Was looking for a quick snack and this place delivered! Cookies were super tasty, and I loved the concept of cookies and milk. They were super nice and very clean. Loved all the flavors!

They have a milk bar!!! We popped by when they were closed, but the owner graciously welcomed us into the shop and let us tray an assortment of test flavors. Some were still a work in progress for either taste or texture, but they were all great. He asked us for feed back and sent us on our way the the days stash of extras. What a treat! I have no doubt that their regular established flavors are nothing short of deliciousness! Definitely reccomend stopping by when the King street is open on the weekends or hitting them up in Mt. Pleasant.

Amazing! We are in love with this place. We found it last time we visited Charleston and were very happy to be back. These cookies are really special, try the Mexican Spicy Chocolate, wow a sweet chocolate cookie with crazy kick, a small bite will leave your mount full of great flavor. Also, Key Lime cookies that taste like a key lime pie really unique. Worth trying the different flavors, they are all incredible. Enjoy!

We got 7 cookies- Smores, M&Ms, Nutella, Maui, Red Velvet, Snickerdoodle, and Oatmeal Chocolate Chips. Our favorites were Smores, Snickerdoodle, and Nutella. I cant wait to go back and try other menu options. The employees were courteous and outgoing. Plenty of seating and space for social distancing.

Amazing variety and selection. Cookies were awesome but the flavor of the chocolate chip pumpkin pie was overcome by a rich but very generic flavored icing.

King Street Cookies on King Street in Charleston is an excellent source for all things fresh and delicious cookies. This is one of my favorite places to go for really good cookies in the area. They have a really good selection of options available and sometimes it is hard to choose. The staff here is very accommodating and makes sure that you get all of the assistance that you need. I enjoy being able to come here for cookies.

I love these cookies. And this place has milk on tap! We used to frequent King Street Cookies when we lived in Charleston, and now we make sure to stop every time we visit. If you buy six cookies, you get one free which is fun. I recommend the Orange Dreamsicle, Lemon, and Key Lime cookies.

Not dog friendly. If their dog approaches you do not go near it. The owners will accuse and harass you about doing stuff to it. I was leaving and trying to help and they were extremely rude.

I emailed [email protected] asking about a birthday sugar cookie cake, and they responded promptly with all of my options. Ashley replied saying that they were not even open this weekend, yet she was willing to go into the bakery and complete the cake for a Sunday pick up! They were very generous, helpful and professional.

The cookies are tasty, but the ones with citrus flavors in them leave an aftertaste. Like the key lime cookie and those with lemon in them. The strawberry cookie is delicious and the sugar cookie is fine.

Love that there are numerous flavors of cookies. I wanted to try them all. I got a box of 6. Most of them were dry and seemed old. Not the best tasting cookies.German chocolate and coconut pineapple were the best that I got.

I forgot to take pictures of the huge cookie selection, but I am a cookie connoisseur...I LOVE COOKIES! But Im pretty picky about giving a good review on them. I have to say the 2 flavors I tried were delicious, I loved the sugar cookie, it was perfectly cooked soft but not too soft and perfectly crispy on the edges. I also tried the praline pecan cookie and it too was really good. The cookies were fresh and tasted homemade rather than a frozen made in bulk cookie.

Our daughter ordered us cookies for our wedding anniversary while we were staying in Charleston. When we were unable to pick up at the designated time the lady offered to bring them to us! We are staying on the 15th floor of a condo building. Not only did she agree to drop them off at our building, she took them and hung them on our door! She even texted us a photo of the delivery! Also, they offer gluten free cookies that were delicious!! Thanks Ashley for your service which was way beyond our expectations!!

The cookies were okay but the pricing made absolutely no sense. The options for what we wanted were:3 cookies+ milk for $66 cookies with no milk for $13 (it says one cookie free but clearly not if you pay extra for it)12 cookies with no milk for $25 (plus two cookies free, once again they werent if you have to pay extra for them)So basically if 3 cookies with milk are $6, then for a dollar cheaper than their half dozen deal you can get 6 cookies and 2 cups of milk, and for one dollar cheaper than their dozen cookie deal you can get 12 cookies and 4 cups for milk. The cookies themselves werent bad but the pricing just made absolutely no sense.

Cookies were great on King street. But the service was...a big F! No one was there except us and three employees. Employees could care less to serve us. They chatted, one at register writing a fancy message on a card, needless to say I had to say can we order after waiting 5 min. I had enough! The cookies were great, customer service was Awful!

Cookies are delicious, not surprising. If anything, they are just a tad bit too sweet, but tasty, none the less. As always, parking is a problem if going downtown, but this shop is in the heart of the downtown district. If you find yourself downtown, pop in for a quick treat. Hey, its air conditioned!

The cookies really are that good! The selection is great and they have some unique options. They are super fresh and the coffee was outstanding and I am picky about my java. I tried a couple of bites of the cookie dough ice cream and that was great as well. I highly recommend the lemon cookie. The staff was cute and efficient and were helpful in giving me recommendations. The two massive orange chairs up front were a nice decorative touch and were the reason I went in but the cookies are the reason Ill be back!

