I had a frustrating experience at the store today regarding my account info because I had over 90 dollars in store credit, but they couldn’t find the account. Kylie was EXTREMELY helpful in helping find the purchase and making sure my account was found. I was told that the items I wanted to purchase could be shipped to me once they found my account since I am leaving Charleston for the summer, so I left the store and didn’t expect to hear back until the next day. 10 minutes after leaving, Kylie had called me and said that she found the information and I was able to get my store credit back. Despite the frustration of the situation, she made this experience much more pleasant than it should’ve been. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Super disappointed with this place. Went there once before my experience today and wasn’t impressed with the customer service. Still ended up buying some stuff. Decided to give it another opportunity today. Was told by the employee tending to the dressing rooms that I needed to keep my small cross body bag (that I can barely fit my phone in) outside of the dressing room. I told her politely that I didn’t feel comfortable with that, and she responded with “yeah sorry not my rules”. I then went to pay and was told my total was a significant amount more than what it really was- when I corrected the cashier all I got was attitude until she realized she was in the wrong. This place has some cute clothes but the staff ruins the experience completely and I will not be coming back.

We went here over the weekend and the 3 girls working were incredibly rude. A customer came at 5 til 6 in the pouring rain and they locked the door on her and said that they are closed even though online it says open until 7. Our husbands had to wait outside in the cold rain because they refused to open the door for them because they were “closed” even though we were inside already. I will never return to this store after I see how bad the employees treat people. Definitely do not waste your money here!

My favorite store. I love the closer to the Mt. Pleasant but drive all the way downtown to shop at this location. Bailey, Julia and Lexi are beyond helpful, and they pick out the best outfits.

Used to shop here frequently- but after the weekend I will happily give my business to other boutiques. I’ve never been a fan of their customer service, as I felt that the girls were more concerned with themselves rather than customers. Over the weekend I had at least 8 items that I wanted to try on and no one offered a fitting room. Instead of waiting for an associate to stop checking herself out in a full body mirror, I decided to just walk in and try on. The associate then realized I was there and asked me to leave my purse outside of the dressing room....WHAT?!?!? Instead of asking me to leave an expensive bag on the couch, how about doing your job and counting items. That way I’ll assume you’re capable of doing your job and you won’t assume I’m a thief :)

The girls were so helpful and nice. They were honest and sweet and I had the best experience ever. Will most definitely make a trip to come back and shop here again. Keep doing what your doing!! Xoxo

As I am typing this while walking back to my vehicle. I was very delighted at some of the pieces I saw in the store. I had ONE shirt in my hand as I shopped around and one of the employees was watching me like I was a criminal. She asked me if I wanted to start a fitting room, I told her no not right now. She walked away puzzled at my response. I picked up more items and was halfway to the back of the store and she came up to me and asked AGAIN if I wanted to start a fitting room. Keep in mind there are other customers in the store with items in their hand who happen to white. But no since I am black and I have merchandise in my hand, I have to be followed. I told her “here” and handed over the clothes. Why would I want to spend my money at an establishment who thinks I am a thief when I have money to pay. It’s my birthday and my dad gave me 2000.00 to spend, I’ll spend it somewhere else where I’m not followed and racially profiled. What a disgusting brand.

The girls working in the store are nice, but not helpful when it comes to store policies. I have come into the store multiple times, the first just to look for a top. I was debating buying a top but wasn’t sure if it would look good for the occasion, but the first salesgirl convinced me to get it. I said “well if it does not look good I’ll just return it” and she nodded her head. I ended up going back the very next day to return it but was told I could only get store credit. Fine. I just went back a couple months later to use the store credit but was told it had expired. These policies are typical to boutiques, however other shops are VERY clear that you will get store credit and that you only have a limited time to use it. The girls may be nice in the store but they are extremely unhelpful in actually educating the customers. The clothes at the store are good quality brands, however there is nothing I can’t find somewhere else For these reasons, I will not be returning to the store.

Found great inexpensive leggings, nice staff, and long line to pay moved like magic!
