I really enjoy shopping for new shoes at the Foot Locker at Citadel Mall in West Ashley. I have been coming here for ever since I could remember and I still get excited to look at and try on all the latest footwear and walking out of the store with a fresh pair. The staff and service here have always been good and I have had a really good time every time I have been here. This store is great and consistent in quality.

Customer service in this store is horrible. We walked in and the 3 ladies that were working in the afternoon shift didnt even bother to look away from their phones for the good 20 minutes that we were inside. Then we asked for help from one of them, Nora. While dragging her feet at us, it felt like she was bothered by us even asking for help.

After dealing with poor service at the Champs Sports in the same mall I was able to get the shoes I needed. The employee was very honest with me and made it so that I got the shoes I wanted. I will be shopping with this store from now on. The staff here are excellent at what they do.

Great sales people and they didnt complain about going back for different shoes. Very pleased.

Staff greeted us when we walked in. My husband got the shoes he wanted at a good price. Cant ask for much more

Employees wouldn’t go look to see if the shoes in my daughter’s size were in the back. Never going back there again. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