Ive never tasted their cookies, because I sent them as a gift to someone, so I can only comment on their customer service, which is nothing short of awful! I placed an order for 2 dozen cookies to be delivered to a friend. These were to be received for a retirement party my friend was having. I was assured the cookies would arrive in 2-3 days. It actually took them over a week to arrive! I have no idea if they simply werent shipped out on time, or if there was a problem with their shipper. Either way, 2 dozen cookies arrived to my friend well after her party. I contacted King Street Cookies who agreed to give me a partial refund since I wouldnt have ordered that number of cookies if I had known they would arrive after the party. Two weeks later when I hadnt received the refund, I contacted them again. They then said that because of all the trouble, I would receive a full refund. All of which sounds great, except I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND!!! This has been going on for over a month! I dont know what kind of disorganization is going on over there, but I caution anyone who is thinking about ordering these as a gift to think twice about it!UPDATE: After lots of mix ups, I finally received my refund!

These cookies are out of this world! I always bring any guests here when they are visiting - the selection is so good and I love grabbing a cup of milk on the side to go with it. Deliscious sweets well worth the cost. You are punishing yourself if you dont go here.

Fantastic cookie joint. They hand out samples outside the door, which makes you go inside. Then, they have every kind of cookie fresh baked, plus, all you can drink bag milk. Whole, skim, and chocolate, ice cold.

Although the cookies tasted good and the place looked well-furnished on the inside, flies were crawling on some of the cookies; I could not eat them without thinking about the disgusting creatures. I walked in and I was eager to purchase the cookies, but those accused flies crawling on them ruined my appetite. This was not the only problem, for one of the staff members who worked there was completely unaware of what she was doing, and we were delayed when we attempted to buy these cookies.

Love this place. My husband loves the vegan spice cookie and I really enjoyed the praline pecan and ginger snap on this visit. They also have coffee, ice cream, and I got a slush for 1.50, perfect treat! They were very accommodating of my husbands dietary needs and the service was quick.

We live in Georgia but my husband travels frequently to Charleston for work. He brought us home a bag of King Street cookies. All I can say is, “Wow!” These are some of the best cookies I’ve ever had.

I came here for the gluten free cookies and was very happy I did. They were great! Even had m&m gf cookies which are my fave.

I took my daughter one night this week about 8:45 pm. The man asked very coldly what could he help us with. When I said let me look real quick at what you have. He replied we are closing up. I said well hurry. My daughter then asked dont you have anymore chocolate chip? (there were none out) and he replied if theres a sign with the name of that cookie, then we have it, but were closing! He was so rude! I was about to spend at least $30- $40 on cookies. We walked out. Never been spoken to so rudely where I was going to spend my money.

My husband and I ate here a few days ago for a quick snack while we shopped and we really loved the cookies. We got the GF double chocolate chip and sugar cookie and the chocolate chip and red velvet cookie. Hey he staff was an older man who was very nice and patient with my indecision. Our cookies came with a drink and we got to sit and enjoy our cookies and milk. I would have liked either bigger cookies or them to be a bit cheaper at 2.50 and 2.75 but I imaging a cookie shop is hard to keep up so I get it. Everything was great and I Definitely recommend this place.

Younger staff is great. Ive been twice and theyve been very respectable. However just now a friend and me walked in, spent $20 on cookies and coffee and were then shouted at by the manager/owner, as he was so proud to express, for not cleaning up after ourselves. Are you done? We have trashcans!!. Im not pretentious buddy, we just didnt know the policy and now will not be coming back or recommending you to anyone (as we graciously did before).

Just visited the King Street Cookies in Charleston airport and the lady working was very rude to my family. One of my kids ordered first, but then when my second kid ordered (on the same ticket) the she rolled her eyes and started mumbling at my family as if we just completely inconvenienced her. Sorry that we wanted to spend money at your establishment. A mistake we will not make again.

Got a chocolate chip cookie, that was decent. The service isnt good. There was a teenaged girl behind the counter who refused to speak until she was spoken to, she also kept stroking her hair, which apart from being kinda gross for a food handler, should have been covered or pulled back away from her face. I doubt Ill be back.

Just FYI, the owner takes all the tips from the tip jar in the front. And yes, its legal to do that apparently. Good cookies though.

False information! Walked 1.5 miles with my 4 year old to get her a cookie that she had been asking for all day, got there at 8:10 and they were closed (looked like they had been closed for a while, but employees were still inside). Thanks for making my daughter cry and making me look like a liar.

I was on vacation in Charleston and needed to use wifi. I walked in to King Street Cookies since they were promoting their free WiFi in store. I purchased some cookies and a couple drinks and attempted to connect to the password protected wifi. After a few failed attemtps I asked the cashier for help in case I was entering the password wrong or selecting the wrong network. After realizing I was doing nothing wrong and it simply wasnt working, the cashier said well I dont know then and proceeded to carry on with what she was doing . For a coffee shop to publicly have a sign outside their store trying to have people come to them instead of Starbucks and talking about supporting local shops, maybe they should ensure customer service is up to standard and they have working wifi or a sign posted if this is not the case. Never had a problem with Starbucks for customer service or wifi.
