Eye glass world is the best! I had problems with my old glasses place but they helped me get everything I needed! Salina was very helpful! The nicest and sweetest person ever! I would recommend anyone to her! May god bless her! Very!!!! Helpful and understanding today!!!

Eyeglass World on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in West Ashley is a great place to go for all things optical and glasses. I really like their selection of different frames that they have available. The professionals here are very knowledgeable and helpful to make sure that you find what is right for you.

Always a pleasant experience & you are taken care of in a timely matter. They make sure you are happy and comfortable with your glasses before you leave & if you ever have any issues it’s not a hassle to get them fixed. I cant say enough nice things about this store. There is really good energy from the minute you walk in the door. The ladies up front are so awesome and welcoming. Dr. Rudman is really professional while also being friendly. I got contacts for the first time here and Im very happy with them. Hannah was amazing and patient with me for both of my visits. They also have some really good styles in the 2 for $78 glasses deal too! Highly recommend!!!

Had an eye exam there, the entire staff was friendly, the doctor took his time to answer questions, they had an excellent selection of stylish, affordable glasses, and they had my lenses in stock so i was able to get my brand new glasses same day!

Lost my glasses on vacation and needed a replacement STAT. I was able to book an online appointment for the next morning. Saw the doctor and had new eyeglasses ordered in less than an hour. Went out to breakfast, came back an hour later and my new glasses were ready to wear. Optician, Spencer, and the rest of the team were fantastic. A+++ experience.

Everyone was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable for my first eye exam in 5 years. Abbey was so gentle with the machine taking pictures of my eyes. Dr Rudman explained everything clearly and directly. To top the experience off Salina did everything she could to make the glasses affordable. So grateful I chose to come here!

So after having a terrible experience at a smaller local private practice I looked into other options and Eyeglass World off Sam Ritt had wonderful reviews.H. Spencer was the wonderful young lady that helped me get what I needed and might I say she saved me a lot of money and I could t have asked for better customer service and care during my visit!

My wife and I were both in for new glasses in late June. We didnt have appts but did already have new prescriptions. The folks were very nice, worked with us to make the experience excellent. Really appreciated the staff!

Cynthia was amazing today when I had an eyeglass emergency! My glasses that I wear from the time I get up in the morning to the time I go to bed at night broke in two pieces and could not be fixed. Cynthia helped me order new glasses but it would 7-10 business days (per the usual length of time for mine) before they would come in so she hooked me up with a pair of frames that MY old lenses would fit into to get me through until the new glasses came in! She was so helpful and professional and was my hero today! THANK YOU again!

Visiting Charleston and lost my glasses this morning. Needed a new pair asap. Waited for my prescription from my previous eyeglass place. Eyeglass World called to expedite the process. Still waited. EW manager called again and ended up getting my info. Glasses were done 30 minutes later.

What an amazing visit! My daughter was in need of an eye exam.. same day. This location was able to work her in and I also ended up lucking out and receiving an exam. Everyone was very friendly and the facility was very clean. Dr. Rudman was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave very thorough exams. Spencers customer service was awesome! The prices were very affordable. My daughter kamaya was so happy with her new frames and is officially ready for seventh grade! Thank you so much Eyeglass world. You definitely have our business.

I am so very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of the staff of the West Ashley Eyeglass World. My eye doctor gave me the wrong prescription and then stood by their mistake. The ladies and gentleman took care of me at this store. They checked and rechecked my prescription and THEY corrected the mistake at no cost to me. They remade my lenses, at no charge. I feel like I got way more than my moneys worth from these folks. I highly recommend them. I wish I could give them more than five stars. I am one happy customer and will never get my glasses from anyone else. You will not be disappointed. I was very impressed with this optometry office. Dr. Rudman was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The staff was very receptive to my needs and courteous, too. Got in and out of the office faster than I thought I would. Spencer was extremely helpful with the filing of my insurance claim. I would recommend this office to my relatives and friends.

One of the best, and most straight forward, eye exams I have had in many years of wearing glasses. Doctor took time to talk to me and explain in detail a misconception Ive had about my eyesight since I was a young kid. Then theres the exceptional value I received on a set of glasses and prescription sunglasses to wear while Im in the field all day to actually keep me wearing my glasses, a problem I have had for a very long time. I have had a problem getting my prescription just right for well over a decade and as a result, my glasses have bothered me so much, I preferred not to wear them... This time, its such a noticeable improvement, that I cant take them off without my eyes bothering me!!! Cant say enough positive things about the doctor on site, or the service and lab!

My experience at Eyeglass World was Awesome. The place was very clean and fist and foremost they were Covid safe! Taking temperatures as you entered and very nice and pleasant. My associate was named Salina and she was so pleasant, patient and very helpful with trying to assist me in trying on glasses. The doctor was very informative and extra nice. Had an appt for both contacts and glasses. We have used the N CHas. store a couple of times, but it is always very busy. This store is very convenient, and the staff was friendly. I needed glasses, FAST. I had my prescription from my former doctor so I just needed to pick out frames. I was greeted warmly upon arrival, told about the specials and got a run down of the covid policies. I was pleasantly suprised by the selection of frames and even more surprised at the awesome affordable pricing. So much so, I picked out 4 sets of frames!The young lady, Spencer, who assisted me from there, is truly an asset to this company. Pleasant, Professional, Knowlegable, Patient and everything else that ensured my experience here was top notch. I came back less than 4 hours later and recieved my 4 sets of glasses without a hitch. For under $400!!!!! How is this even possible? Im positive I will be back for more. At these prices, with this service, you can have a set of glasses for everyday of the week.

Went to the new location in west ashley and had the best experience! I worked with haylee and she made sure i understood everything they have to offer and i left with two pairs of glasses the same day for less than $150. They have good guidelines for covid. Overall a great new glasses store to have in west ashley.
