If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I visited the store on 9/23/2021 two times, first around 1 P.M. and then around 6 P.M. to purchase a new Milwaukee impact driver. (I purchased one initially but went back in the evening to return it for a better one). The associates were quick to assist me in finding what I needed and were extremely friendly. Each associate that I interacted with was very professional and made sure i was taken care of. I will only go to the Pineville Home Depot from now on!
I come to this store often, about once every two weeks but am thinking about switching to Lowe’s - people are attentive and helpful in finding things but the one time I have a HUGE item to load in my car nobody offers to help, even after I ask if they can help me load it into my car they just shake their heads. Very disappointed. I had to load it myself, I managed but would have been nice to have some help.
It was great. We had an associate named Jessie. She helped us and handled our request just so thoroughly professionally. She tracked down a window replacement that was out of stock in her Home Depot but was in a different store. She made sure by a phone call that it was in said store because she didnt want us to make a wasted trip. Thats caring.
Well I was in the store shopping for a router. I needed someone to come and unlock them. I approached two ladies stocking the refrigerators with drinks and ask them to call for an associate to do so. She looked at at me and said he will be there but didnt call anyone. I had to walk to the service desk to make that happen. Please inform them I am the reason she has a job. I was only there because I wanted a makita router. I gave you a chance Home Depot. I will stay with LOWES
Wood prices have skyrocketed! Everything else appears to be normal. Checkout and self scan is a easy process. Clean environment and knowledgeable staff.

8-25-21 reduced my review to three stars due to an incident with a recent curbside pick up order. They never came out to deliver it so I went inside where I waited about 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me at all. Another customer came in after me and they started helping him. This location can use some pointers from their S Blvd location who offer excellent customer service.I recently upgraded all the lighting in my home and purchased all my lighting fixutes and materials from Home Depot. I cant express my satisfaction enough! The store employees were so helpful when I had returns/exchanges mid project. They were friendly and went out of their way to help make sure I had everything I needed. I even had multiple orders going on at a time and they kept everything straight. No mistakes! That tells me that they care about what they are doing and the customer. As a brand new home owner, you can believe all my projects will be purchased through Home Depot, not those other guys! Great job Home Depot!!!
Im always pleased with The Home Depot. This is generally my location. Theyve never made me wear a stupid mask, so thats a good thing.
There never seems to be anyone to help us when we need it (that wants to). My husband and I had a very heavy box to get into our car and I have a slipped disc so I can’t help. They called for someone to help us 3 times before a complete stranger came and insisted he help us. On our most recent occasion, we were buying a heavy shelf and my husband couldn’t get it onto the cart himself. I walked around to find someone to help us for so long! I finally found a lady with short hair who wouldn’t even look up from her tablet when I asked if she was free and mumbles “hold on I’m looking for something”. She proceeds to go onto helping another customer and then disappeared before I could even ask if she could call for someone else. I found another person who I asked if he was free and his response was “I mean, not really”. I told him I couldn’t find anyone else to help, so he said to give him a minute. After a couple minutes, he came and saw what we needed help with and let out the biggest sigh as if we were such an inconvenience. He got an attitude with my husband for lifting his side the wrong way and then an attitude with me when I couldn’t hold the cart in place well enough for him to slide it on better. My husband had to tell him not to talk to me like that and he quickly changed his attitude. I always feel so helpless when I go into the Pineville location because there are people there to help, they just don’t want to!
H Depot tops the list. shopping for appliances, skip the hassel, just go to the Home Depot for excellent service and a good price !
The Home Depot in Pineville NC Is my go to store from now on. Dante as one of the associates was very helpful and went beyond his ability to help us for what we needed. He also reached out to the supervisor to help us .
Pro desk was very kind and helpful! Jennifer at paint was dismissive, demeaning, and very unhelpful. Go elsewhere for your paint needs.

We went to Home Depot t Centrum Parkway Charlotte yesterday April 15th for curbside pickup of the order we placed online, but we reached after curbside pickup hours were closed that is after 6 and did not realize that curbside pickup service is closed. So we called up the store and Athena one of the store representatives was so helpful and kind to deliver our oder at the entrance. In this way she made sure we did not have to enter the store and safely handed over the order. She went above and beyond her duties. Thank you Athena for your service yesterday.
Great experience working with Michelle on our custom countertops. Not only was she incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, she was pleasant to talk with and made the process surprisingly enjoyable (considering the cost of the visit!). If you’re thinking about updating your kitchen, ask for Michelle!

