associates) were/ was so friendly and professional. When I tell you that EVERYTHING in the sales process was smooth and easy, it really was. And the fact that most (if not all) of the appliances were name brand too, also was a plus. If you are looking for great appliances and great prices, make sure to check Latin Appliances. You will be very glad you did!

All very nice men! Responded quickly and delivered quickly. Took extra precaution with the moving of my dryer and took extra time to go over everything with me. If I need any appliances I am going back to them for sure!!

I found this place on a whim because we needed a washing machine. I am very pleased with the quality and the service I received. We ended up getting, not only the washer but also a grill so it was well worth it. The owner and his staff were phenomenal and ended up delivering both items and installing for free. You guys were a total blessing to us and I pray for for continued success.

Watch out for their delivery drivers while or on the roads. I just witnessed one of their company vans blatenly run a red light on Rocky River Rd in Cabarrus County. Traffic had to stop for them with horns blowing. Dangerous and unprofessional! Please hire responsible and law abiding drivers!!!
