What a wonderful experience we had today at Charleston Lighting and Interiors! After shopping many other stores for exterior fixtures, we found Teryn and feel so lucky! She is extremely knowledgeable and was so helpful in the decision making process. I will use Charleston Lighting for all my lighting needs in the future.

Charleston Lighting and Interiors on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in West Ashley is one of the best locations in the area to upgrade the inside of your house and make it look better. They have really good displays that allow you to see everything and how it would look. The staff here is very knowledgeable and able to answer just about every question you have to help you find exactly what you are looking for and help you fulfill your vision and goals. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here.

Customer service was non-existent today. Wandered around for about 30 minutes and wasnt greeted by anyone. Not even hello well be right with you. There was one other customer there when we entered and another that came in after us that was greeted and helped. Still after wandering around another 10 minutes we decided to leave. Still no thank you come back and see us.

We are building a house in South Carolina and visited Charleston Lighting. We purchased several fixtures and they even held the lights until we move in. Debbie New was so helpful, and she didnt pressure us. Very pleasant experience. Thank you very much.

I went in to look for a fixture for over my dining room table and was pleasantly surpised at how very knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. They also just had the floors done and new paint, it looks so nice! Beautiful, high end lighting fixtures, lamps, tables, chairs, paintings, prints, mirrors, home decor, etc. The list goes on. Not everything is kept in stock, it has to be ordered but I would rather wait on the order and have great customer service than order something from some random site online without any of that and the warranty and return for purchasing online is not the same as getting it from a local store, people forget about that and need to remember that, especially when you are purchasing higher end products.

Impressive Selection. Very Knowledgeable Staff

I ordered multiple lights and fans from Charleston lighting last year. I have now moved out of state and I wanted to look similar lights by the same manufacturers. However when I called they were extremely rude to me and refused to give me the product name or manufacturer name of the products I ordered. I was told my only option was to re-order the exact product and have it shipped to me. I dont even want the exact products, I just wanted to look at other options in that same product line. The customer service was extremely poor. I wouldve considered ordering other products from them and having it shipped, but there is no way they will get my repeat business now.

I purchased multiple lighting fixtures and all had to be ordered, as they keep nothing in stock. I was told they do not take Discover card so my options were cash . I ended up paying half cash and half by a later approved personal check. (they explained, WE DONT TAKE CHECKS) I returned 2 bathroom fixtures and the sales staff explained because I paid cash they cannot give me cash back!! Its been weeks and I still havent received my money in any form back! Whats that all about?