Love the Pineville Home Depot. Yes it is a larger store but appears more organized and less chaotic than a smaller sister store. Pineville Home Depot has their stuff together for their customers.
Very friendly staff always around. Getting in and out can be a little tough in rush hour times but overall great place where everything is always in stock.
This is the worst location I have been to! Athena has horrible customer service skills, the little that she does have. I came to this store to return pavers. As soon as I approached the customer service area, three of their employees were talking amongst themselves and on their personal cell phones. Athena was lying on the counter. Number one, you all are a representation of the company and that’s not a good look. I told her that I had pavers to return. She told me that I needed to get a cart and load them on there. She asked where was I parked I said he is parked right here. She persisted to ask “well who is he?” As if that matters. I told her my fiancé. I was offered no help from any of the employees. My fiancé and son loaded all the pavers and we brought them into the store by the desk. She then asked for my receipt and I told her I did not have one and paid cash for them. She tells me that oh you can’t return these without a receipt. I told her then just give me store credit. She then tells me oh we don’t do that, you have to have a receipt for certain items, especially around this time. Not sure what that means. At this point my fiancé and I are upset. You watched us load all these pavers and now you are going to tell me you won’t take them. So I tell her listen I called Home Depot at a neighboring location and they said it was fine. All home depots have the same return policy! She tells me oh well that’s not this store so I don’t know what to tell you. My fiancé says that he called a store before and they said the same thing that it would be ok. Athena says oh well your wife just said she called the Ballanytne store. Were all three going back and forth saying does it really matter all the stores have the same policy. So Athena takes it upon herself to ask all the employees have they talked to me on the phone today insinuating as if I was lying. At this point we have been arguing for over 10 min, I am tired and I am 8.5 months pregnant arguing and going back and forth over something so minuscule is not what I came there to do. My fiancé expresses to speak to someone higher than her to rectify the situation because we were getting nowhere with Athena’s horrible nasty attitude. She starts conversations with the other employees while I am waiting and then decides after 5 minutes to go to the garden area and get the manager. As she is coming back to where I am she is laughing and joking with another employee. And then Athena approaches me and says oh I can give you store credit now. As she is processing my return she says oh no we can’t use these, what were you doing with these pavers? We’re going to have to void these. (still giving me a hard time) I told her their leftover from a project. She finally gives me my store credit and states oh well just remember you have to have a receipt for any return. This transaction should’ve only taken at max 5 minutes, but with Athena’s poor and unknowledgeable and non-existent customer service skills it took 20-25 minutes. I called to speak to the manager after I got home. And Athena put me on hold for 5-10 minutes twice stating oh she is busy. So I drove back to speak to the manager on shift that night because I was so disgusted with my experience. Antoinette did a wonderful job and handled it accordingly. If this is how you are allowing your employees to be the face of your company and represent you, I won’t be coming back. And you should provide customer service training to all your employees. I have been to this store many times and this experience was by far the worst. I was given attitude and even so I did not respond back with negativity. However, the fact that Athena’s attitude was so nasty and disgusting, her demeanor was so off-putting and nonchalant, and her tone was very rude and condescending is not a great representation of a CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES ASSOCIATE. My suggestions are to provide her with some external training or replace her and put her into a better field that fits her attitude because customer service is not it!
We had the best experience today at this home depot. We went looking for a grill and the very helpful sales associate Marvin (hope I got his name right) went above and beyond on customer service. He even had a injured hand but still helped with our purchase and loading the grill in our car which required some disassembly but he made it work. 5 star customer satisfaction.
How do you even review Home Depot? What am I supposed to say? Everything is conveniently placed and that the employees are nice and hard workers and that you guys should definitely buy 10 feet charging cables from DeWalt?

