I had recently (about 4 weeks +/-) had a brake job done on my work truck at a local garage in Bellows Falls. About 1500 miles into the brake job I lost the brakes. Seems the brake lines were in pretty bad shape unbeknownst to me as the garage never told me. I called them to get the truck in and I was told I might be able to look at it in about 2 weeks. Seriously? My wife found JS and called them. This is going to sound like its fiction but its not. Sara got my truck in THAT DAY because she cared enough that, not only was it an emergency but, that I needed to fulfill my work obligations (self employed) as I explained my schedule was full that entire week. I was asked to bring my truck in that day, I was handed the keys to a loaner vehicle and I was on my way. They went through the whole truck, provided in detail what needs to be done, what can wait and gave me a schedule for the work. Several days of updates via phone calls and emails (I never had to call them once) and they completed the truck on a Friday around 6:30 pm. I wont go into the work list but I will tell you it was extensive, complicated and all done w/o issue. The truck has been driving like a dream since. 4 wheel brake job, all new brake lines and a whole lot more. The price was more than fair. The work was done right and Sara and Jeff were all about service. I made all my commitments for work and none of my clients knew as much as a hic-cup took place. I pride myself on my service to my customers....I think they got me beat.

I had the best personal service. My truck needed extensive work. And my daughters car also needed a new gas line as the people who sold me the car replaced it with a rubber hose...they took in both vehicles on short notice . Kept me informed of every thing along the way...I was expecting a long list to make my truck happy again. Pricing was fair. And while my truck was in the shop they gave me as loaner...I was going out of town for work...and their attitude was no worries. I had left my makeup bag in the truck and Sara went to the shop after hours to get it out for me. My buisness trip went without a hitch and my vehicles are happy again!!!!! Super great personal service...five stars all the way!!!! Wish it could be more stars!

They have worked on my cars exclusively with positive results. Its a shame the Walpole location closed. I will continue to use them even with the longer trip needed to use them. J&S is my go to shop for maintenance and repairs.

My car battery was dead in my driveway. I’m new to area and had no luck finding shop open on Saturday and between hectic work schedule and obvious transportation problem, could not figure out how to fix this. I called this shop. Enter Sarah. She swooped in and coordinated guys came to my house, jumped car back to life, drove it back to shop for battery, inspection and other maintenance work. They kept me posted every step of the way and the following day I got home from work, there’s my car in the driveway as promised. Unbelievable! THATS customer service! I’m a customer for life! I have a Winnebago Travato RV... built on the RAM ProMaster van chassis. I was having trouble finding anyone that work on it... at 9,500 pounds and 9 feet 6 inches high, even the area RAM dealers cant get it on their lifts. JSA was highly recommended by another Travato owner. As everyone else has said... Sara is fantastic to deal with, they did a great job, and were very reasonably priced. I will likely bring our other vehicles here now. Super service!

JS Automotive is great! They’ve fixed our work truck a few times and most recently I had them detail my Tacoma after a water leak had it smelling like a gym bag. I could not believe how clean my truck was when I picked it up! The smell was completely gone and never came back and the interior was cleaner than when I bought it.They’re honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for?

They did a great detailing on my Corvette roadster without having to make an advance appointment. Definitely going back to this shop with an enthusiastic staff.. So this year I came back for a detail on a BMW X5.This is my second service experience with JS Automotive. Last year, I had them do an interior and exterior detail on a 2015 Corvette convertible. I was pleased with the end result, so this year I had them do a 2013 BMW X5 that had just returned from a vacation trip. I was able to drop the car off the afternoon before, and pick it up the following afternoon at 4 pm. The car came out great, it looks and smells like new. I will schedule the Corvette again soon, and while it is in there, have them change the brake pads to some new ones that have less brake dust. Staff is super friendly at JS Automotive and care about their work.

Just recently purchased a car and needed it inspected, but also needed the tint measured. Got reccomended to J S Automotive. My experience was great... Sarah and the rest of the staff were very friendly and upbeat! They got my inspection done and also the tint removed for me as to pass inspection. Took less than half the day and they even lended me a car to use while they got the work done! They even rinsed down my car and vacuumed it out for me! Im more than pleased and will definitely be a return customer! Highly recommend!

I recently had the interior of my car detailed at J&S and was extremely happy with how it came out. I am a busy mom of two little kids and my car is used HARD, I was doubtful the months of caked on chocolate, mud, juice spills and whatever else would be removable, BUT I got my car back looking like it was brand new again!! Wow, wow, wow ......absolutely the best detail job I have “ever” had. Jeff did a phenomenal job on my 2015 Toyota 4Runner. And I smoke (I know yuck) and just drove across Country with my dog and it rained 4-5 days. You can imagine the disgusting shape my interior was in. I picked up the car at 5:00 and, honest to God, it looks better than when I bought it brand new!!! Thanks so much you guys !!! See you next week for the other 2 cars. This came out so awesome I am having two other cars done as Birthday gifts while they are away on vacation !!! And Justice (their dog) is the icing on the cake. The most gentlest greeter ever !!!
