Love under armour. Hate their prices but cant find a better product. If I had more money, Id have more under armour. Staff acknowledges you upon entry but allow you to shop. They are always visible on the floor if you have questions & I personally have never been to a store where two cashiers werent always on duty. And they recognize ALL first responders (with I.D. when not in uniform). Ive always had an additional voice from the staff thank me as I exited. Thats how everyone should do retail.

Very helpful staff at this location today. Keep the staff you currently have. I shop here often and have never felt so welcomed. Under Armour is always five stars in my book and today the staff matched that rating.

This location always has the most helpful staff. We went there on Black Friday (actually Thursday evening) and the whole staff was engaging with customers, being friendly, and overall just enjoying their work environment. It’s rare to see others enjoy their time in a retail and customer service space. It makes for a pleasant shopping experience!

Love this place! Just wish they had more, but I guess I cant be picky. Project Rock section needs more items, currently just a single rack.

Under Armour Factory House at Tanger in North Charleston is a great resource and destination for all things Under Armour. I am always impressed with the selection and variety of all of the different items they have here from shoes, to training gear, shirts, pants, and many other items. I like the feel and vibe of this store as you can feel excited and motivated as soon as you walk in. They staff here is very friendly and helpful and makes sure you are assisted as soon as you walk in until the moment that you checkout.

I took my grandson Christmas shopping. The salesperson was very nice and helpful. When we were checking out I was writing a check. The salesperson waits until I finish writing my check to tell me they dont take checks. I didnt have a debit card, so I had to use a credit card. Other than that, it was a pleasure to shop there.

I just finished up a purchase at this store, and I really wanted to brag about the service I received there from Nyem H. She was so helpful and happy, and made my experience wonderful! She seems like she really has fun and enjoys what she does. It made my night! Also the store selection was pretty bangin. I usually dont purchase Under Armour (honestly, I dont even really like shopping), but I will definitely go back because Nyem gave me such a positive experience.

My first visit was great got excellent help looking for shoes the day before thanksgiving. Unfortunately when I got home I realized the next morning the shoes still had the security tag on them so I brought them back on Black Friday and got the tag removed no problem. Then I went to wear one of the polos I bought during that same trip and it too had the tag still on. I returned to the store hoping for an easy solution to an easy problem and was harassed because I didn’t have a receipt and “they can’t look up my purchase”. I know that’s a load of Bs because all stores save the purchases. I was treated like I was trying to steal something and made out to be the bad guy. So lesson learned if you shop here make sure to double check everything because you don’t want to inconvenience them if you have to return. Or just go across the walkway to Nike for a better experience.

The service staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are really good and they have everything that I needed like golf wear workout gear gym bag and shoes.