Recently began going to Home Depot because it is closer to our new house vs lowes. Everything has been great there but we did have one incident with a woman in customer service. She gave us a really hard time and had an awful, awful attitude. I cant lie I was in a major rush that day but she took that personally.... it was a shocking experience. I literally left all of the stuff we were buying for our house project because she was SO RUDE. Other than that the home depot is pretty nice to go to. Still like Lowes better though!
Went into the store on 3-6-21 looking for a dryer, had cash in my pocket to purchase. Stood around in the appliance dept. for over 20 minutes. Had 3-4 so called employees walk by and never said a word to us.... needless to say I was beyond disgusted. Never ever will we go into home depot again.... guess we were to white...
Gentleman in the wood dept helping us was honest & very helpful. He ended up losing a sale, but I appreciated his knowledge & friendly demeanor.

Rarely have I had an employee to come up and ask if I need any assistance. Bruce in flooring is awesome. He has been very helpful to us and he knows what he is talking about. Excellent employee. I was looking for a particular product and called multiple home depots to ask for availability. After being transferred a few times I finally got to Kyleigh (Im pretty sure that was her name). She was very sweet over the phone and put in a lot of effort to get me an answer on the product. She was able to track one down for me and was ready to help me when I showed up to pick it up. She was extremely nice and had great customer service skills. Thank you, Kyleigh!!
Never EVER rent equipment from this Home Depot! I tried renting a pressure washer and a surface cleaner. The coworker tested the washer prior to giving it to me, and said its good to go, only for me to try using it at home and nothing works. Plenty water not comes out the gun, but never any pressure, and the surface cleaner doesnt connect properly. I had to make make 3 visits to the store to try and see if I can use the pressure washer and the other accessories given to me, yet none of their solutions worked, so I had no choice but to get a refund during the 3rd trip. You will for sure be wasting your time renting anything from here.
Staff in tool rental went the extra mile to get me set up, clocked out generously when they saw I had some other items to pick up. Provided helpful tips for using the tool (post hold digger) effectively.
Customer service was the worst. I came in to purchase vinyl flooring. No one was working in that area to help me. I had to wait until he came back from his 30 minute break before I was helped. I wont be coming back.

After shopping at Home Depot for 20+ years (more like 30+ if you count my childhood), it is my first time in my life ever being harassed by customer service person for a simple return. Wow, this Home Depot hires some seriously mean people who know nothing about their own policies. I had some HDX Tough Totes that were in nearly new condition that I decided I didnt want to use anymore due to foul odor they had and crappier material than previous ones I bought. Make a long story short, the woman behind return counter scolded me saying I AM NOT ALLOWED TO USE THEM and I CANNOT PUT ANYTHING IN THEM and THEY WONT BE ABLE TO SELL THEM.The manager processed my return and was apologetic, but it didnt make up for the harassment and unfriendly service I had. I will go to Rock Hill or any other store in the future.
Home Depot is my go to when I need house hold items or anytime I have a project around the home. The customer service is always great and friendly. Always willing to help you find what you need. I feel Home Depot’s are organized and usually easy to find things you need.
Im in store 8:35pm. I already spend 30 minutes to find window and door flashing tape. I asked several person who works here and no one helped _ jut said go there and you can find it. - But I just came from there ._ It should be there_I checked and nothing.Thank you guys for help.
I tried to buy light bulbs at this HD. I bought the same bulbs at a different HD the day before. This HD charges 50% more for the same bulb. I asked a manager and was told the Wendover store gets a rebate on the bulbs sold at their location. The manager refused to match price - even though this the same company.Absolutely insane for customers. Home Depot just made the best argument to shop at Lowe’s.
I love going to this store. They have a great variety of items. I usually buy my plants and bulbs here. They do so much better than the ones I have ordered through Catalogs and other comparable stores. They have decent prices too. I will be headed back there soon to buy the things I need for Spring planting.

The staff at the Tool Rental counter is the best. Theyve got plenty of good practical advice and easy to get along with. They have saved me a lot of time getting the right stuff I need to clean up after a leak in our basement.
Ive always been treated very well at this store! In particular, the tool rental desk folks are great. I wish HDs prices were better generally, but if Lowes doesnt have what I need, visiting my Pineville Home Depot is always a pleasant experience!
We went today to get some moving boxes and didn’t realize they closed at 9pm, walking in right at 9pm an employee told us we couldn’t shop and we just asked if we could get some moving boxes the gentleman which I’m guessing is the manager signaled us that is was okay and apologize in behalf on the young lady. We just want to say thank you, we’ve had such a stressful time moving that honestly that small gesture made our day a bit better . Thank you and I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name & for letting us grab those moving boxes and tape last minute.

