I took my son in to get a deal on some carpet, he has long hair .Why am I mentioning hair because the owner said to him, you ever want to get a mans haircut? My son got offended and walked out the store and the owner Pete and I quote Said Im sorry your sons a sensitive little girl .He didnt know my son was growing his hair out because hes growing it out for a play .... we obviously didnt do business there, just plain rude.

From the very first call, this group of people were the most professional I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They returned calls when they said they would, their professionalism and their timely fashion of finishing the job was perfect. I called on a Thursday afternoon and they were done Friday afternoon. I needed quality carpet in a hurry for a bedroom redecoration project. Pete had exactly what I needed. He guided me though the process of choosing a pad, deciding whether to have the rug bound on the edges, and answered all of my questions. I was able to pick up the rug the next day from the store, cut to fit my specifications. It fit my needs perfectly. When I had questions about how to put down the pad when installing the rug myself, Pete guided me though the process on the phone. I had a good experience at Dixieland Carpet, and will patronize them in the future when I need good quality carpet. I thought the price was fair, too.

Pete stared at my 12 year old cousin and commented on her looking mature for her age, all the while being very rude to My family when we explained that we couldnt afford most of his deals . He made many condescending comments about people in poverty like us and how we shouldnt be shopping if we didnt have the money to buy ....I left his store holding my temper in but very Hurt and enraged....
