My daughters all 3 went camping at Burlingame With my oldest driving the family van, Some how while going to Walmart she saw a short cut that involved going over a curb.after the car was making a horrible noise I was trying to diagnosethrough the phone with my child and to much emotion going on there to determine this out come. I could not get out of work to drive to Rhode island to take care of it.My wife did instead, fully expecting whom ever they take the van to will rip them off as nether of them know about cars,Low and behold this place treated my family with care and understanding plus gave a great price for the fix that my wife felt that she would leave a big tip and she did, Money does not come easy for us so that in its self says quite a lot.Give these people your service with confidence.And tell them the girl in the green 2002 Odyssey sent you !

Called them for a simple repair quote at 2pm... waited 3 hours for a callback after the girl who answered the phone said she was busy so I called again at 5 and was greeted with attitude. I asked for the quote again and she told me to give her 10 minutes and hung up again. They closed at 6 and I never got my call or my quote. Do not recommend.

My boyfriend recently took his truck here for an inspection. After 3 and a half weeks of sitting in their lot, multiple attempts to contact them with no answer and a bill wracked up well over what we expected, we finally reached someone who was not knowledgeable about what had been done to the truck, the timeline for how long it would take us to get the truck back, and what needed to be done to complete the inspection process. The simple fact that no one ever contacted us, it was always us reaching out to them with no answer and no info back, put a sour spin on this transaction. This is our only vehicle and there was no sense of urgency to resolve the issues or get us the vehicle back in a prompt manner. They seemed bothered by his constant contact checking up on the truck and put out for having to do the repair work. We were told the hold up was waiting for a part that 3 auto part stores in Westerly informed me that they could have shipped to my home in about 3 days. I would expect a mechanic with a repair shop to have better access to parts with a quicker turn around time then advanced auto parts. Highly disappointed and would not return here.
