Came for the coffee, but left with a memorable experience for my little girls. The owners explained how they made espresso for drinks, fit for a 4 year olds understanding. Delightful folks, cappuccino, muffins, and vanilla steamers for the girls!

Visited this shop for the first time with my roommate last weekend and was surprised to find the best coffee Ive had in Charleston! The owners are super kind and we enjoyed talking to them about their business and specialty coffee they carry. I love when coffee shops try to bring in rotating roasters to keep things fresh and interesting. Im from out of town, but will definitely be visiting again whenever I come back. If youre looking for great coffee Id recommend stopping by (great cortados), small shop with limited outside seating but awesome for a quick drop in!

Stopped in Sightsee for some coffee this morning. Ive been to several of their popups and was eagerly looking forward to the opening of their coffee bar. The space is welcoming and cozy. They have a variety of coffee, tea, and espresso drinks. The coffee is from Springbok, plus a guest roaster on pour over. Joel and Allyson are super friendly and they have curated perfectly themed travel inspired gifts for the shop. I will definitely be back for more.

I’m so excited about visiting Sightsee to enjoy the entire Sightsee experience - live and in person - this next month, (I live in Raleigh). Through much hard work, talent, creativity, and great PR skills, Joel and Allyson’s one-time dream is now a reality. I’m anticipating a hazelnut cappuccino to be the best I’ve ever had! I’ve ordered several of their unique shop products and each has met, even exceeded, my expectations! I especially love my latest purchase - the Sightsee Anniversary t-shirts and travel mugs! I’ve always been a Yeti fan, but Yeti has nothing on Sightsee’s travel mugs! I filled my new mug with hot Russian tea at 9:00 in the morning but didn’t drink all of it. When I opened the mug 12 hours later, the tea was still hot!

Go to Sightsee! Theyve got local and guest roasters available, their whole bean selection is always freshly roasted. So glad to be a couple blocks away from this spot - its a super cute space btw. Some weekends theyve even got a wild flower vendor posted up right out front.If youre into coffee, drop by. These peeps know whats up.Gonna miss it when we move next year (they do subscription deliveries though and have merch would make for a great gift).

Quality coffee, baked treats and retail goods make this my go-to spot when Im looking venture out for a cup of Joe (and the online ordering system couldnt be easier). Most charming coffee shop Ive been to with really unique treatures for frequent travelers like myself. Picked up a cold brew, some ground beans to take home, a cool tshirt and everyday oil for traveling. The owners were very friendly. A must-stop coffee shop!

I walked by this adorable house many times and always daydreamed about it a little. I was so excited when a neighborhood coffee shop opened here! Its a beautifully designed space with equally beautiful coffee. The quality here is top notch - everything is prepared mindfully and with intention. Try both pour overs- the flavors are so different-and take some time to shop here too, the artists featured are really cool. Its important to note that there is not indoor seating, but theres a small patio with two or three chairs out back.

Im a big fan of Sightsee Shop, not just for the coffee but also for the various knick-knacks, cards, and gifts they stock. Its a great place to stop for a last-minute gift. And the coffee really is great, too.

My favorite third wave coffee shop on the peninsula and one of the best coffee shops period. They source incredible beans, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, and open for easy pickup during these trying times. Start your morning off right and check them out you won’t regret it.

When independent retail is done right, you feel something as soon as you enter, and that feeling lingers with you long after you’ve left. When I first stepped into Sightsee, it smelled like summertime and immediately took me back to childhood vacations in Florida with my family. You can leave with a delicious cup of coffee from a rotating list of roasters, or uniquely designed Herb Lester map, but what I really left with was a feeling that I had experienced a new era of retail. And the scent of suntan lotion on my mind.

Awesome coffee spot right across the street from a park. Barista asked if I minded a slightly customized drink as an experiment. The little bit of honey he added really rounded out the drink! Thanks for the great experience!

We walked into this coffee shop right off the plane from NYC. The owner was kind enough to take the time to talk to us and provide us with an adorable list of personalized recommendations based on what we told him we were into. The coffee is amazing, I also bought a very cool art print which they have hanging on the walls. :)

We stayed at an AirB&B close by and found this place shortly after it opened. What a great coffee shop! The staff were so friendly, even as our kids ran through their shop. The coffee is also outstanding!

We visited charleston for a long weekend and wound up stopping here twice. The coffee is amazing but the owners and staff treated us like long time friends. We got tons of advice about the area. If you want a great cup of coffee and a welcome atmosphere this is a great place.

Wonderful coffee shop nestled in the heart of Cannonborough-Elliotborough. The coffee is always top-notch, brewed to perfection, and the service is great. The place is run by the owners and one other employee and are always very friendly when I stop in. This will continue to be my go-to place in the neighborhood for coffee!

Great shop with tasty coffee and an extremely helpful menu. Im usually lost at coffee shops trying to Google what the differences between all the coffees, espressos, roasts and blends actually are. I had my first cortado and it was exactly what I needed to jumpstart my day in Charleston. The travel guides are fantastic and my travel bug got activated seeing the great maps for Amsterdam, New York, and New Orleans. Allyson and Joel are passionate about spreading some love of caffeine and love of travel so stop on by for a dose of either or both, you wont be disappointed!
