Hate to give one star when it’s not deserved.Spoke with John Saville about a leak in my pool. He said he would have to charge me travel because I was in Princeton. I had no other options, so I agreed to $300. He traveled to get a piece of equipment he bought in VA, which put him 40 minutes from my house, but he still charged me the full $300. And then charged me $27 for 2 inches of epoxy. When he showed up, he could not get his camera to work. He epoxied the skimmers and told me he wanted cash. He worked for about 30 minutes. I payed him, he drank beer, then left with the trailer and equipment on it. 2 days later, it was still leaking. Talked to him one time about it but now he will not answer a text. I guess that is why he wanted cash.

I just got off the phone with the So. Charleston location and spoke with Donna. I was requesting a quote or est. for weatherizing our in-ground pool. ( We just moved here ) Not only was she not professional she told me they do not give written quotes or est. At that point, I should have just told her to have a nice day and hung up. I instead asked why( big mistake ) it went along the lines that there is no way of knowing how much, or how many guys or how long it will be to give a quote. When I asked her name she said it really doesnt matter and hesitantly gave it to me along with saying she was the office manager. I told her that was very unprofessional and If one of my employees talk to a customer like that they would be fired. I cant tell them how to run their business but I can tell you I will not use them for any reason. I will pay 3 times more and go with some one out of town that can conduct themselves professionally. I see this doesnt have a lot of competition so maybe that why the dont value custom choosing to spend their money with them.

Everything went fine at first. They showed up on the promised day and smoothed out my pool floor, very professional at first. They left unfinished and asked me to call when the water reached a certain level and they would come back and finish.That was on a Friday but the contractor said he would be back on Monday. I get no calls and I have to call multiple times a day and still no return. It has been a week and they still have not returned. I call 3 or 4 times per day and nobody will tell me anything. I think we will have to hire someone to come and finish a 45 minute job that is supposed to be a part of the original install.I do not understand why I am being ignored and they will not come back. They even left some of their equipment here.I hate to give one star but no one will help us. I have sat at home a whole week of my summer waiting.

Their web page says open today, which is a Saturday. When in fact it is not. Dont know about the service yet, havent gotten to talk to anyone so far
