I didnt know I needed an appointment. Some guy told me I would have to wait 4hrs to get my truck unloaded and it was my wife birthday so I tried but they didnt budge. Daniel Jefferson? I always forget his name, he got me unloaded in 30min. This guy is all over the place!I came back a few months later, I was 4hrs late for my appointment. This guy drove all the way from home asked me how my wife was doing, unloaded me and went right back home. I tried to give him $30 that was on my pocket but he denied. If I had $100 I still would have tried to give it to him. Im pretty sure he didnt take it because hes a supervisor.When I go back ill definitely get his name right and update this post.

I told them to cut a 24 long piece of steel into 2 foot sections. and the clueless sales guy gives me only 11 pieces instead of 12. When I email and complain he says they had to trim off the ends (not true same order of bar stock ends were not trimmed). They raised their pricese 25% over the last 6 months said covid was the reason...Previous sales guy had some common sense, this new guy is about as green as they get. My order was for $4711 worth of goods. Every year I order thousands of dollars of goods. This is the first time I have every complained, only asked for $50 refund, the value of what they shorted me. Thats ok, there are other places to order metal from! bye bye alro.

Went in for probably the least expensive item possible a 1 in diameter piece of aluminum and they were extremely helpful with no issues about quantity. Most places would make you call and hang up once they hear the quantity. Excellent service will 100% come here again.

Got a quote for rectangle and round tubing cut to lengths of 4 to 12 feet and was twice the price of Metal Supermarket in Charlotte. For smaller quantities and cut to size, this is not the best price. Did have a faster leadtime of 1 day instead of 2-3 though