I went to this Home Depot for the first time today. I had the most wonderful experience. Freddy helped me from beginning to end with everything I had left to purchase for my new house. He was so professional, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he take me to each item I was looking for, but he researched and special ordered items for me. He even rung me up and offered to have me pick up a couple of my purchases at a store closer to my current home. He was super sweet as I left the store! Home Depot- you are blessed to have such an employee. We will definitely be back to this store in the future. Thank you again, Freddy!
My husband and I had such a pleasant experience with Don Stein ordering a garage door opener just now. We also enjoyed some laughs and banter with a customer service associate who got my pickup order for me. This HD is the best!

Went into this Home Depot to get a remote control light switch for my patio lights and an extension cord and the inventory here is amazing. The store is clean and overall easy to navigate. Can’t wait until the garden stuff comes out shortly!
Ive never been a fan of Home Depot. I find that things are difficult to find. The employees are always nice, but thats about it. I prefer Lowes.

So frustrating trying to get a simple kitchen cabinet and sink combo. If it isnt the lack of stock its a lack of choices. Shouldnt be this difficult. On top of everything else, seems to be a severe shortage of people working there for assistance.

Customer service is less than stellar. If you know what you need and where to find it youll be fine. Prices are okay. I got locked into Ryobi tools and didnt want to buy different batteries and a charger. I am happy with the Ryobi tools. Had trouble getting a Husky tool warrantied.

Worst experience ever. I will be going to Lowes in the future.Long story short, the people they hire are idiots. Full story below if your interested.I make an online order and expect it to be ready in one place when I get there... First I go pick up a few things that apparently you can do pick up in store despite them having plenty in store, but thats whatever. I go to customer service to pick up my order. Waiting first in line for about ten minutes before a lady comes up to the person behind me, you have a return... Good job helping the person behind me get in front of me... Im waiting about another ten minutes before someone else asks, Is someone helping you? ... No Im just standing here for fun. No I didnt actually say that. So the guy looks up my order and gets a few of the items and rings me up for my other items. I figured since the other items were larger maybe he had them on a cart. Nope, your ready to go he says... I ask about the other items. Longer story short, they were ready at a different store.. yes, I want to pick up some items at one store and drive to another store for the rest because I love driving in traffic. The guy says dont worry, in going to take care of you. Im going to go get them [the items] personally. Five minutes later he comes back and says your all set. I respond, yeah, now I just need to get one more since youre didnt bring all of them. At this point I was just done with them got my last item and left.
Pretty helpful staff. Paint supply staff was very knowledgeable when helping me decide how to re-stain my dining room chairs.
I visited the store on Wednesday March 4, at 8:50 pm. The cashier manager was very Mean and had a nasty attitude. I have never experienced something like this from Home Depot before. It made me feel like switching businesses to a different supplier.
Very unsatisfied with the customer service we received in the paint department. The attendant talked over us and was not listening to what I was trying to say and on top of everything their poor technology was unable to color match the sample I brought it.Went to Sherwin Williams today abs had a 100% different experience. They were able to color match and the Home Depot paint perfectly and had amazing service. Really wish we could return the stupid Home Depot paint

This Home Depot is awesome! Every employee we dealt with was above and beyond the call. Helpful polite and informative. After making a purchase and renting a van to drive it home, even other customers in the parking lot went out of their way to be helpful and assist us in loading our new grill. We were utterly impressed and happy with our experience at this location.
I waited for over an hour for someone to come to the paint area in Home Depot and when they finally came the man did not want to help me with the paint machine that showed you how the color will look on the wall. I will never go back to this location!😑

The 5 stars goes to the Manager, Clint. He turned a bad experience with Home Depot.com into a positive experience. I really felt he went above and beyond to change the experience around. When I approached the Service Desk I didnt realize until after we had finished our discussion that he was the Store Manager. Home Depot has gained me back as a customer.
Great store that I have shopped at for 15 years, for everything from landscape supplies, faucets, hardware, to an occasional truck rental. Their people set them above the rest - helpful and knowledgeable.
Gregario helped me cut a bunch, I mean a bunch of wood for a project I am working on. He was kind, efficient and thanked me for making his day go faster. What an awesome experience!
