The Community Perk at the Charleston Place in Charleston is a great place to get a quality cup of coffee and a snack. The location is very convenient as it is within walking distance for most of Peninsula and it is easy to walk in and out and get what you need if you are in hurry. The service is very efficient and fast as they get on your order right away and take care of it. The staff here is very cool and friendly and are nice to you while you are waiting for your order to come up. This is also a really good place to have a quick business meeting if you are need of a meeting place that is easy as the seats are available most of the time. Overall this is a really good coffee place that delivers consistently.

This spot is amazing. They have the best coffee for the best price. Their pastry is always fresh and decent size too. They also serve warm sandwiches. The short rib sandwich and avocado with crumbled bacon are my favs. The staff there is friendly and always happy to see us! I would definitely recommend to stop by while you shopping or cruising down town.
